Consumer Complaint: Navient continues to violate my right to privacy, which is a violation of the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Even after when I made them aware of the federal laws they are breaking by sharing my nonpublic personal information WITHOUT my consent. They have willfully ignored my request to opt out of sharing my nonpublic personal information with other nonaffiliated XXXX parties. Navient continue to aid with consumer reporting agencies to furnish negative information in the form of " late payments '' on my consumer report without my consent in their attempt to extort me on this extension of credit. They make false statements stating that " they are consistent with industry standards '' when the Fair Credit Reporting Act don't requires them to furnish information about me without my consent when Credit Reporting is OPTIONAL WITH MY CONSENT. I have suffered monetary actual damages from the results of Navient furnishing this inaccurate information, damaging my reputation and restraining me from operating in commerce in which the banking system is dependent upon! I have tried to resolve this issue through a direct dispute and indirectly through the consumer reporting agencies that they are furnishing this information to. *see attachments*

Consumer Complaint: Navient continues to add XXXX XXXX XXXX to the account as a contact address when Navient has been made aware numerous times that I do not live at that address, and do not know anyone who currently lives at that address. This address has been added without authorization nor has it been requested. In fact, it has been requested multiple times that they remove this from the account and refrain from sending any communication to that address. Their refusal to do endangers my safety and security. Furthermore, XXXX continual actions to add the address to the account, in spite of this knowledge, appears to be an attempt to violate the law regarding restrictions on call hours within a particular time zone and to purposefully run afoul and disregard proper service of process. I have had to update the address manually numerous times to Navient, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as a contact address for their system to avoid compromising my safety with their disregard of my request to not send mail to nor use the XXXX XXXX XXXX address. They acknowledged this update and request - but then still continue to add XXXX XXXX XXXX to the account. If they do not want to utilize the above Navient address as a contact address for their system, something done regularly for those living internationally or without stable housing, then for they can leave it blank as their system also allows them to do. Ive included a screenshot of when the address portion of the account dashboard was blank on XX/XX/2022.

In XXXX, far beyond the statute of limitations, Navient assigned the loan to my name and social security number and threatened and harassed me several times a day that they would damage my credit- which they did. All of the while, never contacting me about the massive class action lawsuit they were in.

There is still a remaining amount of {$16000.00}. I have also not had any success contacting them to fix the error either. The settlement entitled " Navient XXXX XXXX XXXX '' advises of the removal due to suspected predatory lending.

Navient told me that I don't qualify for the Covid pause because my loan was private. I didn't have any private loans, they were all Federally guaranteed student loans. Navient purchased them from XXXX. I never consolidated. Today, I believe they misinformed me about the Covid pause and the income based repayment plan. They told me that I would have to pay two thirds of my monthly salary if I entered repayment. They strong armed me into forebearance. Thank you, XXXX
