Consumer Complaint: A month ago I received emails from XXXX saying I opened a credit card. I did not so I called the help line and they got XXXX down immediately. 2 Weeks ago I received 8 different emails from XXXX about an account being set up. I dont even work for the military, neither do my parents so how that got approved is beyond me. Luckily they shut the account down. Today I notice 2 Pnc login passcode attempts so I call and tried to speak to a lady then got disconnected. I speak with a next man an he just says sometimes it glitches. I told him well I am concerned because someone has been stealing my info. He just said that nobody can get in my account without the passcode.

Consumer Complaint: On two occasions I have been charged an overdraft fee that put my account in the negative. However, it was the fee that put my account in the negative. When I asked them about it they told me I had pending charges that put me in negative balance. Ive also been set up to notify me if a transaction causes a negative balance. However, they dont alert me until the next day so that I can not react and fix it. Instead they alert me next day after the fact so they can charge me a fee. Its worst experience ever to be used and lie to by a financial institution that we should be able to trust with our hard earned money.

Consumer Complaint: I have an employer mortgage interest subsidy to lower my monthly payments. I submitted the signed paperwork to my broker on XX/XX/XXXX. When I received an incorrect request for full payment on XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted my broker and asked him to address it. On XX/XX/XXXX, it remained unaddressed and the bank auto-withdrew the full amount. This caused a negative balance in my checking account. I contacted my broker again and was told that it would be addressed immediately, the subsidy would be applied, and the funds would be returned to me. On XX/XX/XXXX, the funds were still not applied, but PNC attempted to withdraw an additional {$30000.00} from my account. This was declined due to my negative balance. I contacted my broker again, who did not respond. On XX/XX/XXXX, I notified PNC that I was submitting a complaint to the CFPB and was told theyre still looking into the chaos and dont yet have answers for me. My funds have yet to be refunded and my account is still thousands in the negative. I do not have any money to live on and am at PNCs mercy.
