There has been no activity XXXX NONE XXXX yet every few months they keep " updating '' my report ( they did this in XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX & again in XXXX XXXX ). Even though this account has no activity & is set to come off of my report next year, every few months it appears as " new '' again. I received an " alert '' from XXXX last week that a new derogatory account had been added to my report. It 's the same account that 's been on here since XXXX. Even though it 's an old account, it caused my score to drop XXXX XXXX XXXX dropped my credit limit as a result XXXX

I did n't agree to pay her {$550.00} so I did not renew. Now I am being charged {$1100.00} for fraudulent claims. Including that I moved out on the XXXX of XXXX however I have statements from the storage place that I returned the XXXX to. All through email. So there are records showing the lies and deception tactics to rob citizens of our money.

Consumer Complaint: I have tried multiple times to get this taken care of. I have no knowledge of the debt they have on my credit report. I mailed an original police report showing I have no knowledge of these debts, and they refused to respond to me. I want this invalid debt removed from my credit report, and I am willing to do whatever they need me to do to prove it 's not valid. The first company XXXX has also not been fair. They said someone signed a lease UNDER MY NAME completely online. That does n't even make sense, no real way to verify. When I offered to drive to XXXX to show my ID and prove it was never me they said they did n't keep any kind of camera or records like that. I never lived in those apartments and I DEFINITLEY never signed a lease it was fraud. They only tell me they ca n't look into it further and I have email correspondence with XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: This is in reference to a balance due on a eviction from XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX AZ. XX/XX/2015 I spoke with a XXXX XXXX a Debt collector at National Credit Systems Inc. I advised her that XXXX XXXX signed my XXXX lease 12 month lease and was not on any subsequent leases. I was the only person that signed the lease that was terminated in XXXX 2015. I advised her that any contact or threats of reporting to her credit report would be unlawful and I would seek legal remedy. XX/XX/2015 XXXX XXXX contacted XXXX XXXX via telephone and advised her that collections has proceeded against her and pending bad mark on credit report. This is a debt that is MINE ALONE which the property management is aware. XXXX XXXX completely disregarded our phone conversation on XX/XX/2015. XXXX XXXX advised her that was not on my lease ( 2015 ) and not to contact her again regarding her son 's personal business. She terminated the call. XXXX XXXX and National Credit Systems Inc has violated the FDCPA restrictions on 3rd party disclosure. I feel that these tatics are unlawful and violations of Unfair, Deceptive or Abusive Acts and Practices and this has prompted me to file another complaint.

Consumer Complaint: I lived from XXXX till XXXX in the apartment complex XXXX XXXX, XXXX, TX. This apartment complex was bought at the end of XXXX by XXXX XXXX XXXX. Upon leaving the apartment during XXXX XXXX I was told that my deposit would be affected towards the cleaning fee and I provided my new address in case they needed anything. A few months ago I pull my credit report and found that National Credit Systems , Inc. is reporting a debt of {$180.00}. I would have payed that amount of money without problem if I would had been notified and the debt had been validated. In exchange, the XXXX notice i got from a debt that I do not know why I am being charged came from my credit report. This is causing a great harm to my credit history, and I have n't been able to get a mortgage because of it. I requested 25 days ago a debt validation notice and proof that they attempted to collect the debt before reporting it to the credit bureaus. I 've got nothing. I feel frustrated and unprotected from this company.

Consumer Complaint: I was working for a XXXX when XXXX declared Bankruptcy. I was under a lease with XXXX and explained the situation to them. I was only a few months in my lease when it happened. The front office of the apartment complex understood my situation and told me they wouldn't try to collect any money from me due to extenuation circumstances. They never tried to contact me about payment or mail me anything. The only reason I found about about this debt is because I checked my credit online and found it. I did not receive anything in writting nor other communication attempts. I also did not receive notice to dispute this debt. Consumer Complaint: There is an account on my credit report that is reporting in error. I have disputed this information with the credit agencies XXXX times now and the creditor keeps telling them that the account is valid and therefore is still reporting on all of my credit reports. The creditor is reporting to XXXX credit agency that the last date of activity is XXXX/XXXX/XXXX which is completely inaccurate since I have had no dealings with them ever. Then they are reporting to another agency that I made a payment to them in XXXX which is completely false because I never paid them anything and that they account was opened in XXXX which is also inaccurate since I know this account is well over XXXX years old. I know that by law they have to remove items that are over XXXX years old and I 'm not sure why they keep falsely reporting this debt on my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I was sent to collection for a debt I should have never paid. I was never told about this debt. I rented out an apartment and the conditions of the apartment became unlivable. The roof was caving in and had a huge hole in it with termites and unwanted critters coming in. The apartment failed to repair the issue after multiple and multiple attempts. The apartment complex agreed to let me leave a few months early without penalty. When I left, they said I did not owe anything else. I signed the papers and left my keys. in XX/XX/XXXX, I was trying to rent another apartment when they said there was a collection on my credit report and I would have to pay it before I moved in. I paid it in XX/XX/XXXX, even though it says I paid it in XX/XX/XXXX. I was told the adverse action would be removed from my credit report if I paid it in full. It was never taken off my credit report and now the company is saying I 'm lying about it. I am extremely upset this fraudulent charge can even happen without proper steps being taken. A company can just say that I owe them money and send me to collections without having to go to court and prove it. I have paid the apartment well over {$1000.00} a month the entire lease and was never told about a final fee or charge of {$160.00}. If I was told about it, I would have fought it at that time if it was fraudulent.
