Consumer Complaint: I've sent XXXX letters to XXXX ( National Credit Systems ) to verify a debt they are reporting on my credit. All XXXX credit bureaus were reporting different balances and I did not recall having this alleged balance they noted. The company sent me a letter on XX/XX/2020 stating the balance owed was {$5000.00}. They also sent a balance sheet. which didn't align to this. Then on XX/XX/2020 they sent a letter stating the balance was {$4600.00}. Both amounts did not align to the balance sheet. They could not provide a correct amount while at the same time verifying inaccurate balances with the credit bureaus ( at least that is what the bureaus said when they said they verified the debt ). Why would this company send me XXXX different letters with XXXX different amounts and also include a balance sheet that does not line up to the amounts in these letters. Is this fraud? Can they do this? I feel my rights are being violated here. I also asked them to provide me proof of this debt including that they have a right to collect and the appropriate licenses in my state. I also never received notice from them when they took this account over so that I could dispute it initially. So many rights have been violated here.

Consumer Complaint: After reviewing my credit profile on XX/XX/XXXX I identified a discrepancy with an account listed under National Credit Systems and validation was requested on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I reviewed my credit profile again as National Credit Systems had not responded despite the account reflected as disputed. Therefore a 2nd validation request for the account was sent out on XX/XX/XXXX. After this attempt the agency was also contacted via phone call, however I was informed that they did not have any outstanding balances that I was responsible for and escalated my concerns. Credit report was reviewed again on XX/XX/XXXX and the account was still reflecting on my report and I do not believe the account belongs to me nor that the creditor has authorization to legally to attempt to collect on this account and the account continues to negatively affect me. Please strike and remove the account from all 3 credit bureaus until adequate validation has been received proving that the account belongs to me and that all information is correct.

Consumer Complaint: After reviewing my credit profile on XX/XX/XXXX I identified a discrepancy with account listed under National Credit Systems. I requested a validation on XX/XX/XXXX as there were several discrepancies that were identified with this account that I do not believe I owe. I reviewed my credit report again on XX/XX/XXXX and the account was listed as disputed by consumer and therefore a 2nd letter was sent at this time. Partial verification was received however the documents were incomplete and incorrect ; forms did not include a payment and delinquency history, lease agreement was not in its entirety and amounts owed per the lease agreement do not add up to what is on the ledger, the ledger does not include credit for pet deposits and the apartment number listed is not correct and reports that the apartment was carpeted when the unit did not have any carpets whatsoever. After receiving the partial verification the agency was contacted via phone call on 3 different occasions and 3 different escalations however no corrections have been made. Credit report was reviewed again on XX/XX/XXXX and the account is still reflecting on my report and I do not believe the debt is correct or valid and this account continues to negatively affect me. Please strike and remove this account from all 3 credit bureaus until adequate validation has been received proving that this debt belongs to me and all information being reported is correct.

Consumer Complaint: I originally complained about this company on XXXX Reference Complaint # XXXX is attached to this compliant was closed and it was removed from all three of credit burrows. Again The company called XXXX XXXX XXXX has again placed a collections filed and is not providing me with validation that I owe them any money. They are reporting that I have an unpaid debt with them of {$4700.00} but I have never done business with them and I have never received any letters or notices from them. The account number on my credit is # XXXX. I've done some research online and I have only come across negative reviews and complaints by other consumers who have been harassed and scammed by this company. This company has over 462 consumer complaints listed on the XXXX XXXX XXXX 'XXXX website. It is also listed that they are based in XXXX, GA and I have never lived in Georgia in my life. I live in Florida. I do not feel comfortable with this company having my information when I have not authorized them to have it. I will not give my money to a company I do not recognize and who will not tell me why they want me to pay them. In addition to this None of the documents this company has provided in my original complaint as a response shows my signature nor have signed any contact with National Credit Systems. In addition I have never been serviced any documents for my county or state police department. I aske for this company to provide me with documentation that belongs to me with my own signature of acknowledgement of such account. This is not me

