THE MANNER OF THE REMOVAL OF THE MOLD WHICH WAS COMPLETED AND THUS THE PROPERTY OWNERS WERE ABLE AND ACCORDING TO YOUR RESPONSE ENTER THE HOME AND LIVE THERE IS UNTHINKABLE AS TO THE DESTRUCTION OF THE PHOTOS THAT WAS SENT TO YOUR DEPARTMENT AS WELL AS THE INSURANCE DEPARTMENT AND NO ONE RESPONDED AS TO ANY PHOTOS AND NO ONE RESPONSE WAS WITHIN A MANNER OF THE RECORD OF THE TIME AND THE REASON FOR THE ENTERING CONTIUNOUSLY IN XXXX WHILE THE ELECTRIC WAS BEING PAID AND THUS XXXX WHEN THE DESTRUCTION TOOK PLACE WITHIN THE STILL FULLY FURNISHED AND NOT VACANT AS TO BEING EMPTY AS YOUR FILES WILL FURTHER PROVIDE AS YOU AS THE XXXX DEPARTMENT ARE FULLY AWARE OF THE PHOTOS AND ALL THAT WAS WITHIN THE MANNER OF DESTRUCTION THUS IT WAS DEMOLISHED TO THE POINT OF NO REPAIR BUT AS TO A RENOVATION WHICH OF COURSE WAS NOT WITHIN A BUDGET FOR A PROPERTY OWNER OF REPAIR AS TO PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL WIRE DESTRUCTION AND THUS THE MANNER OF THE CONTINUOUS WINTERIZATION WAS STILL NECESSARY WHEN THERE WAS NO FURNISHING AND EMPTY TO THE POINT OF ABANDONED AS TO YOUR OWN WORDING THAT DOES NOT ONLY MAKE SENSE TO YOU BUT THE COURT AND JURY WOULD FURTHER WONDER THAT THE FACTS ARE NOT AS YOU AND THE OTHER OMBUDS HAVE FILED AND CONTINUOUSLY ALTHOUGH WARNED OF FRAUDULENT AND FALSE ACCUSATIONS AS TO THE OWNER BEING ABLE TO RESIDE IN A MANNER OF DESTRUCTION OF A HOME AND ALL THAT WAS WITHIN 5 PROVIDE THE MANNER OF THE CALL OR THE LETTER THAT WAS PROVIDED BY THE PERSON WHO YOU CLAIM STATES THAT SHE WAS AWAY IN XX/XX/XXXX AND FOR A FEW DAYS AND YOU WOULD NOW WANT ALSO TO ENSURE YOU HAVE IT IN YOUR FILES AS TO THE DATES AND TIME OF THE CALL AND THE VOICE RECORDING OF BOTH THE XXXX XXXX AS WELL AS THE WASTE FOUND IN THE YARD AND THE MAJORITY WAS FROM MY HOME AND WAS NOT TRASH BUT THROWN OUT BY YOUR AUTHORIZATION TO DEMOLISH THE PROPERTY AS TO MAKE IT UNLIVABLE. 6 THE SUM OF XXXX FOR A MOLD REMOVAL AND NO PHOTOS TO PROVIDE TO A HOME OWNER BUT TO THE CLAIM FOR SPS TO RECEIVE PAYMENT AND ONLY TO THEM AS TO THE COMPANIES THEY USED TO ENSURE IS A BIT SUSPICIOUS WOULD YOU THINK SO PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL THE FACTS ARE WITHIN THE MANNER OF THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT AS TO NOT PERJURY ON THE DEPOSITION AND TO THE COURT AS WELL. 7 CERTIFICATION DOCUMENTS TO THE MANNER OF THE MUNICIPALITY FOR THE ABANDONMENT AND THE VACANT HOME THAT WAS DESTROYED WHILE STILL WITH ALL OUR FURNISHINGS AND ALL Consumer Complaint: I was laid off from my employer on XX/XX/XXXX. I struggled to find employment and was on Unemployment Benefits from XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX my mortgage company, XXXX offered assistance due to COVID. I explained to them that I had lost my job an was starting to struggle to make payments. They offered me a forbearance or deferment, not certain on the verbiage. However, the option was that I can defer my mortgage payment 6 to 12 months due to COVID. Afterwards, if I am still struggling there would be other options or they had other options I could take advantage once the deferment ends. The options were payment modification or they would move what I owe to the end of the note and I would maintain my regular payments. I took advantage of the 9 month deferment and when I spoke to them in XX/XX/XXXX, I told them I found employment and would like to move my payment to the end of the note. XXXX recommended since I just started and my status is a XXXX, that I extend the deferment for the full 12 months to allow me to get caught up. I agreed to those terms and during this period my loan was sold to Select Portfolio Servicing. Once I received communication my mortgage was with them I proceed to call them weekly, Each time they notified me they did not have all my records from XXXX. I told them about my situation and wanted to ensure that I would be able to maintain my normal payments and move my past due to the end of the note as promised as an option with XXXX. I spoke with SPS last month and advised them I had my payment pending for XX/XX/XXXX as promised to continue my payments. They informed me that I would have to take a survey to proceed further, they ask 3 questions, 1 if I am still experiencing a hardship, I stated no, 2 if I am able to bring the account current by paying the past due amounts, I stated no, 3 if I am able to maintain my normal payments, I advised Yes, they told me it would take a couple of weeks and I do not have to make any payments because I am under forbearance still, however I did not cancel my scheduled payment. This weekend I received a letter that I am possible foreclosure unless I enter a payment modification loan and make XXXX payments by XX/XX/XXXX. Each time I called no one was able to tell me anything about my situation. I called SPS on Saturday XXXX and now they are stating they need to research my situation. I advised them how if they do not have all my information from XXXX, SPS is trying to put me on a new hardship plan that I did not agree to and are threating me of foreclosure. Can someone please get to the bottom of this, I do not want to lose my home because the lack of documentation from XXXX and their negligence to inform the new servicer.

