Consumer Complaint: Good Afternoon, I have for many years been writing and calling ect. I have not been able to resolve this. When i go to get my credit report checked for an apartment or a car it shows 8 to 10 closed accounts since XXXX. I am in good standing with my loans for a long time now with a XXXX XXXX. I been denied for many years because it shows all account on as closed and all i want is it to be removed. I recently just disputed them once again and now they are going to stay on my report til XXXX which i find is unacceptable. I have written letters to all creditors one by one 2 years ago no response. I have also called them as well and no one can seem to help me. I am also working with Massachusetts attorney general because the school i have attended was shut down for where these loans were used for and i have been struggling for years to clear this off my report and i feel helpless now. Consumer Complaint: I have a loan with DEPT OF ED/NELNET. I have always made my payments on time. For some reason, I realized that there was a late payment on my credit report. As you can see, I have always had a stellar payment record with this company. I tried contacting both 3 Bureaus and DEPT OF ED/NELNET with no successful resolution. 3 Bureaus only reporting me late. There was definitely an error on their part.

Consumer Complaint: This in regards to Loans XXXX and XXXX I previously requested from NELNET ( in XX/XX/2019 ) and submitted all required financial hardship docs and economic deferment application to NELNET in XX/XX/2019, to which I NEVER RECEIVED a WRITTEN response. I have already made it PERFECTLY clear that I can not economically at this time afford a {$320.00} and {$87.00}, payment due to my current economic status. NELNET has consistently in 2019 refused to work with me and allow me to have a 6 MONTH economic deferment, after which I will be able to resume making payments. If NELNET REFUSES to again work with me by providing me a 6 MONTH DEFERMENT, the two above referenced LOANS WILL GO INTO DEFAULT AND WE CAN DEAL WITH THE PAYMENT ISSUES IN BANKRUPTCY COURT WHERE I WILL AGAIN ADVISE BOTH NELNET, THE TRUSTEE AND THE COURT THAT I CAN NOT ECONOMICALLY AFFORD PAYMENTS AT THIS TIME. This is despite me providing an ECONOMIC DEFERMENT LETTER FROM MY OTHER FEDERAL STUDENT LOAN SERVICER, XXXX, ALREADY PROVIDED ME WITH A 6 MONTH DEFERMENT, the LETTER WHICH WAS SUBMITTED TO NELNET, along with my ECONOMIC DEFERMENT APPLICATION AND FINANCIAL DOCS TO NELNET IN XXXX, AND TO WHICH NELNET HAS NEVER RESPONDED, NOR PROVIDED ME A DENIAL LETTER, BUT SIMPLY HAS CONTINUED TO BILL ME AND ADD LATE FEES TO MY ACCOUNTS. But, Nelnet indicates that the old, prior monthly payment amount, was also due at the same time ( in XXXX ) as the adjusted amounts and shows that there is a late payment for XX/XX/2019. On top of that, they charged interests of the invalid late payment.

Consumer Complaint: I have pleaded with this company on many occasions of the amount they want a month. I can not afford to pay what they want and stated that to them. They state that is the least amount they will take. I do pay at least {$75.00} a month. This is about to go into default now. The company is Firstmark services. When XXXX XXXX XXXX had this account we never had a issue then they sold this to Firstmark and it has been a mess ever since. There should be recorded calls of me asking them to work with me.

Consumer Complaint: This particular account situation that is lately filing on my own credit document has a seriously unfavorable relation to my personal ability to obtain a present loan application. I highly recommend you generate verification that DEPT OF ED/NELNET has been reported completely in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations, it's really a serious problem to mis-report. Moreconfirmation of the aforesaid item too. My proper request mustover, I was never 30 days/60 days/120 days late in any of my payments and I'm not greatly tuned in to the date opened so I prefer to ask you be investigated as soon as possible and confirmed to be correct.
