Consumer Complaint: We are receiving robo calls from Navient XXXX two or more times a day except on the weekend. When we pick up it states to select an option to connect to loan agent. We do not have any loans and are older and retired. I looked up the company and it is for student loans. Neither of us had a student loan. We would like the calls to stop.

Consumer Complaint: I have been paying my students loan on a regular basic or monthly before the Covid 19 pandemic and before the government moratorium on student loans. I was told that if I paid my student loans for ten years i would be finish paying my student loans. I have not missed a payment that I can recall ( {$270.00} ). I have been XXXX school for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Kentucky for the last 20 years. I have applied for loan forgiveness, but I have been denied several times and I have taught in low income schools and schools with high rates of poverty. I qualified for a {$5000.00} reduction in my student loan based on my XXXX experience alone. I am now receiving calls from Navient Student Loans, XXXX. XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Pennsylvania, XXXX stating that I am in default. I thought the federal moratorium on student loans will not end until XX/XX/2021.

Consumer Complaint: There has been information published on a consumer report that I never gave either company ( XXXX XXXX, OR NAVIENT ) written consent or authorization to procure or produce with my information, according to 15 USC 1681b ( 2 ). Due to the nature of this consumer report, it has defamed my character to lenders, held me back from getting my home and a host of other things. There are accounts that have been disputed several times because of this violation and the said 3 companies above sends me results stating the derogatory alleged debts are validated. According to 15 USC 1692G debt collectors are required by law to meet the five requirements to validate any alleged debt, and also I the consumer have to officially validate the alleged debt, in which I do not validate the alleged debts in question on my consumer credit report. Another violation that has come to my attention is specifically with NAVIENT. They violated 15 USC 1681B ( ii-iii ), stating if any information that has been deleted from a consumer 's file and is reinserted in the file, the consumer reporting agency shall notify the consumer of the reinsertion in writing not later than five business days after the reinsertion. I received no written notification that this alleged debt was reinserted into a credit file that I did not give permission to produce. Please delete the accounts below due to several violations of the law. The companies in question for the alleged debt are as follows : NAVIENT ( ACCOUNT : XXXX ) and NAVIENT ( ACCOUNT:XXXX )

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX we found that we were victims of check fraud. Our credit union recommended getting a new account number immediately. Our Navient loan was due on XX/XX/XXXX. I updated all of our banking information with them XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX for our auto payments. We went on vacation the week of XX/XX/XXXX and found that our payment did not process when we returned. When I called them they stated that I did update my information but it did not process for some reason and did a manual payment over the phone. When the payment did not process they increased our interest rate from 2.875 % to 4.125 %. I tried to get this reversed since we were victims of fraud and was told to fax in my last statement showing our old interest rate since they did not have record of it for some reason. I stated I had a letter from the bank stating the fraud and new account number as well. Once reviewed they did not reverse the rate. Our payment for XXXX is still not set up on auto pay and I was told to do a manual payment and autopay would be in effect for XXXX. Of the 40-50 different places I had to update my banking information with, Navient is the only one that did not process this immediately ( other than the US Treasury who required notarized documents ). This is ridiculous they would take 2 months to update information you have submitted which guarantees they will take away your discounted interest rate reduction for on time payments and auto pay. The way the are set up, if you change banks they will penalize you for this.

Consumer Complaint: Recently I sent a correspondence to Navient Solutions LLC regarding an alleged debt. I requested validation of the alleged debt in accordance with 15 USC 1692g, ledger/journals of Navient financials and the rescission forms regarding this credit transaction. Navient failed to validate this alleged debt. I was sent statement documentation and an incomplete application with personal information ( that I did not consent to Navient having or reproducing ) none of which bared my signature. Navient did not respond to my inquiries regarding the alleged debt. I informed Navient in that correspondence that I was in fact disputing their claim and to cease all collections until they were able to validate the referenced claim. Navient continually harassed me via mailings regarding the alleged debt, did not report that this alleged debt was being disputed and reported to credit reporting agencies that this payment was 90 days late. Navient also ( without consent ) shared my information with XXXX, who also requested that I provide payment to them for the same alleged debt with a different account number. My privacy has been infringed upon. Navient failed to provide proper documentation to validate their claim. Navient 's engagement in these abusive practices has injured my mental state, my credit, and my reputation.

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX co-signer of Navient loan ID : XXXX and XXXX for my son XXXX XXXX. Each month I pay extra to be applied to the principal. I write clear directions on each payment stub, and also write allocation amounts for each loan in the memo section of the check. I then take a photo of all documents before mailing and the bank also has a copy of the cashed check. I do this due to the consistent and arbitrary misappropriation of funds that Ihave experienced with first Sallie Mae and now Navient. On XX/XX/21 I allocated XXXX to loan XXXX and XXXX to loan XXXX for a total payment of {$590.00}. Loan XXXX received the correct allocation and loan XXXX was shorted {$100.00}. Where did the {$100.00} go? I am so frustrated with this legalized extortion via student loan interest rates coupled with the ineptness of Navient. Thank you, once again, for reading of my concerns. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I previously sent a letter asking for the documentation you used to verify these late payments, such as a transactional history, since what's reporting is not in line with any of my records and I know for certain that what's reporting is incorrect and inaccurate. Late payments affect my scores by a great deal, for sure you know that. How would you feel if the late payments reporting are not true but it keeps on weighing down your scores.

Consumer Complaint: My husband and I get several phone calls daily from Navient ( XXXX ), with whom neither of us has ever had any student loans or debt. Nor have our children or grandchildren, who we've read can also engender calls from Navient, getting parents or grandparents to pay overdue loan debt. There seems to be no recourse for us to stop this, as the phone calls are not manned by a sentient person whom one can talk to. HELP!! ( Navient is on our Call Block list, but the phone still rings ( once ) 4 times a day ... in addition to the many other robocalls that come in daily. ) XXXX and XXXX XXXX
