Consumer Complaint: Lexisnexis consistently causes emotional damage to me as a consumer. Not only is LexisNexis erroneously reporting an alleged bankruptcy on my consumer disclosure theyre very inconsistent with facts of their business investigation. Not only have I called LexisNexis after submitting my dispute, I have uploaded the documents requested through their consumer portal. I called on XXXX XXXX and authenticated myself 3/4 times with LexisNexis representatives and was told I didnt need to send any documents in to authenticate myself because they had already authenticated me over the phone. I then uploaded the documents they requested through the online portal which I have attached to this complaint. LexisNexis continues to prove that their investigation of my dispute is incomplete and unverifiable because their efforts to be thorough are unreliable. If LexisNexis cant verify myself as the consumer then how they verifying information that allegedly belongs inside my consumer file? Lastly, I have a right to privacy and I didnt give written permission to LexisNexis to furnish the inaccurate, unverifiable and incomplete information theyre reporting. There are inaccurate names, addresses, phone numbers and public records being reported that dont belong to me and I am forced to engage in arbitration and legal actions against the company.

Consumer Complaint: LEXIS NEXIS AND OTHER REPORTING AGENCIES ARE BUYING AND SELLING INFORMATION EVEN IF ITS WRONG ON BEHALF OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. THEY STATED THAT I BELIEVE THAT FCRA AND FDCRP REFER TO THEM. I SIMPLY TOLD THEM THAT THEY ARE DOING IN INJUSTICE TO MYSELF AND THE PEOPLE, TRYING TO AVOID LAWS BOTH WORLDLY AND MORALLY AND MAKING MONEY OFF BUYING, SELLING AND REPORTING INFORMATION ON THE CITIZENS INCLUDING MYSELF. THEY COULDNT EVEN GET MY NAME RIGHT ON THIS REPORT THAT THEY COMPLIED SO WHY WOULD ANY BUSINESS WANT TO BUY ANY INFORMATION FROM THEM UNTIL THE INTENTION IS TO DESTROY THE PEOPLE. I TOLD THEM THIS IS IDENTITY THEFT AND FRAUD, BIG BUSINESS FEELS AS THOUGH THEY HAVE TO NOT FOLLOW WORLDLY AND MORAL LAWS AND PROTECT THE CITIZENS AGAINST INACCURATE INFORMATION, THEY FEEL LIKE THEY DONT HAVE TO VERIFY AN ACCOUNT, NAME, ADDRESS ETC WITH THE CITIZENS, THEY FEEL LIKE I DONT HAVE TO BE COMPENSATED FOR THE PAIN AND SUFFERING THIS FALSE INFORMATION AND REPORTING HAS CAUSED MY YOUNG FAMILY, THEY FEEL LIKE THEY DONT HAVE TO COMPENSATE THE PEOPLE WHEN THY ARE ILLEGALLY BUYING AND SELLING INFORMATION RATHER TRUE OR NOT AND PROFITING, THEY FEEL AS IF THEY ARE UNTOUCHABLE, BUT XXXX DONT BLESS NO MESS! They have been asked to freeze account. They are reporting on background false information allegations. There was also an identity Theft report provided to them. So moving forward i will be reporting them to the I.R.S. and since securities fraud may be taking place here i will go through the proper channels.

My wife is trying to get insurance and add me to her policy, but when the insurance company checked my background via the LexisNexis database, it states that the accident was my fault and I received XXXX points on my license because I was at fault. I contacted both my insurance company and the reporting police department and confirmed that I was not at fault and I received no points for it.

YOUR COMPLAINT I was given a higher undesirable XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and again XX/XX/2023. Both times LexisNexis provided a XXXX XXXX XXXX Report to XXXX XXXX XXXX that caused the high rate quote. LexisNexis has no way to get the report on the Internet stating to call them at XXXX XXXX XXXX Upon calling LexisNexis Recording states use the Internet Site. They pass me back and forth with no resolve. No human contact is possible at LexisNexis. LexisNexis lied to Federal CFPB and said they did not know me in a response in Case # XXXX and the employee ( name and phone number hidden ) at CFPB closed my case even thou I was given no opportunity to respond to the LexisNexis lies XXXX Likewise at LexisNexis, no name or contact information to the cubical, or even direct e-mail address, was given in the response given to CFPB by the LexisNexis respondent. Since the unknow employee at CFPB closed my case recklessly and prematurely I have no choice but to file another case in the hope that a different and more competent employee who does not hide their name and contact phone number to their office cubicle will get me my negative credit reports that LexisNexis gave to XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and again XX/XX/2023. Once again, and XXXX XXXX at CFPB closed my case with no resolve. I do hope I am not using too big of words that CFPB Employees will not understand.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX both my husband and I requested our annual free copies of our LexisNexis Consumer Disclosure. After receiving a letter in the mail with a URL and PIN to receive my report, I followed the directions to download my report and received a " File Not Found '' error. When we received the letter for my husband 's report, the same issue occurred. I attempted to call LexisNexis via their posted phone number however there is no option to speak to a person even though it was during their posted business hours. I sent an email to XXXX explaining my issue. On XX/XX/XXXX, we received another set of letters with new URLs and PINs to receive our reports and followed the instruction again. This time we are receiving an " Invalid Pin '' message asking us to call the number I called before that does not have a way to talk to a live person. Once again, it applies to both reports. There does not seem to be a way to speak to someone to gain access to our free annual report.
