Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I sent a 3rd party debt validation letter to National Credit Systems requesting any contractual agreement between me and their agency and to this date no proof of validation has been submitted to me as demanded. I have never done any business with this agency nor do I wish to do so. The alleged debt is in the amount of {$4500.00} which is a fraudulent charge. By law pursuant to 15 U.S.C. section 1681 ( s ) ( 2 ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), Nation Credit Systems has failed to validate this alleged debt within the ( 30 ) day time frame as pursuant to 15 U.S.C. section 1681 ( g ) ( 4 ). They have NO signed contract with my signature stating that I give them ANY permission to access my credit reports as pursuant to 15 U.S.C. section 1681 ( b ).

Consumer Complaint: We terminated our lease with the XXXX XXXX in XXXX NH and paid the amount due in full when turning in our keys. XXXX then charged us an additional {$990.00}. I never got any bill, never got a phone call. National Credit Systems called us in XX/XX/2018 saying we owed them. I called the XXXX and they said they sold the debt but would not tell me to whom. I sent NCS a certified mail with a notice of dispute on XX/XX/18, heard nothing, sent it again on XX/XX/18 and got back a copy of our XXXX lease, so I then a settlement offer on XX/XX/18. We have never since heard back from them. I am asking assistance from this agency to mediate the matter and force NCS to comply fully with the request I made in regards to The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I require more than them sending old copies of a bill which did not exist at the time we paid our bill and moved.

Consumer Complaint: Back in the XXXX I went into XXXX XXXX and inquire about and 1 bedroom apartment. At the time there was a application fee and a processing fee. The agent XXXX was helping my daughter and me ; On this day it was storming so we wasn't able to see the apt . I went online and started the application process, and when back into the office to request to see the apartment. Once I view the apartment I advise XXXX that I did not like the apartment and would not be moving forward. XXXX ask if I did the application and I responded yes. In the beginning she advise that in order to get started I needed to bring and application fee, which I never gave and once approve I needed and deposited, which was never give. After that I started getting email about and apt , I called the office and ask why my credit was ran XXXX advise her manager did it. I called for month requesting to talk with the manager and even stop by. never get to talk with the manager. I found out about the report and the manager agreed that I never applied. I ask for this to be remove from my report and it is still on my report. I left a copy of the collection bill and never heard anything back. disputed this with the credit people and was told it was accurate. they cant show me any paperwork, processing check or deposit that I made. XXXX was left go, seems to me she was doing fraud to boost her numbers. However I don't owe this company {$150.00} and would like for it to be remove from my credit report..I also reached out to the collection company and was never send proof of this transaction

