Consumer Complaint: My Paypal account was permanently limited for no reason last XXXX of XXXX. They hold my funds for 180 days, received an email last XX/XX/XXXX that my funds are ready for withdrawal. I tried withdrawing my funds from my account using the linked bank account on my Paypal account, unfortunately, the bank account is already inactive, so the bank transferred back the money to my Paypal account. Now, I can't withdraw my funds since I am not allowed to add another bank or to transfer my funds to another Paypal account holder since my account is permanently limited.

Consumer Complaint: PayPal closed my account for no reason a few months ago and will not help me with getting it back up. I am not sure if this is some mistake as I assume it has to be. I have not been able to get help from them for months but I just remembered I could file a report on here as I feel they are not doing their job properly and it is effecting me a great deal as I used PayPal quite frequently to both buy and sell using a site called XXXX. I know quite a lot of other people who have used this site have also been flagged down by PayPal. My paypal email is XXXX. This has severely affected me as I have to completely switch up how I XXXX XXXX XXXX and I'm still even trying to figure it out. If I could recieve any help that would be greatly appreciated!

Consumer Complaint: I received a payment and as I was trying to withdraw the funds I received a message unable to process so I was trying to relink my paypal since I'm having trouble cashing in as I was doing the process many times the paypal message me that they will permanently limit my account and will not be able to use paypal I will not be able to withdraw and send payments. I was trying to email them and I was always redirect to the resolution center but no resolve button since they will permanently limit my account.

Consumer Complaint: I used PayPal on XX/XX/2021 for a transaction from a seller on XXXX The seller ripped me off and did not send all my items for one and the quality of the items made were not anything he said they were. Some were broken upon arrival. Some were flimsy and toy like. The items should have been sturdy able to handle impact and force. These could not. I wanted my money back the seller would not. I went through PayPal for a refund through the buyer protection they offer. Now PayPal keeps fighting me on my refund. They did not give me time to return the items or when I said the seller needs to pay for his junk to be shipped they were going to ask him and did not even wait for his response and denied my claim. This makes no sense since I was the one ripped off. I just talked to paypal again yesterday XX/XX/2021 and they have reopened the case. Told me I have ten days to provide a shipping tracking number. Today the XXXX I received an email saying that my claim was denied for not providing a tracking number. It wasnt even 24 hours!! I am tired of fighting with paypal to get my money that was taken from me by lies and deceit. Along with their actions of not protecting me like the said they would. I did nothing wrong and was taken advantage. I was supposed to be protected through paypal which is why I used them. Turns out they are thieves as well.

Two weeks after it was taken from my bank account and after several email inquiries he had not received the funds. He contacted Venmo ( ticket # XXXX ) and was told that " transfers are reviewed which may result in delays '' in being funded. They claim that transfers are usually complete within 3 days. Even after two weeks they respond that it could be 5 to 7 days to resolve!!
