Consumer Complaint: Navient has been knowingly infringing upon my right to privacy by sharing my information with third parties when I NEVER gave them permissible purpose to do so. The accounts in dispute are a result of identity theft. These accounts do not belong to me, but were verified. It is impossible to verify these accounts on my behalf because I am the original creditor and consumer and I'm the only person who could verify any debt. Also, debt means any alleged obligation and we all know pursuant to 18 usc 8 all obligations are securities of the United States. I need to you to cease and desist all collection efforts or else I will be forced to litigate. You are criminally and civilly liable for infringing on my consumer rights pursuant to 15 usc 1611, 15 usc 1640, and 15 usc 1692k.

Consumer Complaint: Navient is stating that I co signed with my mother on a student loan that I did not, all of her loans have been discharged or cleared based on her permanent and totally XXXX. Therefore I should not be held responsible for any of her loans, as I've never co signed with her on any of her student loans. I have faxed in documentation as well as sent documentation to Navient by Certified mail which they are stating they never received yet, based on the tracking information the documents were received by mail. Based on status of fax all documents were received. The account XXXX is on a letter I received on yesterday the XXXX with a loan number of XXXX as being confirmed as accurate. They were not able to locate the account number for the above loan number. I spoke with XXXX on today with Navient and she stated that they are not showing where they received the fax or letter with all of my information DL, SSC, Disability letter for my mother, hand written letter from my mother, and a typed letter from me. Where is my information? Problem 1, my social security card is out there with my DL information they claim they do not have, 2, the is information is incorrect, 3 it needs to be removed from my XXXX credit report it isn't reporting on any of the other reporting agencies.

Copy of signed signature promissory notes, fraud complaint forms ie incorrect balances and or interest rates. I do not owe the amounts listed on my credit report and have asked that the debt be listed as disputed with ALL credit reporting agencies until all documents requested have been received to confirm the debt and interest rates are correct. The lender has NOT produced my signed with my signature on my promissory notes. I believe that someone is changing the terms of my loans to make it appear as if I owe more than I actually do and the lender refuses to provide information confirming the terms of these loans.

Consumer Complaint: I am having a problem with Navient on all of my credit reports .They are purposefully double posting collection balances to harm my credit even further. Navient did not supply me or inform me with the proper options to defer my student loans until I was able to pay them. It is illegal for a creditor to post a collections account multiple times for me to inquire multiple negative score changes or impacting on my credit score negatively. I am requesting that Navient corrects this and delete all of the late payment history as they never gave me an option to manage this debt correctly.
