Sallie Mae has transferred my student loans into a Navient account. I am writing this letter because Sallie Mae violated federal law by listing my debt and informing a friend of my debt.

I am a full time teacher in a low income school. I qualified for the Public Loan Forgiveness and they refused me saying I wasnt in the right program. Yet, I called often to ensure I was on track.

Consumer Complaint: Navient keeps sending me ROBO emails but does not have a telephone number so that I can talk to a HUMAN BEING at Navient and pay my student loan payment. They have no telephone numbers and all emails are ROBO EMAILS. I want to pay my student debt but no one there will call me. They just want to send ROBO Emails that you can not reply too. They are ruining my credit. They are ruining my credit! They are ruining my credit!!! How can I sue them? They have no phone number. Please give me their phone number so that I can talk to a HUMAN BEING there and make payments!!!!!!!!!!! See the attached ROBO Email they sent me that has no telephone number, physical address, HUMAN BEING 's name, non-ROBOEMAIL address that you can not reply to. How do you let a large corporation get away with this????????????

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I am writing to document significant issues with my current student loans and request remedy. I should not have to stay with a variable interest rate. I have attempted to apply repeatedly to a lower interest rate. I have been continuously denied with no explanation as to why. When I call customer service, they ask me questions regarding income, and then tell me that I was denied, but they do not state why. When I have asked, they have stated that they are not sure why, I was just denied. I have never missed a payment, my lowest credit score is XXXX, and I have excellent credit history across every account I have had with any company. I deserve a fixed interest rate at a lower percentage. The amount that I owe now is more than four times the original principal, despite the fact that I only completed my education and licensure in the fall. I feel preyed upon and Navient will not offer any remedy, despite multiple attempts to work with them ( email exchange with Navient attached ). I took out {$46000.00} in student loans at age XXXX to pay for school expenses including books and tuition. I assumed that there would be some interest, but I didnt understand what a variable rate was and the impact that this purchase would have on my well being and livelihood. I am currently a licensed XXXX XXXX and I have to work five jobs to pay my monthly payment. The interest only payment is approximately {$2100.00}. I have to pay above the interest to make even the slightest dent in my principal. As a result, I work a full-time job Monday through Friday, and four part time jobs including XXXX at two separate universitys and doing XXXX XXXX at two separate companies. This is not a sustainable practice, I am often exhausted and unable to properly care for myself and my family, I am also a mother. I have reached out to Navient multiple times regard additional payment options. I was denied twice via telephone and once via email for loan refinancing. The person I spoke with was unable to state why I did not meet the requirements for loan refinancing, they stated that they enter my information into the system and are provided with the options. The people I spoke with were also unable to tell me what had to be done in order for me to meet loan refinancing requirements with Navient. Additionally, I contacted Navient and was notified that they are unable to modify or settle any of my loans for a lesser value. I honestly don't believe I was late and I don't agree with the total balance that they are reporting on my credit. It continues to report several inaccuracies among the 3 credit reporting agencies from the last student loan company. How is that possible? For example, Each bureau reports that I was late on a different date Also, Hows it possible that youve reported me 90 days late with no late payments prior to that?

Consumer Complaint: Navient Student Loan Servicer is trying to charge me with Commercial/Private student loans, which were disputed in 2018. There were three letters written to this company to get this situation resolved. Today, I spoke with a customer service representative and a supervisor, regarding the situation and it still is not resolved. As explained, to the representative of the company, '' commercial/private student loans are only take out, when the unsubsidized, subsidized loans and grants don't cover tuition. Since the dispute has not been resolved, please contact Navient. I requested promissory notes in 2018 and they sent notes, with no signatures for these private loans.