Consumer Complaint: I am writing this report in regards to a defiance, abuse of power, to disparage my name within the HUD, Section 8 rental agency since I am on the waiting list since XX/XX/XXXX. A creditor named National Credit Systems did not properly abide by the " Fair and Accurate Credit Reporting Act '', provided a " false '' reason on my XXXX XXXX credit report has to a " resolution '', but not a " removal '' as a resolution. The statement on my credit report says " obtained a resolution '', consumer denies the resolution. '' This is a fraud based credit reporting from National Credit System, as the original creditor is XXXX XXXX, from an address at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Florida XXXX, as I reported a change to the HUD, Section 8 office at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Florida XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX three months prior to a XX/XX/XXXX illegal eviction. The fraudulent amount of money is {$2900.00}. The account is within the collection agency department/agency/attorney, since I have a DOJ/FBI Case Number of XXXX, along with a now XXXX XXXX XXXX 's Office case number of XXXX as I have reported other " identity theft '', other " fraud '' issues since XX/XX/XXXX. Currently, the account of XXXX states a " loan '' amount of {$2.00}, XXXX with comments of " dispute resolved '', " consumer disagrees ''. This is because an improper, illegal investigation happened to where my Civil Rights were/are/have been violated under the Fair and Accurate Credit Reporting Act due to a situation that involves " politics '', and I am the " victim of the circumstances '', the " collateral damage '' from the fall out. This is where the DOJ XXXX comes in as I have continued to stand up for myself. As of now, I am on the Section 8 waiting list in XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Florida, the unincorporated area of XXXX XXXX, Florida. The most concerning is the " creditor classification '' " rental_or_leasing. These are disparaging remarks on my credit report to all three credit bureaus, defames my character, has violated my " Civil Rights '' from all aspects where I have not been verbally heard as to my resolution which is a removal due to a fraudulent attempts to obtain money that is not rightfully collected under the Fair and Accurate Credit Reporting Act. I have filed several XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX police reports, have a XXXX XXXX that has approved several permanent case numbers coming from the FTC, this agency CFPB. I am seeking to press formal charges against the National Credit System for " abuse of power '', illegally denying my civil rights to be heard that deems this " negative '' credit report as " potentially negative ''. The charges will stem from 1 ) an ongoing Civil Rights violations, 2 ) to the fraudulent attempts to collect the 2, XXXX over a year time frame from an illegal eviction after " reporting a change '' to the HUD, Section 8 office with regards to a " change in rent " request that was completely over looked as " abuse of power '', 3 ) that under the Sixth Amendment it seems that it is one -sided that I am not entitled to legal representation when in fact I am under the Sixth Amendment, so I am seeking " enforcement '' of a consumer rights to have acknowledged an appropriate resolution since this agency fraudulently reports to all three credit bureaus because of the attorney on file. Lastly, I am seeking compliance of the removal of the fraudulent " loan '' collection, the removal of the " dispute resolved '' from the collection agency, but not on my behalf, also as " consumer disputes after resolution '' comes from a one sided frame of mind, instead of all parties, such as myself, seeking a complete removal from the fraudulent attempts to collect monies that are not rightfully justified since I " reported a change '' to the Section 8, HUD Office in XX/XX/XXXX. I will be seeking punitive damages of 2, XXXX as restitution times the two years that I was continually harassed by this collection agency after the illegal eviction, the defamatory remarks on XXXX XXXX acknowledged as " creditor classification '' of " rental or leasing '' to which I have a goal to go back to work in XXXX, Florida and live at a apartment complex where I can walk to work. Finally, my overall reasons for this complaint with your agency is 1 ) I am not liable for this collection due to " abuse of power '' from the local sheriff office even after I continually disputed this debt collection for the last two years as if I caused the situation, but the situation was already underlying, so I am not liable for the collection, and 2 ) this collection is fraudulent due to the illegal eviction that had me homeless for two years until I was randomly picked again to be on the HOME Voucher Section 8 waiting list. This is also an attempt to refrain from being homeless again, by filing this complaint for the removal of the illegal reasons, classifications, and to live and work conveniently. I can be reached at XXXX, email at : XXXX, and address of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Florida XXXX. I have already filed a dispute with XXXX XXXX, the confirmation number for the XXXX is XXXX, and all police case numbers are ongoing reporting.
