Consumer Complaint: good morning, i am file this complaint because the PayPal company it looks like scammer company. they close my account after i received {$1300.00} in my account. They told me after 180 days i can withdrawn my money and i will received a notification by email. 200 days passed and PayPal sent me the email for withdrawn my money to my email but they still blocked me and they dont want help me to withdraw my fund. i called many time and they said PayPal don't have any time when the money is going to be available. i said i was waiting for 200 days and you sent the email. that mean PayPal do not respect their own Polices. my email is XXXX. cfpb can see my proof, i m really sure that im not the only Person with this problem. Many scammer company like that are now close, i hope my complaint can be help to alert about PayPal is not making legal things. other important thing is i don't have any dispute or chargeback. i m never been associate with any Fraud activity. I M frustrate with this company.

They are accusing me of using them on XXXX to sell FIREarms, when actually i deal with XXXX guns and XXXX guns only. XXXX woundt even allow me to sell firearms, you need special licenses and documents for that. I have not been able to get help from PayPal for weeks but i remember i could file a report here as i feel they are not doing their job properly and its affecting me a great deal as i used paypal to get part of my income. Consumer Complaint: I received my stimulus check of {$1400.00} I cashed the check through PayPal I sent a photo ID from the XXXX XXXX New York XXXX with a picture of myself alive picture shot I was able to take out {$700.00} after taking out the {$700.00} PayPal put up a message saying that I was not able to use the account for 180 days or take my money out I am a person that has mental health issues XXXX I live in a shelter this money is important to me for me to travel for me to get food for me to obtain daily items I have XXXX as well and panic attacks this has caused me a lot of stress I've had XXXX XXXX in the last week alone due to this. I have not committed any fraud or anything wrong so I don't not understand why they withholding my money especially at a time like this my email is XXXX. they have withheld my money I've called them to no avail for over a month already I need my money released so I can pay for medication and food can you please email me back or try to help me resolve this issue thank you very much for your time

I received multiple emails asking for the verification code, I ignore it because I thought it was a Scam. The day after the incident, I received emails about my account being temporarily limited. I have provided the details needed. After that, they send another email asking for more information, then I provide more information and then I have received it again my account being resetted without me requesting it and then they Permanently limited my account.

Consumer Complaint: Transaction authorized XX/XX/2021 for XXXX to XXXX XXXX through Paypal for a transaction on XXXX. Messages to XXXX XXXX through the website have gone unanswered. Although the website indicated it is housed in Ohio, the time stamps for the messages are for the XXXX XXXX time zone. I fear the site is a shell for fraud and wished to cancel my payment before any further exposure occurred. Paypal indicated that it could not cancel a payment once authorized despite the potential fraud and risk. Please see transcript in attached document. Paypal did not provide a copy of the transcript upon my request. The document was copied and pasted from the online exchange that spanned approximately 14 hours.

They also said I can withdraw my wallet balance now but when I tried to withdraw it using the existing bank account it just gets denied days later and they removed the bank account. My problem now is I tried to add a new bank account but they won't let me. They keep saying I can't add because my account has issues and when I go to my notification it's just said the same notification I got 180 days ago that my account has been permanently banned.
