Subissue: Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Consumer Complaint: I see multiple 120 days late marks which is a clear violation of my right under the FCRA. The company has never responded to any of my attempts to obtain any proof or documentation that will prove this account is being reported accurately.

Consumer Complaint: Hi and how are you doing? Im not sure who to take this to anymore, but Ive disputed this account several times with both the original creditor and the credit reporting agencies accordingly and Ive attached everything to support my dispute. However, I continue to received a pre-template letter sent to me that its been verified and it REMAINS. How is it possible that this was verified if you continue to report incomplete, inconsistent, inaccurate, and unverifiable information on this account and a thorough and in-dept investigation. Ive disputed and I havent received anything as such, but it continues to be reported in violation of the consumer laws. Continues to report wrong balance, incorrect date of first delinquency, wrong date of last active, inconsistent payment status, high balance and actual balance is questionable, etc. I believe that section 609 of FCRA also allows me to ask for detail information about the account and how you indeed investigated and your detail process. Im extremely upset and shocked about the way this charge-off account is reporting on my credit report which continues to report with incomplete, inconsistent and unverifiable Info. How can you honestly say that you verified as it being accurate? This was NOT verified! I am requesting this investigation under the authorization of the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 623. ( a ) ( 8 ) ability of consumer to dispute information directly with the furnisher. What I am disputing : The account you have reported to the three credit bureaus. My basis for this dispute is that I have no knowledge of this account.

Consumer Complaint: Navient holds 8 students loans of mine, and I have been in deferment since day one due to income. However they have all eight accounts showing extremely late like 120 days and I've never even had a payment agreement to be late on. I've written them several times with no changes and no reply. I've left my number, email, address and I've gotten nothing. I called once but the person didn't make any sense so I wrote in to have proof of correspondence. The person I spoke with ( XXXX ) stated she doesn't know anything about credit reporting and that I should call back in the early morning because managers are there at that hour. Like I said ; it didn't make much sense to me so I wrote in. I've also been disputing it with all three credit bureaus and I'm going on month ther three with no response or change. This is creating a huge drop in my credit score and creating problems with even being able to rent a home. Because my score drops so significantly because it's 8 different loans so they hit me 8 times. I really need this taken care of. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

Consumer Complaint: I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report this week and I found multiple inaccuracies on my credit report from the 3 major credit bureaus from a collection company that I never have dealt with before. I've attempted several times to ratify the issue with the original creditors and credit bureaus and they still reporting inaccurate, unverifiable information. I have disputed this item with the credit reporting agency and they reported you confirmed the account as valid. I honestly do not believe to ever have any relationship with this collection agency or original creditor. Also there are several inaccuracies with this account the way it's reporting and that's a total violation of FCRA and FDCPA laws and regulations. In a good faith effort to resolve the matter amicably, I must demand proof of this debt, specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature, as well as proof of your authority in this matter. Absent such proof, you must correct any erroneous reports of this past debt as mine. I am writing to request that you please provide the following information : 1. Please evidence your authorization under 15 USC 1692 ( e ) and 15 USC 1692 ( f ) in this alleged matter. 2. What is your authorization of law for your collection of information? 3. What is your authorization of law for your collection of this alleged debt? 4. Please evidence your authorization to do business or operate in this state. 5. Please evidence proof of the alleged debt, including the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature. 6. Please provide a complete account history, including any charges added for collection activity. You have 30 days upon receipt of this letter to provide strict proof of contract. In the event you can not provide strict proof of contract, you must cease and desist any and all collection efforts and immediately remove any derogatory information reported to the consumer reporting agencies. In addition, you will need to provide me your agreement, in writing, that you are closing your file, ceasing collecting activity, and deleting all information related to this reference number from any and all credit reports youve furnished the information to. In the event you transfer this account to an attorney without providing proof of contract, and proving your claim, he/she will be immediate reported to the XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX for code of ethics violations.

Consumer Complaint: I applied for a credit line increase or loan to pay down an existing credit line at a lower interest rate on XX/XX/2020 and was denied both because in my XXXX credit report, Navient had reported the periods of pandemic relief as delinquency. I contacted my XXXX XXXX account services by phone and was told this was the reason I wasnt approved. The person I spoke to was ignorant about pandemic relief for student loans through President Trumps Executive Order. I told them that adversely impacting credit scores during the pandemic was wrong. Navient has a history of wrong doing and has continued to harass people with student loans during the pandemic. Navient was sued by CA, Washington and Illinois for pilfering and bamboozling XXXX XXXX dollars on excessive interest fees and late charges from people with student loans. Ive been getting harassing phone calls since mid XXXX from them because they dont recognize Trumps executive order as lawful. I cant change what Navient reports to XXXX through XXXX and have complained to XXXX through customer surveys after requesting my credit report from them. Ive received text SMS messages from non listed phone numbers that are telling me my credit has been approved or increased after complaining to XXXX ( an illegitimate attempt to imply my credit report has been fixed ). Navient is approved by the IRS as a fiduciary but I dont believe theyre acting like one. Theyre acting more like a predatory lender of student loans and now its impacting my credit report/score so I cant have more of a financial cushion during the pandemic. How can I fix this issue when the people who have the reports, like XXXX, wont recognize the lender as a non fiduciary impacting peoples credit scores? My own bank says that they dont have anyone that can override XXXX reports on the decision to increase credit or give a low interest loan to pay off credit. I think this is totally unfair, illegal on Navients part and detrimental to peoples financial well being during difficult financial times.
