Consumer Complaint: Under the Fair Debt collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), I have the right to request validation of the debt you say I owe you. I am requesting proof that I am indeed the party you are asking to pay this debt, and there is some contractual obligation that is binding on me to pay this debt. This is NOT a request for verification or proof of my mailing address, but a request for VALIDATION made pursuant to 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) of the FDCPA. I sent a certified letter on XX/XX/2023 ( see as attached ) and I have documentation it was received ( see attached document ), but as of XX/XX/2023 there has still not been any response.

Consumer Complaint: I am issuing a complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX as well as National Credit Systems. I was a tenant with XXXX XXXX XXXX for roughly 6 years. When I moved out in 2021, I did a walk through with management, turned my key in along with my badge to the gate and fitness center. Management stated the apartment unit was in good condition and that all balances were satisfied. They did not mention any additional fees such as cleaning fees or anything of that nature. On XX/XX/2021 I received a balance due email reflecting a balance of {$0.00}. Several moths later I was contacted by National Credit Systems stating that they had purchased a debt that I had with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I advised them that the charges were bogus and that I had received an account balance of {$0.00} from XXXX XXXX XXXX and asked them to remove the charges. Instead they reported to all three credit Bureaus ultimately resulting in my credit score being negatively affected as well as causing me to be denied for an apartment to which I lost {$300.00} for application fees, etc. I disputed with all three credit bureaus and they all came back and said they contacted National Credit Systems who stated that the charges were valid although I provided all three credit bureaus with the letter of XXXX account balance. This entire situation has caused me a lot of unnecessary time and energy. I am submitting a complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX for bogus charges. I also wrote a negative XXXX review for them and much to my surprised there were multiple XXXX reviews stating that XXXX XXXX has also done this previous tenants. I am also issuing a complaint against National Credit Systems for not doing their due diligence and reporting these bogus charges to the credit bureaus. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: I moved from XXXX XXXX XXXX located in XXXX, Louisiana, after being displaced from hurricanes Laura and Delta since XX/XX/XXXX, on XX/XX/XXXX. I received my deposit back from the office and actually left with a positive rent balance due to a rental assistance credit from XXXX XXXX in the amount totaling {$1300.00} that was for the months of XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX rental payments., but due to me returning to my hometown of XXXX XXXX XXXX Louisiana XXXX the office was suppose to return {$980.00} for XXXX, XXXX and XXXX since i was no longer residing there. I was not contacted by anyone after I left XXXX XXXX even though they had my cellphone number and forwarding address and I did not find out about a so called balance until I got a letter in XX/XX/XXXX from a debt collector stating I owed XXXX XXXX money although i got my deposit back. I tried calling for months with no success and finally borrowed my father 's vehicle a drove to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to confront whoever was now working in the office and found out that someone put a whole bunch of charges on my ledger in XX/XX/XXXX and the office staff didn't know what it was for and I didn't even live there anymore, so these so called charges are what got sent to collections. They also lied stating I moved out XXXX XXXX to and justify keeping part of the {$980.00} check but I have my XXXXl receipts from XX/XX/XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: National credit Systems is reporting an inaccurate collection account on my reports that I have been disputing for some time. I sent them a letter requesting validation of debt which I have left the tracking to prove receipt XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. In receipt of my dispute they asked me to provide documents concerning this debt and sent over an itemized statement from the original creditor. How are they able to verify this debt as accurate if they are asking me to send in documentation regarding this account? Furthermore, an itemized statement is not proof of debt. Clearly they are unable to validate this debt and I am requesting that this account is deleted from my reports now!
