Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020, PNC Bank withdrew {$3400.00} from my checking account for an on line banking transaction to pay XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for my Credit Card bill. PNC sent the payment, a check, to in the incorrect address and XXXX XXXX, not XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, cashed the check. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX after I received an email from them stating that they had not received my Credit Card payment. I had to transfer {$3400.00} from my XXXX Savings Account to pay the bill. I then called PNC and they stated that there was nothing they could do and I had to submit a fraud complaint and they would investigate. I had to submit a complaint after I had it notorized and then called PNC a week later. PNC informed me that it could take up to 120 days to resolve this issue. PNC sent the payment to the incorrect address and I have to wait up to 5 months to get my money back? This is total XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I called PNC bank at the customer service # XXXX talked wiith XXXX XXXX in XXXX2020 at XXXX XXXX aproximately regarding a payment extension because i'am on an unpaid leave until further notice pending federal, state or county authorization to reopen because of the COVID 19 W.H.O. declared pandemic and US nationally declared emergency and he told me he was transfering me to collections department to resolve the issue, then XXXX answered at XXXX aproximately from the collections department i explained my issue and she told me that i will have a payment term extension and not pay nothing until XXXX2020 and a letter will be sent to me. I received the letter aproximately a week later from the XXXX2020 call and it states that in one of the terms and provisions that i may have a negative effect on my credit. I called immediately at the phone number on the letter which is XXXX when someone i assume a female voice answered ( who didn't give me time to ask her name by the way ) from PNC Bank collections department on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX2020 at aproximately XXXX i asked her that if my credit will be affected by this agreement and she rudely and in a cutthroat manner told me they dont work with credit reporting companies that i need to call them or handle it with them. I asked her for a manager and she told me that the manager will tell the same thing and in the second time i asked her she cut me off and sent me to a hold and then another customer service agent i think from collections named XXXX answered at aproximately XXXX am that day. XXXX told me that that is just a term or condition that is in the blanket agreement but that i don't have to sign it and send it. Also PNC bank sent me another letter stating : a Notice of Right to cure and intent to repossess dated XXXX XXXX 2020 stating i need to pay XXXX2020 or they will be exercising their rigths under the law such as the rigth to repossess any property held as collateral and hold me personally liable or responsible for any diference between the sale of the property and the final balance. The CARES act specifically provides information and what to do regarding this situation.

Consumer Complaint: I signed up for a PNC Virtual Wallet with XXXX XXXX through a landing page on their website. There was a signup deal on-going, wherein if you deposited {$5000.00} via Direct Deposit, there would be a {$500.00} deposit made within 30-60 days. I opened the account on XX/XX/2020, and made a {$5000.00} direct deposit on XX/XX/2020. I called to check that my account was in good standing, confirmed it was and I would be receiving the bonus deposit. I then called again on XX/XX/2020 to check the status, and the rep now claims that my account is not in good standing, as there is a requirement for 10 debit transactions during the account bonus posting time. I have attached screenshots of the landing page I signed up for my account through, no where does it state debit transactions are required.

Consumer Complaint: PNC bank continues to take enormous amounts of overdraft fees from my business account causing me to be in debt. They refunded {$1700.00} worth of overdraft fees then took them back. PNC claims a dispute for {$99.00} was denied from XX/XX/XXXX- it is now XX/XX/XXXX- and {$1700.00} in fees relates to it. This is false and unethical especially during COVID19. They said they are reversing my refunds again Monday.

Issue: Closing on a mortgage
Subissue:
Consumer Complaint: I had a meeting with the Bank Loan officer to refinance my mortgage with another bank. The loan officer steered me towards a Home Equity Installment loan and I proceeded with the application process. I requested information pertaining to terms and closing costs. The Good Faith Estimate I received did not include all the fees or the added interest PNC requires. Later I received a revised estimate that started including more interest and I was asked to raise the loan amount to cover, I agreed but asked for all the documents I would be signing to be sent to me so I could review what type of mortgage I was signing up for since the terms and fees seem to be increasing. I week later I was given another estimate of closing that once again exceeded the previous amount of the loan. I refused to increase the loan amount further and filed three formal complaints with the bank so I could receive the loan documents prior to closing ( so I could be informed about what I was signing up for ). The loan officer at one point stated he would send me the documents but then rescinded that offer. The revised Good Faith Estimate I received did not itemize out the added interest PNC was adding to the closing amount and only had one lump sum. The complaint with PNC has not solved any of the issues and I will not be closing tomorrow as originally planned. I have been charged by my own bank for fax fees that I did not authorize in relation to this refinancing. My hope throughout this process was to be an informed borrower but PNC would not comply with that. Their web site has very generic terms and until yesterday they did not even state the actual name of the loan product. Throughout the complaint process the PNC agent told me the loan was not covered by the Truth in Lending Act which made me even more worried about signing up for something that I could not review ahead of time.

I spoke with XXXX XXXX PNC customer service supervisor today XX/XX/XXXX but he refused to remove these charges

Consumer Complaint: I have a mortgage account with PNC. Nearly 7 years ago, I filed for bankruptcy and apparently my lawyer did not send my reaffirmation papers. However, at the time, my mortgage was with XXXX XXXX. That bank was bought by XXXX XXXX XXXX, which was then bought by PNC. Both XXXX and XXXX XXXX were reporting my payments to the credit bureau. PNC is not. I called and requested they report my payment activity to the bureaus and they refused without my submitting my request in writing. I can't submit the request through PNC 's communication portal because I get a message that it's unavailable. They wouldn't accept my verbal request. I am simply asking that PNC report my payments to the bureaus. There is no rule stating that they can not report my payments. They are choosing to not report them, which is having a negative effect on my credit.
