Consumer Complaint: I received a notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX OH XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX that my loan # XXXX was being transferred to PNC Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX XXXX loan # XXXX. In a letter from PNC, I was told that funds would be drafted from my bank account and that the banking information was to be provided by XXXX XXXX. I highly objected to this. I did not give anyone permission to pass on my private information or PNC access to my financial instutution.
After talking with PNC, I was told that my private banking information was going to be sent by XXXX XXXX without my permission and funds would be drawn from my bank account by PNC bank without my permmission.
I placed a call to XXXX XXXX and it was explained to me that if they set-up a contract with PNC that granted the transfer of my banking information through a data conversion. Private information was to be shared without permission and accessed without permission. When I asked PNC Bank if this was legal they hung up on me and refused to discuss the matter.

Consumer Complaint: I tried linking my banking account with XXXX a cryptocurrency platform and my connection was blocked. I haven't called the bank to settle this yet but I wanted to file this here. This was done today. Earlier the bank called because they had blocked a transaction of purchase and they asked if it was me and I let them know. They should have allowed this connection to go through already. I would just like to figure out why does this continue to get blocked with they had talked to me earlier. Thank you
