Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX is in violation of Florida Statue Chapter 83 Part II concerning me I contacted XXXX XXXX to complain about the serve victimization against me at the XXXX XXXX prior to this debt being submitted. On XX/XX/2020 I contacted the XXXX County Sheriffs department because I was repeated victimized by the management and staff of the XXXX XXXX. I began reporting the issues immediately when I realize employees of the XXXX XXXX now XXXX XXXX were illegally entering my apartment, stealing, eating my food and helping them selves to my clothing and shoes among other things, accessing my computers and other electronic devices. I contacted XXXX XXXX numerous times and reported the issues. After there was no response to my letters or calls, I submitted multiple electronic complaints through their new tenant communication portal for XXXX XXXX XXXX County. I called and left messages multiple times at the corporate office. No one responded. XXXX XXXX waited almost 14 months to submit an invoice for {$3400.00} after forcing me out due to ongoing safety concerns, theft of my property and destruction of my property. The property manager made multiple promises to put a stop to it including changing my locks to digital locks, however nothing was done.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX representing XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX claims I owe them {$5100.00} or my account was charged off {$5100.00} They have refused to respond and acknowledge my formal notice sent on XXXX disputing the claim. ( tracking # XXXX ). In that letter I was requesting validation of competent evidence bearing my signature, showing that I have ( or ever had ) some contractual obligation to pay them. NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS Failure to respond within 30 days of receipt of the certified letter may result in small claims legal action against their company, for defamation, negligent enablement of identity fraud, violation of the Fair Credit Collection Practices Act ( including but not limited to section 807-8, and violation of Fair Credit Reporting Act ( including but not limited to Section 623-b ). That letter was an attempt to correct their records. Any negative mark found on my credit reports from NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS or and company that they represent, for a debt I DO NOT owe is a violation of FCRA & FDCPA, therefore since they can NOT validate the debt, NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS must request that all credit reporting agencies delete the entry.

Consumer Complaint: This collection was placed on my credit report and my daughter by NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS INC without notice. The collection does not belong to me or my daughter. It has harmed my and my daughters credit report. My score has dropped by 50 points on my XXXX credit report and XXXX dropped 22 points and XXXX dropped by 14 points according to my FICO score. I reached out to this agency many times. I called one supervisor and he never called me back. I left him a voicemail. I called again and spoke to multiple people including a supervisor and she hung up on me ; when I questioned why she kept putting me on hold and answering other calls. She said other people were calling and I suggested she allow them to go to voice mail as happened to me before. She then got angry and eventually hung up on me repeatedly calling my name. I I asked them to do the research and please remove this from my account. I was in the process of attempting to purchase a home and secure housing for my daughter. I contacted the agency multiple times and they told me it was my responsibility to dispute with credit bureau. I think you should pull the tapes of the recorded conversations to demonstrate how rude and unhelpful this agency has been. They later sent a letter saying they investigated and the results remained the same. They also added a Louisiana address that I have never resided at.

I mailed a Debt Validation letter requesting them to verify the debt and I have not heard from them since. It is now XX/XX/21. They have been reporting this invalidated information to all 3 major credit bureaus ( XXXX XXXX or XXXX ) this action may constitute fraud under both Federal and State Laws. This debt has not been verified to be mine yet they are continuing to report it as such and it is doing harm to my credit.

Consumer Complaint: National Credit System is reporting a debt on my credit file that is not mine. Please note that this is not a refusal to pay, but I am asking for validation. Under the FDCPA, I have to right to request validation and I am requesting proof that I am the party you are asking to pay this debt and that there is some contractual obligation that is binging on me to pay this debt. I am NOT requesting verification but a request that validation is made. I ask that your offices provide me with competent evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay you. During this time, if your office continues to report invalidated information to any of the 3 major credit bureaus, this can constitute fraud under both federal and state laws. If you continue to report I will not hessite in bringing legal action against you for violation of the FDCPA and defamation of character. If National Credit System is able to provide proper documentation I will require 60 days to investigate this information and during such time all collection activity must cease. If you fail to respond within the 30 days, all references to this account must be deleted and removed from credit and copy of a deletion letter shall be sent to me immediately.