Consumer Complaint: Select Portfolio Servicing assumed the collection of mortgage fees dated XX/XX/XXXX. Loan was transferred from XXXX. The last payment to XXXX was made XX/XX/XXXX. SPS immediately charged me for the XX/XX/XXXX payment even though their date of servicing the loan was XX/XX/XXXX due date XX/XX/XXXX. This immediately put me in arrears 1 month as SPS claimed I did not pay the XXXX payment to XXXX. SPS assumed servicing the loan after I completed a XXXX mortgage ( XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX ) assistance program with XXXX State Housing Authority that allowed me to keep my home from being repossessed. My wife and are both XXXX XXXX. I believe SPS intentionally leveraged the XXXX payment in order to put us in arrears and create another default situation coming off the mortgage assistance program. SPS also charged me a new loan setup fee ( XX/XX/XXXX ) in the amount of XXXX which ballooned my principal amount from XXXX to XXXX once they assumed servicing of the loan. I can not refinance my loan because my credit report shows the principal amount includes the XXXX. Putting me in arrears created late fees. SPS is still charging me late fees even though my mortgage is on ACH and timely.

Consumer Complaint: The owner died unexpectedly in XX/XX/2021. My office was hired to probate the Estate. We have been diligently working on this probate which has real estate in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. That is to say it is complicated and takes time to process through the courts. We were able to get the RI property listed a couple of months ago and had to drop the price several times. We are now in the process of requesting a short sale. The first lienholder would receive most of what they are due but the 2nd lienholder would not. This is another time consuming process. We requested the foreclosure be postponed and the primary lienholder denied the request. This is the 1st foreclosure sale date and the property will sell for far less than what is owed to the primary lienholder at auction. In addition, the heir and Administrator has put a great deal of time, money and energy in preparing the property for sale. Under the XXXX case, I believe the lender has to give you the opportunity to sell it privately when you have a Bona Fide Purchaser. We need help in getting this postponed so we can perform our fiduciary duties to the estate and the heirs.

