Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted XXXX XXXX to provide them with 30 days written lease termination notice because I was being called to XXXX XXXX in excess of 90 days, as protected under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act ( USERRA ) as was outlined/suggested by my Unit. My lease was already going to expire on XX/XX/XXXX and I was establishing an effective termination date of XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, a representative for XXXX XXXX contacted me and said they were 'unable to release you from your lease without penalties '. I promptly responded requesting an explanation of what about the paperwork I had provided was unacceptable and for a copy of my lease agreement. On XX/XX/XXXX, the representative finally responded again saying that they had reviewed with their legal team and that their understanding was that USERRA did not provide these protections for service members ( which is definitely untrue ). Additionally, I was never provided a copy of my lease agreement. National Credit Systems , Inc. would later start pursuing me for {$4000.00} in XXXX of XXXX. This is outlined as a combination of my balance at move-out along with an insufficient notice and lease termination fee. I notified National Credit Systems in the Fall of XXXX that this debt was invalid and requested additional evidence that they believed this debt to be mine. They sent me a partial copy of the lease agreement on and tried to substantiate that the debt was valid. I sent them a letter in XX/XX/XXXX wherein I attached my original 30 day notice, all email communications between myself and the XXXX XXXX representative, and my military orders from XXXX. In my letter I also reinforced the specific code that applies in this situation is Section XXXX of the SCRA, 50 U.S.C. National Credit Systems then sent me a response on XX/XX/XXXX claiming that they felt this was insufficient evidence to validate my dispute. Feeling that what I sent must have been overlooked, I resent the previous evidence with a new letter on XX/XX/XXXX, providing additional context around what was previously provided. National Credit Systems sent me a response on XX/XX/XXXX echoing that I still have not provided sufficient evidence to validate my dispute. My issue at this point is that this debt is not valid but still appears on my credit report with the remark : 'Completed investigation of FCRA dispute-consumer disagreed '. This has been most recently updated as of XX/XX/XXXX. This collection should be closed, as it is clearly invalid, and promptly removed from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I am a victim of Identity theft and have been for several years. In spite of this I have debt collection agencies who continue to put false inaccurate information on my credit report. These collection agencies have been given proof countless times on these false inaccurate collections on my credit report. They have removed and added them back on my credit report. They are in violation of the FCRA and refuse to provide original signed contracts that prove that the information is mine. I have given them documentation that supports my identity theft claim. They have failed to remove these false collections
