Consumer Complaint: This debt was reported on my credit inXX/XX/2017. I do not owe national credit system at all they are stating I owe XXXX. Ive called several times to explain I dont owe the debt this company is very rude they also provide wrong information. Ive been trying to dispute this matter for the past 2 years this company will not budge. But they will send repeated phones to the point I had to change my telephone number. I never received notice that I could dispute this matter from national credit system they kept saying they were going to send documentation that owe this debt and that this was a joint account Im not respond or this account. And Im tired of the harassment I shouldnt have to change my number in order to stop receiving calls from multiple numbers.

Consumer Complaint: I paid this debt off XXXX XXXX this company is claiming they never received the money order, Im not getting any help but I have proof I sent it out and that I paid off debt and now I cant get it removed after paying it off, I showed all my proof and I keep reaching out to ( XXXX ) the supervisor and he isnt responding back and Im not paying them again I left voicemails on his phone to speak with me he hasnt attempted to reach out to me and I cant get a home and havent been able to for 4 years due to this I reached out to XXXX and paid {$15.00} to get a copy of the already spent money order for {$480.00} and both XXXX XXXX and national credit system are claiming to have never received the money I need help removing due to I been paid off I can send in any of my proof I filled out a Forgen application to see who cashed my money order and still waiting on that but this is ridiculous there asking for more money I need some type of conclusion to this problem I dont want to give anymore money

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX Complaint Department/ Credit Dispute National Credit systems . Dear Sir or Madam : I am writing to dispute the following information in my file with you company. Ive done my due diligence as a Consumer or reaching out to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I received no clear direction, Ive sent multiple letters and emails with No Response. I fulfilled my response requirement as required by FCRA Laws. Ive been working at this for about ( 4 ) months with no response. The information provided by XXXX XXXX is inaccurate due, to incorrect status reporting and incorrect amount owed provided to you company. Issues : Inaccurate status reporting. ( I gave company written notice, I stated I would be moving verbally, also written from the documentation provided by the apartment complex ). Assistant Manager stated it was okay to move. I moved out on the XXXX of XXXX. However, I provided my keys back to the apartment complex on the XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX. Apartment complex lagged in their response to provide accurate data with key return request. I contacted Fair Housing on the XXXX of XXXX stating I was a victim of Identity theft which was causing my funds to be held a XXXX XXXX. Fair Housing advised, I could move out and only be charged the backed rent and a prorated charge from XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. Due to my lease starting XX/XX/XXXX. My fees should be as follows. Past Due Balance of - {$1300.00} Key Return Date XXXX XXXX XXXX ) {$2300.00} however, I moved out on the XXXX. This amount should be prorated to equate to XXXX. Balance Owed should be = XXXX plus. Utility Bills- Utility bills provided by company are inaccurate I went down to office multiple times stating, I double paid utilities. Under Management direction, I reached out to the utility company and they also stated I was dually charged. I have proof of my XXXX XXXX XXXX bill stating I was already charged and paid for utility bills. I do not agree with the purposed XXXX amount. I let the GM know that I was told the only amount I would have to pay was a XXXX amount. Which I agreed to pay I will not be responsible for any additional charges from this company. I agree to pay the XXXX . Any additional amounts I do not agree to pay. FCRA NOTICE : While an Item is in dispute with a collector. A Collection agency is unable to report said balance to credit bureau. I am within my rights to dispute this information and well within the ( 30 ) day response time to dispute this item. First contact from National Credit Systems was XX/XX/XXXX via phone. Resolution request : I would like to request the accurate balance be updated and the company provide details of their findings. If the company can not reach an agreement with this company, I would like to solve this matter in a court setting. Consumer Complaint: I have 2 collection accounts with National Credit System, which was placed by XXXX XXXX. First account is for {$2500.00}, and the date of last payment was XX/XX/XXXX. However, they are claiming the date of last payment is XX/XX/XXXX. This is incorrect. Also, they are reporting that the date of first delinquency is XX/XX/XXXX, it should be XX/XX/XXXX. The second account is for {$500.00}, and they are saying I never paid it when I provided a ledger of all activity while I lived at XXXX. I had to pay {$500.00} for a sure deposit before I could move in, and it is on the ledger that I paid the {$500.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. I have submitted numerous disputes with XXXX, and I provided the ledger with all information w my disputes. XXXX keeps coming back that they contacted National Credit Systems, and XXXX will not remove the 2 collection accounts when I am providing them with the information of my ledger and all payment activity. XXXX keeps saying that National Credit Systems is providing them with the information that the data they have is correct, and it isnt correct! XXXX will not use the ledger I am providing to them, and they are going with what National Credit Systems says. I would like to file formal complaints against XXXX for not using the ledger that shows the actual information, and I would like to file formal complaints against National Credit Systems for the 2 collection accounts that they are saying I owe with false date of first delinquency dates along with last payment made as false. Im providing the actual information, and XXXX wont do anything to correct/delete the accounts from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: After reviewing my credit profile on XX/XX/XXXX I identified a discrepancy with accounts listed under National Credit Systems. I requested a validation on XX/XX/XXXX as this was an account that I did not recognize. I reviewed my credit report again on XX/XX/XXXX and the account continues to reflect on my credit report and I have not received any correspondence from creditor to validate these accounts as correctly belonging to me despite my credit report reflecting that the account is disputed and therefore a 2nd validation letter was sent out on this day. I do not believe the account belong to me nor do I believe that the creditor has authorization to attempt to collect on the account and the account continues to negatively affect me. Please strike and remove this account from all 3 credit bureaus until adequate validation has been received proving that the accounts belong to me and all information is correct.
