Consumer Complaint: I was provided an explanation of a variety of issues related to my mortgage servicer, Ocwen dated XX/XX/XXXX ( attached as exhibit A ). Page 3 of 4 reads in pertinent part : " ... we ( ocwen ) have updated our records to reflect the correct status for the account from XX/XX/XXXX through current. This correction was submitted to the credit bureaus on XX/XX/XXXX via an Automated Universal Data form ( AUD ), control number XXXX. '' ( emphasis added ). However, my current credit report reflects that as a result of Ocwen 's reporting, it has decreased my credit report 60 basis points ( attached as exhibit B ). As an aside, I did not make my XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX payments timely. Nonetheless, what has been reported is not correct.

Consumer Complaint: I received a XXXX from Ocwen dated XX/XX/XXXX forgiving {$200000.00} which resulted in a unpaid principal balance of {$380000.00} ( see attached exhibit A ). I subsequently received a loan modification dated XX/XX/XXXX ( after a series of mishaps with Ocwen described in a letter from Ocwen dated XX/XX/XXXX ) ( attached Exhibit B ). This loan modification indicated that my principal balance was {$500000.00}. along with a balloon mortgage of {$210000.00}. My payment history indicates a current balance of @ {$370000.00}. ( attached as exhibit C ). I do not agree with the addition of this mystery balloon payment as there are no representations of it anywhere else in my records. I will file two separate complaints for other concerns that I have with Ocwen, but would like your assistance in getting a concrete explanation of the purported balloon mortgage and acknowledgement from Ocwen that this will not be added to my balance now or in the future

Consumer Complaint: I was approved for a trial modification. I understood I could not be late or the modification would be cancelled. I have two bank accounts listed on my Ocwen account. Im in the middle of my modification and I send a payment and I accidently select the wrong bank account on XX/XX/2018. I tried to fix before it became delinquent. Owcen only listened to one phone call and not the initial call. I had to hire an attorney to resolve my issue or file bankruptcy, which is not fair. I CAN afford my home and I had the money on point and they still declined and would not reinstate my modification when I called the day of and called repeatedly until the payment was applied and attempted to make the next payment. THEY LEAD ME WRONG!!!!!!! I contacted my investor XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX, option XXXX, ext XXXX ) and spoke to him on XX/XX/2018. He stated Ocwen wants me to upload the mod package so it can be sent to XXXX for review. I did so however Ocwen has not sent the package to XXXX and the declined the mod again. I will continue to hire legal assistance until I am satisfied. I need help!!!!! Please

Consumer Complaint: The company I am having an issue with is Ocwen Loan Mortgage Company. They reported a XX/XX/XXXX payment late and I've never allowed any payment to pass its 30 day reporting time. Also, all of the accounts are current and in good standing and they are not reporting it to the Credit Bureaus. This is preventing me from refinancing and attaining a better mortgage rate. This is not the first time I've had this problem with Ocwen. I seriously believe they are trying to sabotage my opportunities for refinancing. Because I have expressed how disgruntled I've been with their customer service and business behaviors. Can someone please help me? THank you

Uniform Commercial Code 1 & 3 with state of Colorado. I have a commercial lien and agriculture lien on the property. The note was tendered 3x and accepted. But ocwen continued to bill me. Now Im in foreclosure. I have sense filed XXXX & XXXX to prove that house was paid for. I have changed my name. I went back to my birth name. My givin name. I have. Drivers license and ssn in my name. I gave and submitted to ocwen and XXXX XXXX but they never updated paperwork. They submitted foreclosure in my old name. I am a XXXX XXXX. XXXX. The United States is a profit Ferderal Corporation, is bankrupt and has to pay our bills. XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, a bank emergency was declared by President Roosevelt because of the insolvency bankruptcy of the U.S. Executive order 6073, 6103, 6111, 6260 ; Senate Report 93-549, pages 187 ; 594 ; XXXX. New money promissory notes is is issued to the banks in return for government obligations, bill of exchange, drafts, notes, acceptance. My birth certificate was registered. Besides I didnt know about mortgage notes sold & securitization.See Senate document No. 43, 73rd Congressional record, 1st Session. XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. Since XX/XX/XXXX we have been in a state of national emergency. Under UCC Im able to discharge debt. I tendered the mortgage 3xs. I have recently learned that their is 2parts to a mortgage. And the note is continuously being sold. And then their securitization that no body tells you about. Your mortgage has a cusip number, your house is being traded on the stock market and they get the money. Everything you thought belongs to you doesnt because they have cusip numbers on everything that you thought you owned. This is all fraud. My name, my all caps letter name, my straw man is a business along with my birth certificate being registered with Secretary of State.

Ocwen is not reinstating me on the loan due to a bankruptcy done by my husband. They are offering a loan modification to my late husband. I want to keep my home. I have provided all the proof and I have a great job. I am a XXXX and have done everything right in my life. Its my bad luck that my husband did not look out for me. I have a XXXXr and an XXXX year old mother who live with me. They depend on me. It will be a shame that I will lose my home for some silly paper work. I am willing to work with Ocwen. I have contacted them several times. Please help me save my home

Consumer Complaint: I went through a divorce where I was awarded the home through separation agreement and the final divorce decree. Ocwen mortgage directed me straight down a path of ruin, I was told by OCWEN I could streamline my mortgage through modification and remove my former wifes name. I made the three trial payments only to be told the assumption was not possible. I have been through the ringer with Ocwen, they are going to have it there way. I had a direct conversation with the customer service department where I specifically asked " IS THIS THE RIGHT WAY TO GO ABOUT GETTING MY FORMER WIFE OFF THE NOTE : the answer was : YES!!!! Ocwen had the separation and final divorce decree before starting the modification process, the recording proving what Ive said is being held by Ocwen stating, recorded calls are for quality only but offered me a letter of apology. My 3 trial payments were sent to old due dates, I'm not sure they were even behind, now I have to reinstate my loan with a large payment amount only because they directed me down this path, hide information and change the rules to benefit them I've written to XXXX XXXX and his office is opening up communication with Ocwen to get to the truth I fear foreclosure here

Consumer Complaint: I applied for a modification on or about XXXX I have tried for years. My husband and I are senior citizens and he is a XXXX veteran. They denied the modification on XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX I talked with my relationship manager ( if you call into this company you get XXXX they tell you one thing escalated cases tell you another thing no one knows what the other is doing and you can never talk with your relationship manager without an appointment ) he said I could do a short sale. I immediately hired a realtor she did an open house we received two offers and I choose the highest and best the people had a lot of monies in bank and went over asking. They keep denying the short sale and will not put the foreclosure on hold. I keep appealing and they ask for documents over and over and over again this have caused undue stress on myself and my husband so much so that I was put on medication. They would rather foreclosure and take less then the offer. This tells me and I question the right to enforce the note in California they need to prove they have the right to enforce the note they or the trustee will not. Ocwen is the worst company they say they help homeowners they are not. This is our second home I am trying to work with them they refuse the realtor has people waiting to close they would rather foreclose with a credit bid so I am questioning there standing. Please help XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: Ocwen has not responded to us regarding a payment that they incorrectly input into their system. They have not confirmed that they corrected the XXXX payment and made the adjustment to {$2400.00}. I got an email saying that you and ocwen had closed my complaint because it was a duplicate. BUT it is not a duplicate complaint. They incorrectly processed my payment and have not fixed it. Also, they said that they would send me an email with confirmation that they incorrectly made a mistake so I can provide it to our bank but they did not do that either.
