Consumer Complaint: Every year I submit my application to Navient to renew the Income-Based Repayment ( IBR ) Plan with them for my student loans. And every year it takes months of going back and forth of them saying they need more information from me despite the fact that I have provided everything the application required. I do the same process with XXXX XXXX and I have no issues. With Navient it is a fight to get the IBR plan approved. Not to mention the fact that I submit my renewal on time and get the acceptance notification. Then not 2 days later I get an astronomical bill from Navient. And I am charged a processing fee for applying for the IBR plan! Can't forget about the harassing phone calls that I get every day that total up to 5 or more. Something needs to be done about this crooked company!

I don't have any knowledge of these accounts being open. They were opened fraudulently. I understand that under federal law, ( the Fair Credit Reporting Act. ) unauthorized inquiries, and fraudulent accounts shall not be allowed to be placed on my file unless I have approved it.The presence of these fraudulent accounts and inquiries on my credit report constitutes inaccurate information, which must be removed under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Respondent, please have the following inquiries removed from my credit file immediately because I did not authorize them, these creditors do not possess my signature, on any documentation, conveying my authorization to inquiry for a loan, or a line of credit.

Since XXXX, when I was not able to get financial aid, I have been trying to return to school to finish the last three classes of my XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have been in forbearance for my student loans with Navient since XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX, I was enrolled to attend XXXX and my forbearance would be on hold, I thought. By XX/XX/XXXX, I could not get financially cleared to go to school, yet again and in XXXX I found out that Navient was again trying to charge me so I got in another forbearance plan. In late XXXX, Navient reported 10- loans were 90 days late dropping my score by 100 points. How can I have been in default and 90 days? When I went from forbearance to forbearance. Also, I was supposed to be in school. Please help.

Consumer Complaint: My name if XXXX XXXX and I am writing to see if you can help me with a Student Loan situation. My niece, XXXX XXXX XXXX, was attending XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX in XXXX. I co-signed 2 private loans for her in XXXX & XXXX. XXXX was diagnosed with XXXX XXXX XXXX & XXXX. We submitted the proper forms to Navient to have the loans forgiven due to her health & that she is not able to work & pay for the loans. Navient finally notified her that the loans were forgiven her due to her medical condition. But, they have advised me that I am still responsible to repay the loans. I am a single XXXX yr old retired XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX & my only income is from Social Security & minimal pension checks from prior employment. My income is barely enough to pay for rent, food, & medications. I am guessing because was not an accredited. # 10 The XXXX XXXX / XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has been torn down in and they changed their name. to XXXX XXXX XXXX University. The former building used to reside at : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, OH XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX Even though graduating from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , when I started school at XXXX XXXX College not 1 credit hour transferred, nothing! I studied worked hard made the academic honor role for a fake school with fake credits and I have nothing but a canker sore of debt to pay for. # 12 I get multiple harassing phone calls from Navient on a daily basis. Due to Covid-19 I attempted to take a forbearance. I told them to put me on the do not call list which they ignored. I receive daily calls from a Florida number XXXX it is XX/XX/XXXX and I have received 7 calls from this number since Sunday evening!! This seems very fraudulent and wrong!
