Consumer Complaint: Ive had PNC Bank for over 25 years, great company.. anyway.. a few years ago with a former job I had the XXXX app set up with my bank, its a credible cash advance app that takes the money back out when u get paid, technically you dont even have to tip them.. XXXX XXXX was advertising them initially.. very credible.. anyway ... I never had issues with that app being able to put in my credentials to look into my balance/see if my paycheck went in/see if their charge went through also.. I got a different job and got that set up again.. and for some reason it keeps saying that my bank made a change that doesnt allow me to link my accounts? I contacted PNC, got transferred to a department more knowledgeable of this situation.. its not them apparently ... but the app says my only other chance is to contact you, cuz it could be you guys blocking immediate access for my own security.. please help

Issue: Problem when making payments
Subissue: Problem during payment process
Consumer Complaint: I reported a fraudulent charge on my PNC Cash Rewards card in XXXX, XXXX. PNC promptly cancelled the original card and reissued me a new one. I set up the original card to use the scheduled balance transfer feature provided by the bank. The bank did not use this feature to pay toward the {$41.00} remaining balance as agreed. The balance of {$41.00} was instead transferred onto the new card. I did not put any new charges on the new card. It was also not made clear to me that the same automatic transfer feature was not active on the new card. This issue was brought forward to me on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, when a PNC agent called me notifying me that my credit card account was delinquent due to an outstanding balance of {$100.00}, consisting of the original {$41.00} and miscellaneous late fees and interest charges. I contacted the bank to rectify the impact on my credit report to no avail. I also requested a verbatim copy of the Card Replacement Disclaimer to no avail. I have to resort to CFPB to receive a satisfactory response on this incident.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020, at around XXXX-hours Eastern, I attempted to sign-up for an XXXX account. A part of this process was linking my PNC Bank account. The effort failed, with XXXX stating that " PNC has made a change that prevents you from being able to link your accounts ''. No call from Fraud Protection. Other than an automated email saying that received the request, no communication at all. This is my account, I provided valid credentials for XXXX to access it. It's not up to PNC to decide if I can, or can not, access my account.

Consumer Complaint: I just started sending money regularly to my nephew in XXXX. I have sent small amounts but each time I have to log in to my PNC bank account and I can't get the connection between PNC and XXXX established permanently. The 3 previously amounts sent finally were accepted, but now PNC is not letting me do the transfer. I would not want to have to change banks after so many years with PNC but I need to get the problem fixed. I have no other problems with online banking payments. It would be a lot of trouble for me to change banks, but I don't know what choice I have. XXXX says they don't have problems with other banks. What can I do??? Help.