Consumer Complaint: Select Portfolio Servicing did not adhere to RESPA XXXX Loss Mitigation Procedure. My mortgage was XXXX in bankruptcy in XXXX, 2021. During that time to present I have submitted Request for Mortgage Assistance { XXXX ]. Each request has been denied with Select Portfolio Servicing providing no reason for the denial. I was notified that no home retention options were available to me. The only options that were still available were Deed in XXXX and short sale. Another XXXX was submitted with Deed in XXXX as my option. After countless phone call from me in regards to the status of XXXX. On XXXX XXXX I received a foreclosure sales notice by mail. Upon receiving the notice contacted SPS and was told that the Deed in XXXX had been denied and that I would receive reason for the denial in mail. No reason for XXXX denial has been received. On XXXX i a letter stating that SPS was offering {$7500.00} relocation assistance and that the offer had to be accepted by XXXX XXXX. The document was singed by myself and XXXX other adults in the household. The complete document was returned by fax to SPS on XXXX XXXX. I called SPS on XXXX XXXX to make sure the document had been received. I was told that the document had been received and being reviewed. On XXXX XXXX I received correspondence from SPS stating that since the cash for keys offer was not returned I no longer qualified for this option. The way Select Portfolio Servicing handles the Loss Mitigation Process should be investigated thoroughly.

Consumer Complaint: Sps servicing has held my mortgage since XX/XX/XXXX and still does. They paid for the insurance part in escrow until XX/XX/XXXX when they dropped it, still paying for other taxes included. Payment is paid a year in advance so the insurance part of escrow was paid till XX/XX/XXXX, payment was suppose to be made for XX/XX/XXXX but was not, I`m now paying for this. XXXX, the insurance company for the property sent me a bill for it as documents attached confirm. I told them that Sps is suppose to pay for that and XXXX said they agree but Sps refuses to pay it. I talked with Sps on many calls in XXXX to XXXX and made over XXXX calls asking them to return the insurance to escrow as all taxes were to be included in the payment as agreed when the property was purchased in XXXX. XXXX said they never saw this before. Attached document from Sps shows they no longer do this coverage for condos. I filed also with the XXXX XXXX XXXX and the State Attorney Generals Office in Florida, both forwarded my complaint to Sps and they are awaiting responses from Sps on this issue.

I was on auto pay with the prior mortgage company so I never opened the statement envelopes. I had always paid ahead and on time. I realized when my XXXX payment did not clear and I called that I had been transferred. I tried to go in to call SPS for an account number to get set up online. The 3rd party letter did not transfer from the prior mortgage company to the new. XXXX did that online. When I tried to make a payment it would not accept my bank. I have many autos coming out of this bank but this company would not accept it. I called and was told to make a payment over the phone they charge {$15.00}. That is rediculous. I am a first time customer. They wanted me to go through the bank and wire it. This cost {$35.00} and I feel a ridiculous response. So I contacted the XXXX and SPS responded with some off the wall none relevant response. Because I am behind now and afraid they will take my house away, I opened an account with a new bank and attempted to go in today to make a payment. Even with this new bank I will be charged {$15.00}. Everything in the world is online now. I refuse to pay {$15.00} dollars a month to make a payment online. I refuse to set up auto pay until I have a better understanding of this company and feel confident enough in it. I unfortuantely had been through a horrible experience with XXXX XXXX XXXX so my confidence in them is very low. I call to try to pay over the phone and was told they would wave only this month but from now on it will be charged {$15.00} amonth. I NEVER agreed to this in any prior mortgage and they should not be allowed to add this fee without my consent. And now after this last phone call, being told I am delinquent with a terrible tone, and she hung up on me I feel this company is taking advantage of costumers. They should not be charging {$15.00} a month just because I want to press the button to send payment. I understand {$15.00} does not seem like a lot but right now I am sure you, as well as the entire world knows {$15.00} is A LOT right now. That is a gallon of milk and bread for my kids.
