They removed the inaccurate item from my credit, only to reinsert it 1 month later! This has caused damage to my character, my credit, and my self esteem, please help me!

Consumer Complaint: I have requested that they provide me with documentation that this account belongs to me. Also I have not received proper notification prior to it going to collections. I provided my ID, Social Security, start date of current lease, attempts to login their system which I am in return rejected, and a dispute letter. They are attempting to utilize the information that I provided them with and change account information that I have no knowledge of and change the start of collections over with out notifications. I have disputed this with the credit burial and the debt collector. The credit burial have sent me my dispute results and it reads address in question is deleted and found not mineand the consumers concluded that the information they have is accurate. Impossible I cant login to their system with my personal information. The debt collector have received all required information from me and have not provided any information that this account belongs to me they have updated this account utilizing the information given by me to disclose Im not responsible and held me accountable which is unlawful and unacceptable.

Consumer Complaint: There is an account with National Credit Systems Inc for an apartment complex XXXX XXXX XXXX. that is indicating there was money owed due to not giving a written notice. This is not accurate because I did give a 45 day written notice to XXXX who actually worked in the office and he inspected the apt and told us what was needed to be cleaned to avoid any fines. Since we were on a month to month bases since the lease had expired only 30 days written notice was required yet we gave a 45 day notice. We also paid the final utilities so there should be no money owed. They are also sending showing 2 accounts one in the amount of {$1000.00} and the other over {$3300.00}

Consumer Complaint: I was a resident at XXXX XXXX apartments from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, with 2 other roomates. I was served a joint eviction in XX/XX/XXXX, so vacated the property. The eviction documents gave me the option to pay XXXX XXXX apartments {$1000.00} or to forfeit possession of the property. Fast forward to XX/XX/XXXX as I am doing credit repair DIY, I contact National Credit Systems as they're listed on all 3 credit bearu 's as taking ownership of a {$4100.00} debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX Apartments. I don't agree with said amount of {$4100.00}. My rent had ONLY been {$750.00} and according to the legal eviction documents, I don't owe a balance. Even if I did owe a balance, How did the significant amount of {$4100.00} come about? I spoke with XXXX XXXX from National Credit Systems on 3 seperate occasions via telephone between XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. In addition, I sent a debt validation letter via certified mail. As a response, XXXX sent me 3 pages from a signed lease and itemized " move-out statement. '' The move out statement raised even more questions. The eviction paperwork had a balance of {$1000.00} yet the itemized bill/move out statement has my balance starting at {$1400.00}. The itemized bill also shows that I was charged for rent twice in the month of XXXX ( XXXX ). I was charged {$740.00} on XXXX and {$740.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. I was charged an astronomical amount of {$1100.00} for a carpet replacement. The bill also list my move out date as XX/XX/XXXX which is innaccurate. I moved out a month prior. I was served eviction paperwork on Thursday, XX/XX/XXXX and had 3 days to be out, excluding saturdays/sundays. Day number 3 was Monday, XX/XX/XXXX and on this day, I was back living on college campus as a residential assistant. Because of the questions and alarming concerns I had, in regards to the amount owed/owing anything, I reached out to XXXX XXXX apartments by telephone in XX/XX/XXXX. I called, assuming I'd be able to get to the bottom of this but was met with an absurd response. XXXX XXXX Apartments has no recollection of me ever living there as their " files '' don't go back that far. They were unable to verify my debt nor provide a copy of the original lease because they didn't have any of this information. In addition to the alarming telephone call, I followed up by sending XXXX debt validation letters to XXXX XXXX XXXX apartments by certified mail and didn't get a response. XXXX XXXX Apartments also doesn't have a corporate office so I was unable to speak to anyone else. At this point, National Credit Systems is the only entity claiming I owe any debt to XXXX XXXX Apartments. I am disputing the entire {$4100.00}. This is an erroneous number. This eviction on my record has constantly prevented me from renting / home ownership and this isn't right when this debt is clearly innaccurate / false. Anyone can look at my situation and documents and see that alot of this just isn't adding up. I don't owe XXXX XXXX Apartments {$4100.00}. I have written my attorney general and XXXX in regards to this issue as well.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX, XXXX -I received notification about debt through National Credit Systems , Inc . I immediately set up payment arrangements with XXXX XXXX Collection Representative. I scheduled 3 payments of {$75.00} first payment for XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted the representative again on two other occasions XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX for payments of {$75.00} for six months. These payments did not post though I gave the Representative checking account information on each of the dates stated above. On XX/XX/XXXX, NCS reported the debt to the credit bureaus. I again called Mr. XXXX to inquire why the account was reported to the credit reports and he couldn't answer the question. I asked for a letter stating the payment arrangements including a letter stating the account will be removed from the credit report. Mr. XXXX stated he couldn't give me either letter because NCS doesn't do that. I asked to be a supervisor and was directed to 2 separate individuals who did not answer their phones. I have requested 3 different times to talk with a supervisor, promised callbacks, and have not heard from anyone. I requested from Mr. XXXX the ability to make payments online and he stated NCS doesn't do that either. He refused to provide documentation to the above payment arrangements and the request of date removal from credit bureaus.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2012 I received a notification from XXXX that there was an update to my credit file. While reviewing the update it showed a collections account through National Credit System in the amount of {$11000.00}. I personally reached out to National Credit System to obtain information on this. They said that they were a collections agency and this was a collections account for rental property called XXXX XXXX XXXX. The rep at National Credit System that there was a rental property that was completed online under my name for an individual by the name of XXXX XXXX and was never moved into. This is something that was done without my knowledge and not something authorized by me. I have attempted to reach out to XXXX XXXX XXXX to obtain information around this rental and report it as fraudulent over 5 times unsuccessfully ( 3 times via phone and lm with receptionist for management to call back and then 2 times from the site with my email as a point of contact ). I am personally reaching out to obtain information and start the process of reporting this as fraudulent.

Consumer Complaint: I mailed a letter to the credit bureaus on XX/XX/2021 asking them to validate suspicious accounts i noticed on my credit report due to my identity being compromised. They have failed to even investigate or send me correspondence back indicating they did an investigation and what the out come was. I have no knowledge of these accounts XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ... NATLCRSYS ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) XXXX that listed on my credit report. Further more, this account can not be 100 % accurate as there are open dates they have listed on my credit report varies between the 3 bureaus. How can one account be opened on different days? I want there alleged accounts in question to be removed from my credit report immediately.

Consumer Complaint: President Biden and US Congress do not allow any apartment management to harass a single parent who raises XXXX kids successfully during pandemic. I did not owe anything. We used one room. ( another room for other person ). A single parent and my kids have nothing to do with another person in another room. Harassing a single parent with XXXX kids should be halted. President Obama and First Lady XXXX XXXX sent me a letter in person through US congresswoman XXXX XXXX for my daughter XXXX and me. Federal agency should instruct apartmanagement to stop harassment a single parent with XXXX kids who is US armed force veteran. As a single parent with XXXX kids, I try to buy a home in rural area, national credit system ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) information in credit report should be removed to apply FHA loan, VA loan and USDA loan. Halt XXXX hate crime or Discrimination against XXXX Americans ( a single parent with XXXX kids ).
