Consumer Complaint: It all begins when I purchased a newly built home in XXXX XXXX, XXXX Georgia and the seller and Broker got me a loan with XXXX XXXX Mortgage and then the company went belly up within XXXX days. As a result my loan was then sold to XXXX XXXX XXXX unbeknown to me and without my permission who also got in trouble for bad loans and sold my loan to this company based out of either XXXX, Nationstar Mortgage. Ever since my loan has been taken over by Nationstar I receive weekly XXXX or XXXX times a day telephone calls from them and letters in the mail and XXXX delivery trying desperately to convince me to refinance my loans with them. I initially asked questions and realized very quickly that they do not operate ethically or in the interest of the customer and are out to do more damage than good. I have updated my account profile and asked them repeatedly to stop calling and contacting me all day and night every week for at least XXXX days about refinancing with them because I am pursuing a loan with other lenders. It is truly unfair to innocent customers like myself whose loans were bought by XXXX XXXX as a result of the XXXX Mortgage debacle and then sold to these unscrupulous lenders such as XXXX XXXX XXXX that has taken advantage of customers in the past and still remain in business with profits. Also, since Nationstar has taken over my loan which is approximately XXXX years or more now, the also have paid my City , County and Insurance late and applied the wrong amounts and servicers without my authority. Last year they paid XXXX XXXX insurance company that I contacted for information and quotes on my home. I was in the process of getting rid of XXXX XXXX insurance that I had for all my homes for the past XXXX years because they constantly raised my rates even though I never had filed a claim until last year due to a hail storm that damaged my roof. After receiving XXXX quotes I decided to go with XXXX XXXX which provided me with over {$200.00} in savings. Nationstar not only paid XXXX but also paid XXXX XXXX when I took the time to contact them as soon as singed my Home policy to let them know I was discontinuing with XXXX XXXX and not to pay them. Well to my surprise they paid XXXX XXXX at the time it was due late of course then also made a payment to XXXX XXXX months later and my XXXX balance was way low and then they increased my mortgage payments for the shortfall. I had to make numerous calls to get this debacle rectified. I have conducted research on Nationstar since I had not heard of them prior and read multiple customer reviews about how they offer refinance and put consumers through a lot of trouble and lose documents then change the terms over and over again and some have even lost their homes due to foreclosure. Of course I was horrified and it definitely confirmed my suspicions about this company and why I am not interested. I still receive calls and letters every singe week which is beyond annoying and what I know as harrassment. Please provide some remedies to innocent customers such as myself so I do not have to go through this ordeal again and again. Thanks in advance.

Consumer Complaint: The company is Nationstar. They are holding a XXXX which came about because of the XXXX earthquake in Ca. It was a XXXX loan that went to XXXX, then went to Nationstar. The taxes and insurance are paid by the company that holds the XXXX trust deed, ( mortgage ) .Nationstar ( holds the XXXX ) took the loan over XX/XX/XXXX. I have been telling them since the beginning that my first Trust deed holder pays taxes and insurance. I have completed a form called Waver of Lenders right to Escrow taxes XXXX times and sent them the original with my signature on it once XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX times XX/XX/XXXX. I faxed and sent them the original by US Post Office. They chose to ignore it. I have spoken to many many people from their company about this matter. They opened a escrow account and paid taxes and insurance. These were double paid. They then told me my payments were short or not paid at all. I told them I have proof. They have caused both my husband and myself a great deal of stress in the past few years. We are both in our XXXX 's, my husband was on life support in XXXX and I have XXXX, the stress caused me to have XXXX and me going onto XXXX. They have ruined our credit. I have paid extra money which I should not have had to pay since I made all my payment and by the way never been late. I found out they paid taxes and insurance that were paid by our XXXX trust deed. They have started an escrow stopped then started again several times. During the times they did not have an escrow they sent me XXXX checks. They did this during the times they said there was no escrow. But still said my payments were not paid. My payments were never late and they were never short. I have asked them to correct the problem several times and they have not. Last week my son was on the phone with someone in escrow for XXXX hours. Then a short time later that same day someone else for a long period of time. You never get to talk to the same person twice because they are on a rotory line and you get who you get. This is part of their problem no one stays with a problem long enough to fix it. So you may thing you have solved your problem but nothing gets solved. They tell me even if they made the duplicate payments I am the one who must get it back and my loan shows I did not make all my payments because they took the money and put it into an escrow and sent it to the county and opened another insurance policy. I received a letter saying they will check everything out and get back to me by XXXX XXXX but here we are XXXX XXXX and I have still not heard from them. I called them again XX/XX/XXXX and she said she sees the problem and will get back to me, I have never heard from them. They are the worst Mortgage Company I have ever heard about. It is like talking to a brick wall. On several times I have received a letter saying I am in default and to call a specialist to help me keep my house but can never get to that person. All of the phone calls go onto their rotory line and you can never reach that specialist. Not that you should have to talk to the specialist, every payment was made on time and each payment was complete. The specialist is for people that did n't make their payments.I even sent them over XXXX extra because of their threats. I guess they just want to hold that extra money. They will not do anything to solve this problem. Beware of this company!!!!! I want to go to another mortgage company but no one will take us because of the negative remarks that Nationstar has put on our credit report. Again BEWARE OF NATIONSTAR!!!!!!!!!

