Consumer Complaint: Multiple things are wrong with the consumer report that was requested. Such as addresses that were reported as living when I was not or addresses that were completely wrong. Phone records have addresses that are reported incorrectly. Accidents that were found to be not at fault by the insurance company are labeled at fault. Claims that were never made show up. A ticket that is over 5 years old is still reported on my account. There should be no inquiries from XXXX XXXX on my account but there are multiple. Insurance premiums went up because of late payments on accounts and the report shows that none of my accounts have been paid late. There is a formerly known as which is not a name/person I know or have ever used. My current job is listed as a former job with no monthly income. Insurance that is no longer in effect is listed as in effect. Insurance that I have never used is listed as it has been used at one point or another.

During this time I have tried to get the LexisNexis Company to verify the information, correct and remove from my report any information regarding said bankruptcy, since unfortunately the information they share is inaccurate, incorrect and without data in the history so you can see in the attached files that are the credit report sent by LexisNexis where you can verify that all the information shared is inaccurate and incomplete, where they show an open bankruptcy. when on XX/XX/XXXX of the same it was dismissed since no legal allegation was filed. Likewise, if the bankruptcy was open, they have the obligation as established by the CFRA to confirm verifying and sharing correct and accurate information and not half-information where my credit report is significantly affecting me..

Consumer Complaint: RE : Warning to Remove Incorrect Items from my Credit Report Please be advised this is my SECOND WRITTEN REQUEST. The unverified items listed below remain on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. I contacted the court, and their response is enclosed. It is clear they do not report to you or any Credit Bureau for that matter ; therefore, your initial response verifying the item was either an error or a lie. Either way, the reporting requirements do not comply with FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C. 1681I ), and the information must be deleted immediately. The law is very clear as to the civil liability and the remedy available to me for negligent noncompliance ( Section 617 ) if you fail to comply.
