Consumer Complaint: I had been out of work since XX/XX/2020 because of the Covid-19 crisis. Since XX/XX/2020 I have spoken with the PNC Mortgage Company that I have my mortgage through about a possible deferment until I could get low earnings/unemployment. I spoke to XXXX and she said the company would waive XXXX, XXXX and XX/XX/2020 payments. I then received a letter stating there was an agreement to the effect that my payments would begin again in XX/XX/2020. However, I was informed that ( from other associates ) that I would have to pay up to {$2400.00} in XXXX. At the time I was uncertain if I would be back to work or that my low earnings/unemployment would be coming in to cover this payment. I have since paid, upon agreement that if I could I would cover my regular payment. I did make XXXX 's payment on XX/XX/XXXX over the phone. I then mailed out XXXX 's payment on XX/XX/XXXX. I have received several statements since that do not reflect these payments. I get statements I the mail every other day. I have called and no one seems to know what I am talking about. I have copies of my mortgage statements and bank statements and the agreement from PNC Mortgage.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX alerted me that PNC made a change prohibiting me from linking my checking account to XXXX for easy money transfers. Not everyone uses XXXX as PNC does, and XXXX is by far the easiest way. This seems like PNC is trying to monopolize this market and I am not ok with that. If this doesn't change, I will definitely be pulling all my accounts from PNC. This bank has gone down the drain in the last few years and I am fed up.

Consumer Complaint: I closed a HELOC account with PNC Bank. Paid them off on XX/XX/2020. Formally closed the account on XX/XX/2020 but at the close of XX/XX/20 I have still not received a refund of over payment. Have made several calls to the PNC customer service. The have deliberately made the process very confusing and non-transparent so as to delay making refunds on over payments. When the other company I financed thru made them a closing payment they closed my borrowing limit and made itXX/XX/XXXX effectively closing my account. There were no instructions on the account page or a message to me informing that I have to formally close the account before a refund will be issued. Called them several times before I got this direction and even after closing it on XXXX XXXX have not received the refund of over payment. I find this very frustrating and a very dishonest practice by PNC Bank to hold customers money for 8-10 weeks without paying any interest. And during this time of financial difficulty when my wife was laid off not receiving a refund of overpayment which is {$3100.00} is very troubling to me. Will appreciate your help in getting me some answers from this bank.
