Consumer Complaint: I was under the impression that the government was wiping out all loans from XXXX XXXX as they closed a few years ago. I've ready many articles on a bill that was passed last month that forgives the debt 100 %. I spoke to navient who still demanded a payment.

Consumer Complaint: I have student loans for XXXX and US Department of Education. The loan has been forgiven as per required for 100 % XXXX veteran. I had it removed and it came back on my credit report all 3 of them. Please remove and KEEP OFF I have done this several times over and over and it has created financial hardships at various and multiple times. The debt was forgiven in late XX/XX/XXXX. Please remove and keep off my credit report in the future. I have submitted all documents in the past proving that debt has been closed and that I have been awarded since XX/XX/XXXX. Please reflect all dates back to that date also. Thank you, I hope this will give me the freedom to finally use my VA home loan and purchase my 1st home ever instead of renting my whole life because of credit issues with " Student Loans ''.

Consumer Complaint: I've been disputing fraud accounts on my credit report since XX/XX/2020. I keep sending multiple sets of letters to the bureaus and the creditors so the excuse of " we didn't get it '' doesn't happen. Furthermore, each letter is certified mail with tracking and each letter shows signed and delivered and yet the bureaus are still not taking any actions. The accounts are not showing in dispute nor are they removed from my report. The accounts always show up with different name variations and different account number variations and yet the bureaus seem to ignore the trend and let these fraud accounts affect my credit score. I have requested the investigation to be initiated and also verifiable proof to be submitted should the account claim to be mine. Not only have I not received any mail showing the verifiable proofs needed to justify the accounts to be on my report, I haven't even received any letters at all stating the investigations have begun. Per the FCRA and federal law, the process is supposed to be 30 days. 200 days later, I'm still here shelling out money for certified mail with no end in sight and no results to show. This is my last option before I take this up with my lawyers and sue for full compensations and damages incurred. Finally, it seems that when these complaints are submitted, the bureaus are using the excuse that they " can't confirm my identity '' to get away with taking no actions on my credit report. Please investigate this as well.

Consumer Complaint: Navient, my student loan servicer, is constantly adding/removing new accounts even though no activity has taken place on these accounts since the National Emergency Forbearance was granted. Also, Navient had me enrolled in a program where my payments were only $ XXXX/mo, then they unerolled me in the program and now I have 14 late payments. I didn't even know the terms had changed from {$5.00}, to over $ XXXX/mo. It seems unfair that this was not properly communicated and there seems to be no remedy. I have been paying on my student loans since XXXX, it only shows a few years of payments, thus making my payment history out of ratio.

Issue: Struggling to repay your loan
Subissue: Problem lowering your monthly payments
Consumer Complaint: I owe approximately {$27000.00} for student loan. I can not pay it. Its been ten years. I was able to pay for a while, but my husband had a XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX We had XXXX sons in college. I worked XXXX jobs. Still I could not make ends meet. Since then I have paid some but I had to take two years off. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX My paycheck is my only source of income. I applied for a student loan forgiveness and I was denied. I was told that it was bc I attended a junior college in XXXX. It made no sense and Navient would not explain it to me. Numerous times I asked for a lower monthly payment but they would not. Navient claims that it is income driven. However, that does not include what it takes to live. For years I have wanted a home. Its why I invested in college. Navient has ruined my credit. I was not able to buy a home for my family. I had no credit. Without credit I have given up hope on ever having a permanent place to live. I applied for another student loan forgiveness. During Covid shut down I was at my school handing out lunches. I checked my payments and I have made the required payments. If I do not receive the forgiveness I want to why. Explicitly why. All the times I asked for a lower payment I Navient would never work with me. I have had my student loan in forbearance so many times. It was the go to when I could not pay what they wanted. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I only need credit to survive sometimes. I do not make a lot of money. I have nothing to take. Im not paying it. I have already paid a high price for Navient. Navient did not send information or offer the student loan forgiveness to me. I found it on my school districts page. I have a photo attached of the choices Navient sent me. For the payments I did make you cant I made any. Interest has added all back on plus some. Navient is not a fair company. I have harassed by this company. Last year was almost too much as a teacher. They harassed during a time I could not afford to be. Navient has never helped me. Navient should be invested and audited. The FTC has a good bit of information already on Navient. XXXX that should warrant an audit at the very least.

Consumer Complaint: I have reported Navient in the past. This week my student loans ( both Federal and Private ) with Navient have come up due for payment as my deferment/forbearances just expired. They start calling at XXXX XXXX and continue to call every 30 minutes from different numbers in an auto redial fashion. I am at work at a XXXX and my job can not be interrupted repeatedly every day in this manner. They are not even leaving a voice mail just continuously calling me.

Subissue: Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Consumer Complaint: XXXX is reporting a student loan account from Navient that was originated in XXXX. I have repeatedly requested verification that the account is mine - a signed contract, a promissory note, ANYTHING. I have disputed this account four times and every time get the standard " Verified '' from XXXX without the method of verification I requested, without supporting documents, and without a human being reaching out to me. Both XXXX and XXXX did their due diligence and deleted the account - I sent XXXX proof of this in XX/XX/XXXX and requested they follow suit. They once again ignored this request and auto-verified the account without requesting any proof from Navient. I NEVER put my signature on a promissory note for an account from Navient. I challenge XXXX to provide ONE shred of evidence that this is my account. If they ignore this fourth attempt to remove this error my only other recourse is a lawsuit in which the discovery phase will require they provide said proof. XXXX holds a lot of power over consumers and it is their duty to contact data furnishers like Navient to validate my claim that this is not my account. Please provide me evidence or delete as this account is highly injurious.
