Consumer Complaint: I called to National Credit System to get a discount and the answer I got was rude and they said I had to pay the bill for the maximum amount. I didnt have right to call to negotiate ; either it paid everything or didn't call then. The proof that they sent me that the collection debt was mine, was an apartment inspection paper and that they could not contact me. I still kept the same email and i kept the same phone for 1 year, I asked for a copy of the contract or email that the apartment complex try to contac to me to see the veracity and they refused. I spoke that time with a XXXX XXXX costumer service and when I called back to talk with someone else they said here we dont speak XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I was renting a home in XXXX GA through a company named XXXX homes. Covid 19 had just started and the company sent out emails and posted on the resident portal that if anyone has been affected by Covid-19 and needed to get out of their lease, pay their lease late without late fees, or needed extensions ; that they were willing to work with anyone. I spoke with my home manager and she agreed that I could break my lease with no fees or balance due. The company kept my deposit and the home was rented out in less than a month later. They have since put the collection on my credit even with the agreement. I've disputed it and submitted all corresponding emails. They refuse to remove the collection.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, The collection agency National Credit System Inc., ( XXXX, GA, ) has refused to stop reporting to the credit bureaus or cease collections for a aged out debt from XX/XX/2015. Which they were misrepresenting as past due rent/eviction and after being confronted of illegally misrepresenting charges and the aged out collection. They changed their tune to collection for damages to the unit. Which is also misrepresented on this time barred aged out debt ( according to Nevada statue of limitations ) where nothing was reported as damages, but maintenance after a unit has been vacated, that's suppose to be the responsibility of the property at XXXX at XXXX XXXX. The unit was cleaned and there were no excessive damages reported that justify these charges. Only regular maintenance after the premises had been vacated. As you will notice the rental agreement wasn't renewed and their actions seem to be a hostile form of relatiation. After later, being made away of the pain and suffering caused from the community pool area. They received written notice, payment of rent and the keys were returned. I don't understand why they would continue to violate the laws and pursue on a non-contract agreement from 2015 unless this is intended to deliberately cause extensive hardship to myself, which it has. There actions has caused me extensive pain and suffering for almost eight years, I'd like it to stop. I've tried to reach out to management at XXXX at XXXX XXXX but nobody has returned my calls. I've tried to resolve this with the collection agency but they have been unprofessional and uncooperative to resolve something that they're aware is creating a great deal of hardship in my life and damaging my credit and living situation. I'm attaching a copy of the itemized charges that were vagly explained without any proof to support the charges of XXXX in question.

At the time i was XXXX XXXX XXXX not truly knowing how this apartment stuff work so i was applying at different apartments before i was approved for financial aid but i didnt get approved. One of the apartments was XXXX apartments in XXXX XXXX. I explain my situation to them and they told me that was fine and just sign some papers to hold the apartment just in case i got approved well i didnt so i never moved in the apartment. Years later i find out i have a debt to them for {$6400.00} for an apartment i never moved in which is causing me to be homeless now because its stopping me from getting my own place in my name as an true adult. I tried to reach out to them but no answer.

Consumer Complaint: National Credit systems was put on my credit report they are collecting for XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX they are saying I have balance of {$6600.00}. My Rent was paid by XXXX in full as they took payment for XX/XX/2021 through XX/XX/2021. I paid my rent on XX/XX/2021 on time on XXXX of the month. XX/XX/2021 I had XXXX XXXX and diagnosed with XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. I let management know that I would have to move out due to my condition the Manager XXXX at the time said I would not be charged due to medical circumstances and not being able to work any longer due to my condition. In XXXX of 2021 National Credit systems contacted me with debt from the community I was living at saying I owed {$6600.00}. I explain my condition and that I can not be under any stress they said quote on quote It is not our fault you got sick and that regardless I need to pay the outstanding debt I explained my situation and was hung up on 4 times from XXXX the rep that was working on my file. I contacted the property as well to find out the manager XXXX is longer at that property. I explained my situation due to my condition this should of never went on my credit I am stressed and my credit has went from XXXX to XXXX and being harassed when I am ill. I requested an item list of charges never was received asked on XX/XX/XXXX and no one ever replied by law that they had 30 days or they have to take it off my account that was not done after I called again they emailed my on XX/XX/2021 well after my request. I have tried talking to the company no one will return my calls. Also emailed XX/XX/XXXX no response as of yet.

Consumer Complaint: Filed Bankruptcy on XXXX due to identify theft. All items were cleared. Debt collection agency never showed to court to provoke debt. The information that are reporting is false, wrong social and spelling of name which is on the leasing contract held by leasing office. Debt collection agency has not provided me with any documents such as application or social. I have contact them several times but they continue to send me only the lease agreement.