Consumer Complaint: Nationstar Mortgage has repeatedly failed to pay my homeowners insurance and when notified of the cancellation, tried to initiate a lender-placed policy on my home. I have repeatedly asked that the escrow be removed from the account and they refuse to do so, claiming that the escrow is a requirement, since this is a federally-backed loan.

Consumer Complaint: I have filed several complaints with the CFPB regarding who owns my Mortgage and therefore who has the right to foreclose. Please see Case number : XXXX, Case number : XXXX, Case number : XXXX regarding my previous complaints on this matter. On XXXX/XXXX/2015 I received another letter from Nationstar Mortgage. The letter states that Nationstar may be moving forward with foreclosing on my property. The letter also states " The Foreclosure will be conducted in the name of : XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO XXXX, XXXX, AS TRUSTEE TO XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES XXXX ( " Noteholder '' ). This seems like another contradiction to the information previously submitted to me by Nationstar.

Consumer Complaint: I have filed numerous complaints in an attempt to stop Nationstar Mortgage from attempting to steal my home. I have not been able to reach a representative since I submitted my modification documents. Their phone number does not work and you can never reach a representative during the hours they claim to be available to check on the status of my modification. This is an attempt by this company to steal my home as I sink further past due with no relief available because they are not returning calls. I have filed complaints with the CFPB, XXXX, Justice Department and any other entity I feel can help me stop this crooked company from stealing my home. Please help! I just received a call from someone who claims to work in their customer relation department but he did n't want to discuss my modification. He claim to have called to let me know it has been assigned to someone. I told him I know a XXXX XXXX is supposed to be handling it but I have been trying for almost a month to reach her and not once has she ever contacted me. This gentleman called from XXXX. He would n't talk to me but was only willing to transfer me to XXXX. I explained I just called her this morning and she has not returned my phone call. He said when I call XXXX or XXXX I can hit XXXX and get any rep and transferred me while I was talking. I got XXXX voice mail again and hit XXXX only to hear the automated voice tell me no one was available. How can this be legal? How can this company do this? I have NEVER in my life deal with a company with this type of business practices. I am doing anything and everything I can to get some help and they are going to steal my home from under me by ignoring each attempt I make to reach them for assistance. I do n't know what else I can do. Please investigate this company and their unscrupulous morals and business practices. Do not let them steal my home!

Consumer Complaint: This was sent to Nationstar Mortgage on XXXX/XXXX/2015, and to date I have received no response. Attention Nationstar Mortgage Customer Service : Subject : Loan Number XXXXXXXXXXThis is a " qualified written request '' under Section 6 of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act ( RESPA ). I am writing because : My loan was recently transferred from XXXX to Nationstar Mortgage effective XXXX XXXX, 2015. The loan was set up as a bi-weekly payment through XXXX at no additional charges to me, the customer. In addition, my next scheduled payment was due on XXXX/XXXX/2015. I received an email welcoming me to Nationstar and requesting that I register online to view my account. After registering online with Nationstar, I noticed my account 's next scheduled due date was pushed out to XXXX/XXXX/2015, my loan was no longer set up as a bi-weekly payment but rather was now on a monthly payment schedule, and my automatic payment was no longer in place. I called Nationstar customer services and was told that Nationstar does not support bi-weekly mortgage payments. After asking to speak with a customer service representative, of whom I spoke with both XXXX and XXXX, I was told the same thing, that Nationstar does not feel the term of my loan was altered in any way. I was also told that I could sign up through a third party vendor called XXXX XXXX at a cost to me, and they could provide the bi-weekly payment processing. I explained to both XXXX and XXXX that if I was not paying for a bi-weekly mortgage before, why should I have to start paying for XXXX now that my loan is serviced through Nationstar. I have attempted several times to work with Nationstar to resolve the bi-weekly payment situation with phone calls to Nationstar 's customer service department. However I was told that there is nothing Nationstar can do to correctly process my loan as a bi-weekly payment without an additional fee paid by me, which I am unwilling to do, because my loan prior to Nationstar handled the bi-weekly payment schedule without any fees. In addition, when a loan is moved from XXXX service provider to another, the automatic payment processing should also be properly converted over. Asking the customer to re-set up the ACH processing is minor, but the conversion to the new provider should be seamless. I can be reached at ( XXXX ) XXXX day or night in case a customer service representative wishes to contact me. I understand that under Section 6 of RESPA you are required to acknowledge my request within XXXX business days and must try to resolve the issue within XXXX business days. This correspondence is also being sent to : United States Department of Housing and Urban DevelopmentOffice of RESPA and Interstate Land SalesXXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXXSincerely, XXXX.
