Issue: Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem

Consumer Complaint: PNC bank flagged my loan account saying that I was a120 day late on my account. My credit was XXXX and it dropped 69 points because of this. Now I pay all my bills on time. On XX/XX/20 I paid {$45.00}. 0n XX/XX/20 I paid {$250.00}. On XX/XX/20 I paid $ XXXX.0n XX/XX/20 I talked to a sales representative and she {$200.00} out of my account and then reversed the payment and the same thing happened on XX/XX/20 a payment for XXXX and reversed that one to and the payment that went through was never a 120 day late but PNC flagged my credit score twice
