Consumer Complaint: Starting on XX/XX/XXXX I was hospitalize Until XXXX XXXX. During this time my wife filed for a forbearance on our morgage.With XXXX XXXX our lender.Starting on XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX months payments of {$840.00}. Then we were informed that XXXX XXXX transferred to Select portfolio ServicinXXXX XXXX.We have been trying to work with the new lender to get the XXXX months forbearance payments added to the end of our loan. On XX/XX/XXXX we started making our payments again and have made all our payments on time until current date.We have sent all the paper work in to have this amount added to the end of our loan but they keep sending us letters they need more imformation.we have sent the same information now at least XXXX or XXXX times.. they have sent us letters saying they have all the information then XXXX days latter say they need more of the same things we have sent ... this has went on for XXXX months..still hasn't been resolved... XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I was approved for a XXXX month trial plan from XXXX XXXX. I made the last trial plan payment on XX/XX/XXXX and of the date of this complaint XX/XX/XXXX I have not received the modification documents to sign to get my loan current so I can resume making timely payments. I have called every week since XX/XX/XXXX and continue to be advised that the review is still in process and continue to wait for the modification agreement to be mailed to me. I am given no reason why it's taken over 30 days for me to receive the agreement. I have complied with the terms of the trial plan.

SPS XXXX the Bankruptcy Court Notified them about a Bankruptcy I filed 4 years when XXXX was the mortgage holder on the property. I spoke with XXXX Bankruptcy and my attorney, no notice was sent to SPS about my bankruptcy. If SPS was sent notification I would like a copy of the notification.

Consumer Complaint: REVISED : My loan had gone into default. Select Portfolio Servicing , Inc. sent a letter to my homeowners insurance company stating that my mortgage was in default and foreclosure actions were being initiated. My home never went into foreclosure because I made payment in full. SPS never gave me a receipt or a complete breakdown of where my monies were applied, i.e., how much went toward mortgage payments, late fees, and all other charges. My insurance company at the time, XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX ) requested proof that my mortgage was not in default on XX/XX/2021 to prevent my home insurance from being canceled. SPS refused to give me the proof when I requested. My insurance agent, XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) also called SPS to request the information and she was also denied the information on XXXX XXXX, 2021. SPS ' attorney never sent me any information either. If SPS would have provided me with a letter, or XXXX to my insurance agent, my policy with XXXX XXXX would not have been canceled. SPS did not provide me the information for the insurance until after I filed my first complaint. Now SPS is charging me {$510.00} for their policy from XXXX XXXX, 2021 to XXXX XXXX, 2021. My policy with XXXX XXXX was canceled because of SPS ' refusal to cooperate and provide information in a timely manner, all the while making a profit. I lost my policy and now XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX will not reinstate it.

Consumer Complaint: Under Florida XXXX XXXX XXXX " A void judgement is a XXXX that has no legal force or effect, the invalidity of which may be asserted by any party whose rights are affected at any time and any place, whether directly or collaterally ... its in incapable of being confirmed, ratified, or enforced in manner or to any degree. On XX/XX/XXXX, SPS ( Select Portfolio ) reply to our complaint no. XXXX, and made the false that on XX/XX/XXXX, we had engaged in a loan modification agreement. SPS uploaded a copy of the allege agreement to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau portal. I have attached the same for your recollection. If you carefully review the signature page you'll find that SPS ( Select Portfolio ), never signed the agreement, therefore we never had a contract. Under Florida XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) ( a ), A written agreement loan modification agreement must be signed by both parties. Because XXXX XXXX never signed the agreement we never had a contract, therefore is a void. The allege contract never was, nor taxes paid on the loan increase pursuant to Florida statutes XXXX ( XXXX ) ( b ) XXXX ( XXXX ).

And my complaint is with select portfolio service, mortgage company earlier this year I was approved for a hardship loan around XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX. And They took the loan back because I was XXXX days late to get a paper signed and returned to them, I told them that I was in the hospital is the reason why, I couldn't help that I had to go into the hospital I have XXXX and they are trying to force me to redo all the paperwork I really need help. Consumer Complaint: I bought the house XX/XX/2020 and paid XXXX XXXX XXXX auto payments from my bank and then it sold to SPS Servicing. XX/XX/2020 was paid to XXXX and it was supposed to be paid to SPS but we didnt know yet. Anyway XXXX says they never got my money and never sent it to SPS and it was paid I have proof from the bank. I have spent hours upon hours trying to get this resolved and still its not. XXXX sent a letter they would fix my credit and credit the payment but never did. My credit is severely affected and I never missed one payment. I need help getting this fixed.

Consumer Complaint: Spselect Portfolio Servicing is refusing a payment from the Federal and Texas CARES act to bring my defaulted mortgage current. I have been working with XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX and their CARES Act program to bring my default mortgage to date. The money is there. SPS says they don't like the legal language in the Mortgage XXXX. I have lived in this house since XXXX, am a widow and am raising a XXXX XXXX XXXX grandchild. XXXX.. .wiped me out. I have been XXXX XXXX for many years and was keeping my nose above water after my husband passed away in XXXX of XXXX. He left us penniless and with an IRS debt of over $ XXXX. The IRS doesn't care that he was sick and stupid even though through his entire life? He paid taxes like clockwork. I have applied, applied and applied with XXXX. who is managing XXXX Texas counties. I have been accepted.. .but SPS Servicing is throwing a XXXX into the machinery of receiving federal funds to get me out of trouble and keep me and my grandchild in our home. SPServicing should be investigated. They promised me ( via phone ) that my forbearance payments would be tacked onto the end of my mortgage. I do not have that in writing... simply words from some clerk doing work from their home in the height of COVID. Then... they demanded a full payment.... I am legal now, waiting to be foreclosed on. I have tired everything in my power to get federal help under CARE and it looks like that was going to work until SPServicing 's legal department threw everything out and said they wouldn't sign FEDERAL documents. Is this fair? What am I supposed to do? The IRS has a lien against this property. I owe $ XXXX against a home in very poor repair. My upstairs XXXX XXXX is on the fritze. Parts are falling off the house. Many repairs are needed. But.. I live in Social Security and Child Support.. which I just started receiving two years ago. Had to take my son to court to receive child support. Have had his child since she was XXXX years old. She will be XXXX on the XXXX of XXXX. I am old. XXXX. I am lost. I am about to lose my house because I TRUSTED SPSERVICING. They are XXXX XXXX XXXX. Nothing they told me on the phone? Is truth. XXXX XXXX XXXX
