Consumer Complaint: I am a survivor of XXXX XXXXXXXX, and when I fled my apartment in 2021, I provided the owner of XXXX XXXX with a police report as evidence of the imminent danger to my life. According to Texas state law, if a XXXX XXXXXXXX survivor can demonstrate their peril with such evidence, the apartment management is obligated to waive any outstanding balances and release them from their lease agreement. It is unlawful in the state of Texas for this situation to result in collections or adversely impact my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: Hello My names is XXXX XXXX, I moved out of the rented apartment since XX/XX/2023 and paid all my rent on time. But i received a letter in XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX that i would have to pay {$760.00} for the repair of the apartment i already moved out of since XX/XX/2023. After dispute with the management on why i must pay {$760.00} for repairs, I paid the amount on XXXX XXXX. I woke up on XXXX XXXX and i got an alert that there is a collection of {$760.00} from National Credit Systems. National credit systems never communicated once with me to ask if i paid or disputing or accepting the debt. That's unfair practice and moreover, there is no way i should have a collection on my credit report on the account i paid off. Please help me. Thank you

Consumer Complaint: Upon pulling my credit reports in XX/XX/2023, I noticed that there was a collection account listed by the name of National Credit System in the amount of {$1800.00}. I sent a debt validation letter pursuant to 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) of the FDCPA via certified mail per this account does not belong to me. The tracking number for this letter is XXXX. The letter was picked up by an individual on XX/XX/2023. It has been over 60 days I have not received a response regarding my debt validation request. A copy of this debt validation request was also sent to the Federal Trade Commission. Since they have not replied to my request and I can not get anyone at their office to give me an answer, I demand that this erroneous account is deleted from my credit report per it does not belong to me. As stated in my letter, fail to respond to this validation request within 30 days from the date of their receipt, all references to this account must be deleted and completely removed from my credit file and a copy of such deletion request shall be sent to me immediately per the FCRA. Consumer Complaint: This debt was owed to an apartment complex where I lived 7 years ago. 4 years ago I entered into a settlement with a debt collector named XXXX with National Credit Systems to pay 50 % of the debt I owed in 10 secured monthly payments. I agreed to pay that amount and allowed him to draft all those payments from my bank account. When the last payment was taken a month or so after it was updated. For some reason it is still showing on XXXX. I called National Credit Systems to report to them that it is still showing and is paid, I talked to a XXXX. He told me he knows more than me about my account and hung up on me. I called back to see if he had made a mistake and another woman yelled at me and hung up on me as well. I am sure these calls were all recorded as I agreed to be on a recorded line.

Consumer Complaint: The collection agency is attempting to collect {$6900.00}. I have request from the collection agency full account of all charges and payments made on the rental account from the start of the initial lease until move out. I also requested the collection agency to provide documentation that the leasing office at the apartment complex had me signed on the day that they returned the money orders to me for rent that totaled {$3200.00}. The money was returned to me on XX/XX/2021 when I moved out even though the leasing office claimed I owed rent. Then why would they return the money and now the collection company is trying to get me to pay {$6900.00}
