Consumer Complaint: I submitted a previous complaints with a long statement which included multiple fraudulent accounts at the time I did not realize I can submit more than one complete so my apologies about that. This complaint is regarding national credit systems. I have two different collection accounts on my XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX report in which I have never lived at these properties, as I stated before, in the previous complaint, I have no knowledge of applying for this apartment, Nor have I ever lived there.

Consumer Complaint: The collection company reporting to my credit report as a collection from these apartment complexes is national credit systems. For XXXX and complex in XXXX Texas amount is {$9900.00} and XXXX XXXX Apartments in the amount of {$9900.00} have disputed this account information numerous times. Ive contacted both companies explaining my situation as I did not apply for these apartments, nor have I ever lived at any of these properties. I was told to dispute my matter with the credit bureaus in the collection agency. However, once Ive done, so I was told that the information disputed was accurate. It has been updated on my credit report as of XX/XX/2023. Ive also explained to these companies that my identity has been compromised and with the proper protocols as far as disputing, I have gotten nowhere XXXX have ignored my complaint in XXXX XXXX and XXXX have listed on my credit report as accurate and verified. I also have an account for XXXXXXXX XXXX, which is a collection agency I have no acknowledgment of this account I have sent in mini dispute letters which have been ignored or have been deemed as verify belonging to me, which is incorrect because my information has been compromised to obtain these credit cards in apartments The other account that I see on my credit report is from XXXX XXXX, which I have never owned a XXXX XXXX account nor have I had a phone from XXXX XXXX, and they are reporting to my credit reports as past due and sent to collections again I have disputed many times and gotten nowhere. The only feedback that was sent to me via mail was all of my disputes have been verified and accurate which is incorrect and needs to be removed from my credit report. With these negative items on my credit report, it is hindering me from getting a apartment a new credit card or any loans and it is bringing down my credit score tremendously, which is affecting me in my goals for becoming a homeowner one day.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022, I was hospitalized due to severe illness. Since then, I have been in and out of hospitals and on long-term XXXX from work. Upon move-out from The XXXX XXXX in XXXX, we were never asked for a forwarding address. As such, they notice of our move-out costs was sent to the address they had on file, which was the same address at XXXX XXXX. Essentially, they mailed the notice to our previous address with them. We called XXXX XXXXXXXX and they confirmed this over the phone, and confirmed they do not have our new address and to expect a callback once they spoke to management. We never received a callback. The first notice of the debt received was from National Credit Systems , Inc. and due to being on Long Term XXXX, I am receiving care out of state. So I was first made aware of the " Debt '' from my credit report. We have never had an issue with a past landlord as per our history, and it is clearly evident that The XXXX failed to properly notify us of our move-out fees by failing to acquire our updated address. It is evident that National Credit Systems , Inc. was only able to locate our new address using their capabilities as a debt collection agency. Due to the nature of my XXXX, I contacted National Credit Systems , Inc. via email to no response and thus have come to CFPB for resolution.

Consumer Complaint: Original : XXXX XXXX XXXX Collection co : National Credit system /Account # XXXX/ For the amount of XXXX XXXX I do not owe this debt. These charges is completely fraudulent. I was on month to month ( one month at a time ). After 13months of being on month to month, leaseing agent gave me a written notice via text terminating our month to month agreement. I was told in that notice that i could no longer be on month to month, and to vacate if I didn't complete a renewal by XX/XX/XXXX. I complied, i moved out. Leaseing agent completed a residency verification so I could move into my current place. I signed my current lease XX/XX/XXXX move in XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX then added fraudulent charges, after I moved out and received my written notice. I am being charged for 3 months after I moved out even though month to month is one month at a time. I have repeatedly uploaded this written notice via text that I deemed as a proper notice to terminate my month to month agreement. payment ledger show payment stopped when i moved XXXXwhich lines up with notice.I have given ncs the same info though disputing, XXXX complaint, and calls. I n the messages I'm repeating telling them I moved, and they still added fraudulent charges every month I have made ncs aware of this and they continued to update this on my credit report after they bought this fraudulent account. The lease and payment ledger was sent to me by National Credit system. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act XXXX account XXXX, has violated my rights. 15U.S.C 1681 section 602 A states, I have a right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 A section 2 it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without written instructions.

The property was sold to another owner and I have not been able to get in contact with anyone to discuss this matter. I sent a debt validation on XXXX and have not recieved a response yet. Made numerous phone calls explaining to them this is effecting me tremendously, and the amount showing is not accurate.

Consumer Complaint: the national credit system is attempting to collect on a debt already paid in XX/XX/2022 i took XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to court on a tenants assertion, now XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has reported our credit history jointly we XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX owe {$520.00} for late chares of {$140.00} two times and they is no late charge because all the rent money was paid to escrow account in XXXX court because XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX rented me and my on XXXX XXXX XXXX a roach infested apartment and the unit XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was un liveable and XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX breech the lease agreement and therefore should not even got the {$3000.00} they got i think this is malicious of XXXX XXXX XXXX to finacial try and XXXX me and my son finacially plus they charged us two false {$25.00} fee and they were not taken off and they need to charged for using my stored bank card for attempting to use my card even after emails between XXXX XXXX athe manager at that time knew she was not supposed to still be debiting my bank card and thats call stealing double dipping greed
