Consumer Complaint: On Friday, XXXX XX/XX/2023, I logged in to my Navy Federal Credit Union and funds were missing. There were unauthorized transfers to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX-Checking Account ending in XXXX, under XXXX name XXXX for the total amount of {$9900.00} ( Two unauthorized transfers : {$5000.00} and {$4900.00} dated XXXX XX/XX/2023 ). Immediately contacted the NFCU Fraud Department & they froze my account. The agent explained that my computer was hacked and the signing was directly from my computer. NFCU XXXX Claim # XXXX dated XXXX XX/XX/2023. XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX Checking Account was closed after withdrawn of the stolen money. On Sat, XXXX XX/XX/2023, I filed a police report being a victim of fraud, identity theft, hacking into my computer and stole money from my bank account. XXXX XXXX Police Station Report # XXXX. Identity Theft Report # XXXX. Also, submitted an FBI IC3 report and an alert on all Credit Bureaus with a freeze # XXXX. Within four days of my fraud claim, the NFCU denied it. What investigation could have been conducted? Who was involved? I did not authorized those external transfers and never received the email notifications from the institution. The money stolen were part of my life savings, XXXX of honorable military service to this country. A debt that can never be repaid. As a disable veteran, I'm devastated. I have not benefited from the unauthorized transactions, neither had previous knowledge because the hacker deleted the emails from my email account. This money is for my retirement, years of hard work. I'm depressed and emotionally effected with this situation. Please help.

Consumer Complaint: I opened up a credit card with XXXX XXXX in 2021. It is the More Rewards Amex credit card, and I was given a {$25000.00} credit limit. For whatever reason, Amex incorrectly put down {$2500.00} as my credit limit. And XXXX only checks with Amex to validate the credit limit, so on my credit report, it says I am over my limit as it is only {$2500.00}. This is affecting my credit score. My Amex credit limit is now {$33000.00}, and yet, I still have not received a change in my credit limit on the Amex portion of XXXX. I have called XXXX XXXX, Amex, and XXXX multiple times and they have each never fixed the issue.

Consumer Complaint: I wired transferred XXXX to Navy Federal Credit Union to XXXX XXXX, XXXX to Act. No XXXX, XXXX. No XXXX. Her address is XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX. The money was supposed to be for a cruise for the fans of XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. I got sent a ticket but it was bogus. I notified both cruise companies listed and confirmed that with them. I filed complaint with FBI an I9 or IC. I noticed my bank who got in contact with Navy Federal Credit Union. Nothing has been done. XXXX XXXX XXXX notified me saying I called back the funds so she was not sending me my money. I asked her for proof that the money was sent back but she refuses. I checked with my bank and nothing. So either Navy Federal Credit Union kept my money or XXXX XXXX did and now she is saying that XXXX XXXX XXXX will contact me. So obviously the manager XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX from XXXX is involved in all of this also. XXXX XXXX XXXX is ex XXXX and shouldn't be that hard to track down. I'm sure the XXXX wouldn't appreciate knowing one of their own is out there scamming people out of their money. The people involved were XXXX XXXX @ XXXX XXXX and XXXX on XXXX both those accounts are linked. Then XXXX XXXX on XXXX. Also, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX is refusing to give me my money back same with Navy Federal Credit Union. They have no proof that money was returned to me. MY bank can confirm that.

Consumer Complaint: Well This started after An issue With another Vendor making charges To my account up to 10 Days before they were officially authorized to. I had reached out to My Bank Navy Federal for help. After expressing frustrations because they REFUSED to help me I started to get treated Rudely by their staff. After calling that out I'm suddenly incurring Returned Check Fees on payments I never authorized. I feel this is being done out of Spite as the Staff want to " teach me a lesson '' for responding to their rude and condescending behavior. This isn't the first time I've had such issues as I had a similiar occurance When I included them in a complaint made to the XXXX for allowing Vendors to take unauthorized charges from my account. Navy Federal claims us veterans are their mission but anymore it seems like helping fraudsters and unauthorized Vendors Rob us blind is their real mission

Consumer Complaint: I have a personal secured loan with Navy Federal Credit Union, originated in 2018. Since that point I have been mostly current with the loan, missed a payment or two due to employment or XXXX and had a couple of temporary month or two deferrals during the life of the loan which I was told would extend the loan by that month or two. I have a buyer for the RV who has been renting it and has been faithful. I need to get him a purchase price. When I looked at the balance it had not been reduced by much. After 4 + years the loan has only been reduced by approximately XXXX in principal. I have asked the Credit Union multiple times through my online account to please call me to discuss. I had them send an amortization schedule which shows a near two year period of time when payments were being made but nothing was being credited to principal, all was going to interest. I have asked a CPA to look at this and he is confused. Noone has called me, they only have said that 'at the beginning of a loan, payments mostly go to interest, to which I of course agreed BUT please look at the amortization schedule, it makes NO SENSE. An online tool at www.bankrate.come shows if I had made all payments and no deferrals were given would have the balance at approximately XXXX not XXXX.
