Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX XXXX - I sent a letter to SYNCB/PPC stating XXXX Thank you for reading my request about this account with your company. I am writing today because during my quarterly review of my accounts listed on my credit report, I noticed that this account was charged off with XXXX. I am requesting that your company please forward me a copy of the 1099-C that was filed by your company when you charged this debt off with the IRS which is required by law for all debts over {$600.00}. Please also enclose a printed copy of my payment history or you may also email it to me at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX please do not send any marketing or other account information to this email address I have no desire to have spam at this location and I track everything by standard USPS mail at my home address listed above. I never received a response. I also sent a letter to XXXX XXXX XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX asking them to remove these accounts from my credit report and nothing has change. Letter XXXX XXXX : This letter is a formal complaint that you are reporting inaccurate and incomplete credit information. 15 USC 1681e ( b ) Compliance and procedures ( b ) Accuracy of report Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. Otherwise, anyone paying for your reporting services could fax, mail or email in a fraudulent account. I demand to see verifiable proof ( i.e. : an original consumer contract with my signature on it ) that you have on file for the account listed below. Or a Certification from the creditor that certified the accuracy and completeness of the information/account. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit. Under the FCRA, unverifiable accounts must be DELETED and if you are unable to provide me with a copy of verifiable proof, you must DELETE the account listed below. Consumer Complaint: My complaint has two parts : 1. I found that I am a member of Amazon Prime. even though I don't make enough purchases on Amazon to justify spending for this service. I canceled my Prime membership about one month ago. 2. I have an Amazon credit card from Synchrony Bank that I used for purchases about once or twice since Synchrony claimed that I would get a discount by doing so. I then began receiving requests for payment, which I expected. I responded each time by paying in full. I stopped using the credit card when I noticed that monthly requests for payments continued, even many months afterward. The amounts appeared to be somewhat arbitrary, ranging from 35 to 50 dollars monthly. I finally called Synchrony Bank on XX/XX/XXXX to request an explanation. They responded that the charges were for Prime membership and for interest charges. Ideally, I would like to receive a refund for the amount that I overpaid and that these monthly requests stop.

This company can not collect on a debt that is more then 6 years old by Georgia law. Therefore this is illegal to report this dead account on my credit report. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. Actions on simple written contracts ; exceptions. All actions upon simple contracts in writing shall be brought within six years after the same become due and payable. " *** Therefore since the ordinal creditor *PayPal* did not seek to collect within Georgia law time period of 6 years. The debt is now illegal to collect on and is not even on my credit report anymore.

Well they are not open XXXX hours like he told me I called back Monday and they gave me the runaround saying I wont be able to return the painting and I had to pay a Restocking fee of 15 % the paintings were {$8600.00} After talking to several people in the company practically every day XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and Team Leader XXXX XXXX and Team Customer Service XXXX and also sending emails back and forth they refunded XXXX paintings and decided to charge me XXXX painting and the amount they billed me was different from the invoice The Credit Card I opened was supposed to be activated and I never activate the Card but yet I received the bill I received the statement and they charged me for the painting which is different from the invoice and {$650.00} for a XXXX credit Why do they think I would buy any painting from them when I cant even resolve this situation I would like this resolved and I would never do business with them ever I cruise a lot and this leaves me a very bad feeling about this company I also email XXXX XXXX Complain about XXXX XXXX XXXX on the ship This has been going on from XX/XX/XXXX to today XX/XX/2023 XXXX
