Consumer Complaint: Every month my wife and I each get XXXX harassing phone calls from Nationstar Mortgage. We are current on the mortgage, but every month calls start at the XXXX and escalate in frequency until we pay at the XXXX. I have told them that I get paid on the XXXX and they should stop calling. They said that was n't possible. The calls stop as soon as we pay. The due date is the XXXX of the month but there is n't a late fee until the XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: ***This is not a duplicate***This case is pertaining the harm NationStar has caused by not securing my account as requested, Yet the lack of support to clear the harm that they allowed by a lack of security on my account. I have provided evidence ( which were provided to me by NationStar ) that there were fraud activities caused on this account, yet NationStar response with a generic response that they performed an " investigation '' and that the fraud activities on this account did not accord. They provided the evidence on the XXXX documents that they provided. There are also other evidence, but NationStar refuses to provide those documents to me. Yet, NationStar refuses to clear the harm by removing the negative delinquents remarks on my credit file caused out of fraud activities. It is repetitive their routine of doing an investigation and providing the same responses without looking into their investigation. Yet the damages are still not cleared. This has caused harm to me. Attached are : -A forfeit letter written by my tenant XXXX XXXX XXXX The number on this letter is XXXX XXXX 's cell phone number and it was faxed from her job. This letter was not written by me nor did I grant authorization to my account to no one. Someone pretending to be me, writing a letter as if she was me is Identity Theft and considered as Fraud. This document was given to me by NationStar and it 's on their archives. - A loan modification. This was done by XXXX XXXX as well by contacting the " Making Home Affordable '' department at NationStar. This was done with NationStar lack of security which allowed someone other than me to make a modification to my loan. If you reference page XXXX, This was fax by XXXX XXXX from her place of work. Again, forfeiting my signature and pretending to be me is Fraud. This document was also given to me by NationStar and it 's on their archives. -Federal Trade Commission Identity Theft-XXXX County Police Department reportDue to a lack of security, NationStar allowed someone to gain authorization and compromise my account and cause harm to me and my credit. She was able to change my contact information to her contact information and then go delinquent on the account. This was done without my awareness or consent, and it 's now causing harm to me and my credit. Fraud Activities were caused on my account and I need the harm caused removed from my credit files.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX transferred our home mortgage loan to the above company XXXX XXXX, 2015. When speaking to XXXX from Nationstar he says that XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX payments were reported to the credit bureaus but it will show blank for those months on the credit reports. Payments from XXXX 2015 will begin to show. Working at XXXX for XXXX years, according to the FCRA, payments need to report accurately to the Credit Bureaus. Is there recourse for us? We are trying to obtain another mortgage in a move in a few months and need these payments to accurately report for our scores.

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX. My husband, XXXX XXXX, passed away on XX/XX/XXXX due to a XXXX. I am on Social Security and XXXX. I have been raising my Grandson since he was an infant. Nationstar states that I can not be granted a loan modification because I was granted a loan modification in XX/XX/XXXX. That modification was granted to my husband, and not me, as I have only assumed the loan recently, and after his death. My Nationstar loan is set to go up yet again in XXXX, XXXX. I am barely keeping my head above water as-is, and Nationstar states that I would have to go late on my mortgage to be reviewed for modification. I find it unfair that I am being punished for making my financial obligation to Nationstar my XXXX priority. From what I understand, my income qualifies me for a loan modification and I, personally, have never been granted a loan modification as I was never on the loan prior to my husband dying, so there denial of my last assistance request is unjustified.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of 2014 I applied for a loan modification with Nationstar Mortgage. I 've been jumping through the hoops for the LAST YEAR to get the loan changed to lower payments ( like they used to be with Aurora Loan of {$1500.00} a month ). Last week I was called, and told that I did not qualify for a loan modification. When I originally applied ... .I was starting a new business, and did not have the funds to make the new payment of {$2800.00}. I requested that they be {$2000.00} or less. And could they lower the principal loan amount, as the home has dropped in value. They had recorded with the XXXX County Recorder, a default of loan. So they can start foreclosure at any time. I 'd gone through this with Aurora 5 years ago ... .and they lowered my payment. But when it was sold to Nationstar ... ..it immediately went up. My new business is doing well ... ..and profits are up. I 've attached my XXXX most recent bank statements ( personal and business ). Thanks, for you help. XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I recently sold my home, but the mortgage company refuses to properly credit my mortgage, zero out the loan, and refund my impound account. NationStar Mortgage has been in receipt of XXXX from an insurance claim, plus the title company sent them the additional funds required to zero out the loan, however they improperly applied the wire from the title company. They have not adjusted the principle to use the insurance funds, even though they are in receipt of the affidavit that expressly states that I wish the funds to be applied to the principle on the loan and their own acknowledgement says that they would do so on XXXX/XXXX/2015. Additionally after my home sold they disbursed funds from escrow to pay for hazard insurance/taxes, which should not have happend after the close. Several times in the past I have had issues with NationStar Mortgage not properly applying payments, but this has but far been the worst. In this case they also broke up the single bank wire payment from the title company into several monthly installments, and a principle payment. I have called and spoken to them 3 times, and each time they promise that they will fix the issue, and yet it has still not been done. Each time I have been told that they can not do it immediately but they will fix the issue in a business day ... then nothing is done. I simply want them to fix their mistakes, and refund me the escrow amount back to me.

Consumer Complaint: Our loan was with XXXX, which was a horrible experience. we never been late and we 've always paid our property taxes. So we asked that no escrow account be set up. they proceeded to stick a XXXX. + charge on us and no one can explain the charges so we continued to pay ONLY our mortgage. NOW, XXXX companies later, and so many calls later, we are still trying to get this charge removed. We 're not able to get anyone at Nation star to help. I have copies of our taxes being paid the year they 're claiming. please help.

Consumer Complaint: I am 3 months behind in mortgage payments on a rental property. I contacted the mortgage company to discuss options like short sale, deed in lieu of foreclosure, etc. The mortgage company refused to speak with me or even to transfer my call to the short sale or deed in lieu department unless I gave them my husbands social security number. I bought this property before I was married and my husbands name is not on the lien, the title, nor anywhere else related to this property. My husband and I do not file taxes together either.
