He said that if I give him my email that he would send it to me. I told him that I will not give him that information and that he can send an itemized invoice throught the mail just like the last letter. He then stated that I was being difficult and that he would escalate this to the next level and then disconnected the phone call. After this I sent a certified letter with return receipt asking them to explain the debt and show proof that I owed them the debt via XXXX. I received the return receipt XX/XX/XXXX. Today XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX that is the exact same letter I received the first time. I have both letters in my possesion. I also received notice XXXX days ago via email that the collections agency has reported this debt on my credit report. Consumer Complaint: National credit systems purchased a debt against me for an apartment lease that I did not live in or rent from. My credit was affected by this and I am currently denied housing from leasing companies due to this. The leasing company that sold the debt to National Credit System has sold their business to a new corporation. Due to this I am unable to have this issue reviewed and rectified. The leasing agent that I originally spoke to via telephone in XXXX of XXXX was terminated shortly after, and then the company was sold shortly after his termination. I never seen the apartment or received keys to the apartment, or lived in the apartment. National credit systems informed me in XXXX of XXXX that I owe {$4900.00} for the apartment and that I am obligated to pay them in full to clear the debt. When I attempted to enter into a housing agreement with a leasing company, I was denied due to National credit systems being on my credit. The leasing company is " XXXX XXXXXXXX '' broke the agreement of the lease because according to the terms, I never inspected the apartment prior to occupying.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX National Credit system , Inc was contacted about a letter received in the mail about a debt for the amount of XXXX. XXXX was the person responsible for the account. When, i was transferred i was connected to her. As, the representative she was the one handling my case. We talked on the phone about the the debt owed to the XXXX XXXX then I informed her after looking at the charge statement that there were discrepancy and inaccurate information reported from the XXXX XXXX XXXX. When, this was mention to XXXX XXXX she kept referring me to the lease agreement and kept telling me that I still have to pay the debt even if what they are reporting is false. Also, when asked for a more details charge statement XXXX was unable to provide the documents claims. However, a proper noticed was given to the XXXX XXXX in which they Summit falsified information to the collection. In they are telling me to pay and that their client have a right to whatever charge and i have to pay. I explained to her that a written notice was given and the correct move out date which was XX/XX/XXXX. After, that I kept asking for a better explanation to properly understand the charges XXXX proceeded to tell me " she was not going to keep going back and forth with me because has already explained to me ''. Which, was when I told her " I'm not going back and forth with you because I'm trying to understand these charges which are not making any sense to me '' then she said " yes you are, '' then I said " I'm trying to understand these charges, ''. However, the conversation carried on in which XXXX started to become very unprofessional, rude, emotional and condocending. Then, proceeded to abruptly disconnect the call. She also brought up that " they were her clients '' and I replied back " Yes, they are your clients so your going to do everything you can to get me to pay even if its false, so you are bias in this matter because your not her for me but for your client. She She told me I was taking this personal and making this personal. In, which I had to say " no I'm not, '' again. I, then told her that I'm trying to understand charges. I'm being told to to include late fee in the amount but it is included in the statement charge. On top of that when asked for a detailed statement she said she has to contact her client for them to properly confirm but if that was the case the settlement would be no more and it could more to pay for me. Also, to send in documents and a letter about the charges. She then proceeded to escalate the the dispute when I did not give consent or direct permission.

Consumer Complaint: I previously sent a letter asking for the documentation you used to verify these late payments, such as a transactional history, since what's reporting is not in line with any of my records and I know for certain that what's reporting is incorrect and inaccurate. Late payments affect my scores by a great deal, for sure you know that. How would you feel if the late payments reporting are not true but it keeps on weighing down your scores.
