I have never missed a payment on this loan and have transferred auto pay to this bank, they will not stop calling me on my house or cell phone, they are harassing me for no reason, I need help to get them to stop!!!!

Consumer Complaint: THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE COMPLAINT.THIS IS A NEW COMPLAINT THE XXXX ISSUE WAS RESOLVED.NOW ITS STARTING ALL OVER AGAIN.PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE .READ MY COMPLAINT, IT IS A SAME PROBLEM THAT WAS RESOLVED BUT NOW IS STARTED TO HAPPEN ALL OVER AGAIN.MY XXXX COMPLAINT OF THIS ISSUE WAS RESOLVED YOU ARE NO LONGER WORKING ON IT.I FILED ANOTHER COMPLAINT ( case # XXXX ) ON XX/XX/XXXX YOU REPLIED SAYING ITS A DUPLICATE COMPLAINT AND YOUR WORKING ON IT.THATS NOT THE CASE ITS NOT A DUPLICATE ITS THE SAME ISSUE OF A EARLIER RESOLVED COMPLAINT.The XXXX was on XX/XX/XXXX you sent my complaint to the mortgage company and they responded.The isssue was resolved for one month and now its back to the same problem.The mortgage company sent me a letter showing they are working on correcting the problem and if i have any further issues i should contact XXXX XXXX a customer relations specialist at XXXX.Let me say XXXX of all their automated phone system does not give an option to connect to a live person unless you try almost every promt on the system.When i am finally connected with a live customer service person they are unable to resolve my problem and proceed to transfer my call to a specialist which never pick up the call.Their main customer service XXXX is outsourced to who knows where.The specialist are in Texas.Whats the point of outsourcing the customer service line if they do n't have the ablity to resolve the problems of the customer.Well my problem accured again on my XXXX mortgage payment, i over payed like always and wanted some of the overpayment applied to the escrow and some applied to the principal.They ignored my wishes and applied it all to principal.XXXX i called the auto mated customer service line to resolve this and after XXXX of going threw the promts to finally get a live person they were unable to help me and transferred my call to a specialist, who never picked up but i left a voice mail.Then i pulled out the letters from my XXXX time i filed a complaint and i called XXXX XXXX dircet at XXXX she never answered so i left a voice message.She never returned my call so i called again and again and again only to get her voice mail every single time.I left XXXX voice mail messages out of XXXX calls to her over a 5 day period and NOT XXXX CALL WAS RETURNED.It is unexcusable how i have to continue to call and call and call and file complaints over something so simple.Just apply the money the way the customers want it applied, your own statements give us the option of doing that but yet when we use that option were ignored.My XXXX payment was to be applied as {$23.00} to escrow and {$80.00} towards principle.Thats how the payment slip was clearly marked.Like i said this is my XXXX complaint for the same problem.

Consumer Complaint: I had a XXXX mortgage with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I requested under HARP a loan modification. XXXX XXXX XXXX approved me for the loan modification. I was instructed to make XXXX payments for XXXX months in a row of {$2800.00} each. I made these payments. XXXX XXXX XXXX sold my loan to Nationstar Mortgage. Since this happened in XX/XX/XXXX, I have had a nightmare of problems with Nationstar. They did not accept the former XXXX XXXX XXXX loan modification. They are insistent this loan is a Home Equity Loan which they refuse to modify. IT IS NOT A HOME EQUITY LOAN. It is a XXXX MORTGAGE. For the past XXXX years I have tried to get Nationstar honor the agreement I had with XXXX XXXX XXXX for a loan modification and they have denied my multiple requests. I have spoken to at least XXXX loan representatives at Nationstar and can not get anyone to speak to me. I had XXXX representative tell me to make the monthly payments of almost {$3000.00} and I sent these payments on time to Nationstar. In XX/XX/XXXX, these payments were returned to me in the form of a Nationstar checks. Now, I have received notification that my home is moving to FORECLOSURE!! This is an outrage and I do n't believe it is legal. I need some relief immediately.

Consumer Complaint: My father XXXX XXXX purchased a house for me in XX/XX/XXXX. He passed away XX/XX/XXXX. I am the representative of the estate and the house mortgage is now through Nationstar. Apparently they loss the documentation saying I was the representative of the estate and turned off m ability to make payments on account. I have tried to make payments numerous times as well as my wife. I have called and left messages with XXXX XXXX my account rep. and not return calls concerning this matter. I send in paperwork pertaining to certain issues and they lose after receiving it or say they never got it. Two days ago is when I found out talking to Nationstar that they said they had no paperwork on me as being the representative on my dads estate. Talked to them today and now the paperwork has shown back up. In all this has me in the rears on my payments by 5 months and threatening to foreclose on my house. Now they are saying I cangive them almost {$3000.00} plus lawyers fees to keep my house. My XXXX payments only come to about {$1300.00} which I have been trying to pay and catch up. If Nationstar ahd not screwed up my account like this I would not be behind in payment. The mortgage use to be with XXXX XXXX XXXX and they also lost the paperwork and tried doing the same thing. After my lawyer XXXX XXXX contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX about this matter and they corrected it. Nationstar has not tried in anyway to help all they want to do is take my house. My wife is on XXXX and me trying to do everything and now to try to come up with {$3000.00} to probably {$5000.00} to pay them is ridiculous. I am at my whits end and dont know what to do.

Consumer Complaint: My husband died two years ago. I have XXXX boys in college. My husband left me with significant financial issues, including outstanding medical bills, debts I was unaware of, a mortgage at a very high interest rate, etc. I began to try and refinance the mortgage over a year ago, with no success, due to my credit report. I tried repairing the credit history and still was not able to refinance. Finally, the mortgage lender NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE , LLC, told me I could be eligible for the mortgage assistance program. They told me to skip one month 's payment in order to show my need. Then, they signed me up for the new loan and told me I had to pay 90 days at a higher rate ( I assumed this was to make up for the payment that was skipped ). At the end of the 90 days, they lowered my interest rate from 8.3 to 7.8 percent - but my monthly payments went from {$2800.00} to {$3200.00} per month, plus accrueing fees of over {$200.00} per month which I ca n't get anyone to explain to me. In addition, Nationstar reported that I was late with those 90 days of payments, when in fact they were not only paid, but they were higher than the original mortgage payments. This then scarred my credit report yet again. Several more attempts have been made to try and refinance so I can get the monthly payment down to something manageable - but my credit report continues to hinder me. Not only has NATIONSTAR made the monthly payments higher through their " MAP '' program, they have added considerably to the amount of the loan itself. Before I started the MAP program, I owed approximately {$260000.00} on the house. I now owe over $ 270K. How does this happen when I literally begged for months for someone to help me? I do not want this to happen to others. Please help me and help others.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2015, I submitted a complaint ( # XXXX ) about NationStar Mortgage 's utter failure to acknowledge or process my multiple requests for a loan modification. They have done nothing except send me auto-generated form letters. Indeed, their prior response to my CFPB complaint was worthless - it was nothing more than a computer generated response saying that they take customer service seriously. What a joke, because they have no customer service. Now, once again, I have provided them with every single document they have asked for, and they are nevertheless telling me ( via a form generated auto letter ) they do n't have a required document. It 's complete nonsense. I am at a loss of how to deal with them.
