Consumer Complaint: There is no way that these companies investigated this student loan. The same information continues to report on my credit. I honestly don't believe I was late and I don't agree with the total balance that they are reporting on my credit. It continues to report several inaccuracies among the 3 credit reporting agencies from the last student loan company. How is that possible? For example, Each bureau reports that I was late on a different date Also, Hows it possible that youve reported me 90 days late with no late payments prior to that? Wasn't Navient sued by Cfpb before for not applying payments to consumers accounts correctly?

Consumer Complaint: I initially borrowed {$22.00} in federal loans, from XXXX to XXXX. I successfully XXXX in XXXX and the federal student loan program states i owe {$37.00}. In XXXX I began receiving mail from a company called Navient, who states they brought my federal student loans. To date my credit reports show I owe {$78.00} in student loans. Two local banks and two mortgage companies have also confirmed these dollar amounts are duplicated all over my credit reports. In other words The federal student loan program tells me i owe them the {$37.00} dollar amount, while Navient states I owe them these same monies. How in the world can I owe both of them. I have reached out on numerous occasions to both parties with no avail. I never signed anything with this company called Navient and they have yet to show me proof in writing that they are the true holders of such loans. I have 34 marks on my credit report all from this company called Navient. This false reporting is causing significant damage to my credit reports and me personally. I am fully aware the National Student Data Base is never updated the way its suppose to be, and this issue is intolerable. I can not get either party to listen to me or fix this horrible problem I am living with. Anyone with a six grade education can view my credit reports and see these money amounts are duplicated, however no one will make any effort to correct this false reporting

Consumer Complaint: For several years I have been unable to log in to Sallie Mae/Navient. My correct birth date and social security number do not work. Nonetheless, I have attempted to repay my legitimate loans. Today I received a collection notice from XXXX XXXX referring to a debt ( {$830.00} ) which I have no record of and have no way of confirming. I suspect that they have created more than one account and that their records either include someone else 's debt or that they are billing me for someone else 's information. I am extremely frustrated because I get no where reaching out to them, they will not communicate in writing and demand that I spend hours on hold only for them to fail to correct anything. When they do send me mail, they do not give any history, just demand additional money.

Consumer Complaint: in violation of 15 USC 1692 j, navient tricks the consumer into fictitious debt obligations through unfair and abusive practices. the facts are that no loan was given as the word is not defined by the FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT. I have requested that navient show the source of the alleged funding and proof that a loan was given. navient is using deceptive practices to enforce fraud and the contracts are invalid because of their use of silent jurisdictions, secret contracts, identity theft and commercial fraud to harm this consumer and natural person.