Consumer Complaint: I had an account with National Credit Systems for {$4200.00} placed on my credit in XX/XX/XXXX, I was unable to pay them within a specific time-frame, so they sent my account to XXXX XXXX XXXX for further collection. I contacted the Attorney 's office in early XXXX XXXX. On my first call to the office I made payment arrangements of {$100.00} to start getting the account settled. I paid {$100.00} every week beginning XX/XX/XXXX. After 4 weeks of payments the balance had went down by {$400.00} but the amount wasn't reported to the credit bureaus. Subsequently I filed a complaint with XXXX and the balance was updated to reflect that I owed {$3800.00}. Another 3 weeks had passed and I paid another {$300.00} but noticed as I was looking at my XXXX report that the balance they were collecting on had been included in my Bankruptcy, therefore I disputed the account with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. While the account was under dispute I ended up resolving the issue with the Attorney and paid in full the settled upon amount. The Attorney 's office sent the settlement notification to National Credit Systems and sent me a letter as well indicating the account was settled. As this matter was being resolved I was keeping a track of my credit through XXXX XXXX. During this time I had received a 28pt. increase because I had paid my credit cards down. As a result, my score went up to XXXX with XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I had begun calling the credit bureaus to see if my name had been reported for rental history, I was checking because I am currently trying to move and the negative reporting has caused some issues. The rep at XXXX stated I was not on their report which was fine. I then called XXXX and learned I was on their report and got the information I needed to send to them to show the account with National Credit Systems had been settled. However, while literally on the phone with XXXX I get an alert an my phone from XXXX XXXX advising " Good News You Balance has decreased on one of your accounts ''. I checked the alert and it showed that my account balance with National Credit Systems had decreased by {$200.00} ( probably a result of the dispute I filed about the balance ) BUT here is the problem when they updated my account to reflect this good deed of paying my account down my fico score DROPPED 31 POINTS DOWN from XXXX TO XXXX. In utter shock I try to call XXXX and spoke to a rep who advised that 4 inquires had been completed on my account today but he couldn't tell me anything and I was already disputing my account. I explained several times the dispute n question was done days ago and had nothing to do with the update to my report today. He refused to look at it. I asked for a freeze to be put on my account and he said my account is already being disputed. In a panic I pulled my free credit reports and XXXX nor XXXX show any inquiries being completed on my reports today and when I tried to get my XXXX it stated my report was being disputed and I couldn't get it. All I want is the National Credit Systems account to be completely expunged from my credit like the Attorney told would be done once the account was settled, my 31 points put back on my score, and to be removed from the Rent Bureau with Experian ( I have the letter from the Attorney showing the account has been settled and I owe no money ) I worked my XXXX off to pay my credits and get my score up so I can rent a house for my family and in one click of a button someone has ruined that for me and my family. I just want be able to rent a home for my family and not have to explain this situation over and over when I settled the account.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I obtained a summary copy of my credit report. In my discovery I came upon a collection account opened XX/XX/XXXX with National Credit System for {$3600.00}. I made an attempt to contact this agency ( XXXX ) and was told the account was forwarded over to Law Office of XXXX XXXX. ( XXXX ). The agent that answered immediately verified my name/address and proceeded to inform me that I owed this debt. I advised the agent that I never received a Validation Letter of the debt in question, the agent then verified my address ( without me providing any information ) and went on to say the letter was sent out already and I should check with my post office. I then asked could she provide me with a tracking number, the agent said it was sent regular mail. I reiterated that I never received anything to the address she confirmed, therefore Im disputing the debt. The agent told me it will say on my credit until its paid. I spoke with a gentleman that alleged he was a Supervisor but refused to provide me his name and extension unless I now verify my personal information. The alleged Supervisor was adamant that I provide my personal information. I informed the alleged Supervisor that made me feel suspicious since the previous agent verified my name and address when I called into ( XXXX ). The alleged Supervisor refused to answer and questions or provide me with any assistance even when I advised him FCRA specifically states Im entitled to verify the debt to make sure accuracy of debt, amounts and disposition. This derogatory mark has had a negative impact on my credit.

Also all three Credit Bureaus were sent letters certified mail pursuant to the fair Debit Collections Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec 809 ( b ) that your claim is disputed and validation is requested. I asked to please provide me with the following : What the money you say I owe is for : Explain and show me how you calculated what you say I owe : Provide me with copies of any papers that show I agreed to pay what you say I owe : Provide a verification or copy of any judgement if applicable : Provide the Statue of Limitations has not expired on this account : Show me that you are licensed to collect in my state : Provide me with your license numbers and Registered Agent or Agent of Service : National Credit Services has not responded in 30 days. They sent a letter on XX/XX/2020 for a 50 % off of the debt of {$640.00} of the {$1200.00} if I responded by XX/XX/2020. Equifax Credit Bureau has sent a letter asking to verify my identity. My letter was sent with two forms of ID. Drivers license and Social Security number. Experian Credit Bureau has it pending until XX/XX/2020 Transunion has not responded about the dispute as well. This has caused my credit score to decline tremendously and caused me not getting a major purchase and defamation to my character because of the reporting on public record or collection of debt. All three major bureau 's have played stall tactics and continue to report erroneous information. I have all information from and return receipts of my first letters sent to bureau 's and National Credit Systems. They are in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Defamation of Character Please help me to expedite the results of removing these erroneous items from my credit report.
