Consumer Complaint: I would like to link my checking account with XXXX, an on line crypto currency exchange. They have informed me that PNC no longer allows this type of a relationship with a third party. Crypto currency is gaining popularity and I want to be able to access my funds on deposit in order to purchase Bitcoin and other crypto currency directly.

Consumer Complaint: I use XXXX for investing and saving for the future. I essentially use it as my savings account. I have had my PNC account linked with XXXX for almost two years now. This has happened twice before, where PNC has not allowed me to link my account up with XXXX. I have called numerous times, and they give me some reason why it can not be done, and eventually goes back to normal a few days later? Well it has happened again, and I am not sure for what reason. I've heard the entire fraudulent activity script but come on now. I have been making money transfers to XXXX for two years now. I am growing angry with having to repeat this process of being able to relink my account every year for an investment service I have used seamlessly and has not given me any issues.

Consumer Complaint: My company where I have recently joined uses XXXX software, which is a cloud-based payroll software to make payments to its employees in the US. When I try to link my PNC account with the XXXX software, a notification message pop-ups on the screen saying that PNC Bank has made changes that prevent me from linking the account with this software. My company has been trying to solve this issue, but they are unable to do so. Kindly solve this issue and help me link my account with XXXX software to receive my salary swiftly. Thank you

Consumer Complaint: About 3Q XX/XX/XXXX PNC changed the mechanism and policies related to linking accounts with other banks and financial services such as XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX. The procedure for linking accounts requires a mobile phone number. Some mobile phone providers and virtual mobile phones such as XXXX XXXX do not support the SMS messages required by PNC. Other financial institutions with similar requirements appear to support XXXX XXXX numbers and 3rd party mobil phone providers. PNC 's limitations make it difficult for some people who do not use a phone network they support. Furthermore, ( though this is probably a separate issue ) today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) XXXX XXXX was unable to link accounts with PNC even after resolving the issue with mobile phone verification process.
