Consumer Complaint: Respected Sir, I Vacated an Apartment in XXXX and while I was staying there on Notice period, no one came for Inspection on premise. When I vacated I got a huge bill of XXXX PLUS XXXX, Stating proper notice was not given and lease was broken. But when I reminded about my submission of my employer letter, they then reduced the amount. Then again in the new bill, they mentioned they replaced kitchen counter top and charged me, which was fine when I left. Then I asked for proof like photo, which was not sent. Then National credit system called me as a collector for debt and I mailed XXXX that I DISPUTE claim, still they went ahead with collection agency. Collection agency mentioned if out of XXXX, I owe I pay XXXX ( minus countertop ) they will not report to credit beaureu and I paid that. Inspite of that, now when went with home purchase, to my surprise, because of remark from National Credit system my loan was rejected to low credit score.I called national credit system then told If I pay remaining another XXXX USD to settle in full they will remove it. Still now I can see a statement saying Settled less than full amount in Credit score. National credit also issued me a letter that I owe nothing. Still it is appearing on credit report. I have been a law obeying and good person, but such incident has left me shattered. Please help me, when I have Disputed the claim, how was this handed over to National Credit system. Why did national credit system say that once I pay for amount minus Countertop replacement which was a dispute, they will not put in credit report and still went ahead and put that. Also now also they are not removing it from my credit report affecting my home purchase and interest rates. Also XXXX reduced the final bill XXXX accepting that original bill was incorrect so is this not means to extort money, if they is no resistance. I have full faith in truthfulness and American Justice so please help me.

Consumer Complaint: I received a letter from National Credit Services indicating they collecting on an old debt from a former apartment complex. I sent in writing a letter disputing the debt and the amount owed. The next communication I received from them was a letter stating I failed to setup and arrangement or respond and they were getting ready to report to the credit bureau ( dated XXXX XXXX ). After receiving the letter on XXXX XXXX I called to inquire about my dispute. The agent was very rude stating they verified with the apartment complex and it was valid. He told me a letter was sent XXXX XXXX. I told him I only received the XXXX XXXX letter with no mention of a dispute, letter, or bill. He stated they did n't have to send it and continued to try to collect the debt. I requested a supervisor who also stated they sent it, I was on a recorded line and they had me on tape saying I received it. I again stated I had not received a statement or acknowledgement of the dispute and I believed they could not report until they acknowledged my dispute and validated the debt. He told me they would report me over the weekend of XXXX XXXX if I did not make a payment, he offered to set up a payment plan then stated he would send me bill from the creditor after I did so. I setup a payment to receive a copy of the bill and save my credit score. I do not believe this company followed the law because they did not send me verification of the debt, prior to continuing collection efforts. To date I have n't still have n't received a copy of the bill which they allege they initially sent on XXXX XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: National Credit Systems continues to re-report a debt after I have disputed it and won twice. The credit bureaus have deleted them from my credit, but this agency comes back and re reports it. They hold a debt from a Judgement. XXXX XXXX Court was unable to validate or substantiate the judgment as the file was incomplete and had inaccurate information. They have deleted this from XXXX and XXXX. If the court can not even validate this debt, certainly this collection agency can not either. So they should not be able to continue to report this on my credit and must delete it. I have asked verbally and in writing 3 times for them to send me what they have in order to validate this debt. They have yet to send me anything in the mail and when I call, they leave me on hold. At this time, while writing this, I have been waiting on hold to speak with someone fore XXXX36 mins and counting ... Please hold the agency accountable. They are unlawfully reporting to my credit and my next step is to sue.
