Consumer Complaint: This is a second request regarding Navient Private Loans. Yes in the past, I have had private loans that have been charged off by Navient and are no longer legally collectible as Navient couldn't supply the documents. So, I do not need to know anything about those loans and what happened. My issue I have co-signed for XXXX loans for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The outstanding balance is now double the original loan balance. Also, I do not receive monthly statements from Navient-Yet I have ask many times. Instead I get a robo call twice a day with no message left on my voicemail. I have since blocked all Navient calls. Navient can not send a monthly statement-which I thought was legally required. But they can send XXXX notices to us in the post. I feel like this relationship is one sided. Navient wants me to pay but can not send me a monthly statement indicating the amount due and the due date. The outstanding balance on both loans has ballooned and is now double the original amount. When the COVID forbearance hit, Navient did not notify us. Instead I had to ring them monthly to get a forbearance.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX, XXXX and XXXX have reported a 60-day late payment indicator on my credit report with the creditor, ( Navient ), which is incorrect and is currently showing on my credit report. The account that I am referring to is the account balance of : {$10000.00}, which the account was opened XX/XX/2011. I have never paid 30-days late and when I contacted Navient, they said that their system is not showing it and that I am current and they did not report that 60-day indicator on the account. This is the 1st time that this done happened to me and this is negatively impacting my credit rating and credit report. I want this issue corrected immediately because this is negatively affecting my credit rating with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX and if this happens again, I am filing a lawsuit for violating the fair credit reporting act. I want this updated immediately!

Consumer Complaint: Under 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( b ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ) this accounts in violation not reporting 100 % accurate. Under 15 U.S. Code 1681a ( 2 ) ( B ) Exclusions from a consumer report this account is in violation, any credit transaction is supposed to be excluded from a consumer credit report, if a social security card was used in the transaction. Misleading false reporting this account is negligently and inaccuratly reporting failing to comply to 15 USC 1681. Under 15 USC 1681b permissible purposes of consumer reports, i never gave this company any written consent to report anything on my consumer reports, and no consent is XXXX!

Consumer Complaint: I cosigned a loan for my XXXX XXXX XXXX , back in XXXX to attend the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$7000.00}. She has since XXXX and has moved on to acquiring XXXX XXXX XXXX and now she is in the last year of her XXXX. She was XXXX XXXX XXXX at the time of the cosign and is now going to be XXXX years of age in XXXX. I have asked over and over again for the amount of the loan be taken off of my credit report. She has made all payments with XXXX XXXX scoring. I have tried everything to get her loan amount off of my credit report. She has even called to have me taken off of that loan as a cosigner. Nothing has been done and we have exhausted all resources.

Consumer Complaint: Navient called an left messages for my decease brother to call them about my XXXX XXXX student loan. Navient called my wife, with out my authorization about loans before we were married. Has never sent any written correspondence about the loan, but seems to be able to call and locate relatives and has a current address. Has called my cell phone even after being ask to not to call my cell. All the above and yes I may be a payment or 2 behind d but am paying. Why keep calling relatives, they know where I am. Do they want law suit for violation of my rights.

Consumer Complaint: I recently looked at my credit report and it shows I have two late payments showing on my credit report from Navient. I am a XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX University. I had already received a email that my student loan payment was extended til XX/XX/XXXX back on XX/XX/XXXX, however, I have returned back to school as of XX/XX/XXXX. I called Navient this morning to inform them of the error on my report and the lady said I don't start paying anything back until XX/XX/XXXX, which is the year I graduate. So if they are not reporting it and it is showing under their name on my credit report, then why is it there to say I have a late payment in red? I received a letter in XXXX that it was going back to Navient from the U.S. Department of Education. I have all the documents that was sent to me. I just spoke with XXXX as well and they gave me a breakdown and I am on a deferment until XX/XX/XXXX and then it will start over until I am done with school in XXXX. I have provided all my documents.

Consumer Complaint: All of my student loans originated prior to the 10 years requirement of making payments prior to having my student loans forgiven. ( student loan time frame XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX ). During that timeframe, the requirement was to provide civil service work for approximately 5 years and your loans can be forgiven. In which I had accumulated over 8 years of civil service work : - Three years as a XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX prison XXXX XXXX ) - 1 year as a XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) - 4 years in Non-profit work ( New Concept Self Development Center XXXX and XXXX XXXX of XXXX Wisconsin XXXX XXXX XXXX I inquired about the student loan forgiveness program and have even submitted a complaint through CFPB. CFPB complaint filed against student loan servicer ( Case number XXXX ) Filed a complaint with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ( Ombudsman Case number XXXX ) regarding excessive interest being charged to my student loan balance. The final result was XX/XX/XXXX The XXXX XXXX XXXX continued to extend forbearance offers A complaint with CFPB ( complaint ID XXXX ) filed on XX/XX/XXXX regarding dealing with Navient From XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX constant forbearance options offered and approved. Although I inquired about other student loan forgiveness options due to having 8 years of working in a public sector. In which I have now over XXXX in interest accumulated to my total student loan debt. Each request and material asked regarding student loan forgiveness programs were ignored or just declined.

Further, it states that Navient can not collect on the debt but they are trying to collect on the debt.
