I have not been able to get help from them but I just remembered I could file a report on here, as I feel they are not doing their job properly and it is affecting me a great deal as I used PayPal quite frequently. Consumer Complaint: PayPal ran an offer for " Free {$10.00} for any amount of XXXX purchase '' offer. On XX/XX/2021 I bought {$40.00} worth of crypto currency. On XX/XX/XXXX, I decided to purchase {$260.00} more of the same crypto currency based on its upward trends. On XX/XX/XXXX, since the crypto currency I own was dipping, I decided to attempt to purchase {$100.00} more. After trying, I immediately was notified that my PayPal account had become restricted. I followed the steps provided by them to lift the restrictions. This involved uploading an image of my driver 's license, providing a bank statement, confirming the last four digits of my SSN, and commenting on a recent transaction ( but PayPal did not provide me which transaction to comment on ). On XX/XX/XXXX, I was notified by PayPal that all restrictions on my account had been lifted. I once again attempted to purchase said crypto currency, however this time received a notification telling my my account was permanently. Not only am I restricted from using any of their services, but put a hold on my funds for 180 days. I called their Customer Service, and ultimately was a waste of time. When I asked for the specific reason why my account was permanently restricted, the man said that information was " Confidential and Proprietary. '' The only anomaly in all of this, was the fact that I had recently installed and been using a VPN service for a reason completely unrelated to this. If PayPal banned me for using their service with a VPN, like I said earlier they would not disclose to me, ALSO using a VPN is not listed in their Restricted Activities and Holds section of their User Agreements.

Consumer Complaint: I disputed my last 2 transactions with PayPal, because the items were never shipped, therefore never received. I reported it and opened a dispute on XX/XX/21, I logged in to check the status today and you closed the disputes the same day I opened them and I don't have a refund nor my merchandise. I placed the order on XX/XX/21 and it was supposed to ship out that day. It is now XX/XX/21 and the merchandise still has not shipped. I have been in daily " texting '' contact with the Store. I opened a complaint with Paypal on XX/XX/21 noting that the merchandise was never shipped nor received, and Paypal closed the complaint the same day without investigation nor resolution. I can not contact Paypal, they hang up on me and wont respond to my emails. How do I proceed to make things right? Thank you for your help.
