Consumer Complaint: I've written to you in XXXX regarding these intentional violations by these for profit companies below and I'm now seeking monetary remedy. The receipts for those are XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for LexisNexis, XXXX, for XXXX, XXXX, for XXXX , and XXXX, for XXXX. I'm also looking for a consumer Attorney to go after these companies to collect for damages they've intentionally have caused me and continue to do. You already know the story of LexisNexis phishing or soliciting for my information to sell it for profit while financially crippling me. For two years I've been unable to operate in commerce, unable to purchase a house and this past year, I've been unable to purchase myself an automobile because of this. Not once have any of these people who I've written notices to have legitimately responded with the law and what gives them the right to intentionally violate my rights and not one responded with such laws. The most recent times, I've written to these three companies regarding the removal of this unlawful bankruptcy that is harming my credit profile that I've never given any written consent for them to put on there, including the charges that I've charged them for these violations, and damages they've caused and continue to cause. Per tacit agreement they were also warned that they were going to be charged each day that they continue to report these harmful remarks on my report pursuant to the terms as they agreed upon per tacit agreement and acquiesce : LexisNexis- Previous Affidavit Tracking XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Received on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX- Previous Affidavit Tracking XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Received on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX- Previous Affidavit Tracking XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Received on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX was the only one to delete it sometime around XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX, however I had to dispute it multiple times in order to get the damaging bankruptcy removed from my credit profile. LexisNexis- ( Notice of Default, and Acceptance by Acquiesce to Resolve all Matters ) Most Recently sent, Tracking XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Notice of Default, and Acceptance by Acquiesce to Resolve all Matters ) Most Recently sent, Tracking XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Notice of Default, and Acceptance by Acquiesce to Resolve all Matters ) Most Recently sent, Tracking XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX- ( Notice of Default, and Acceptance by Acquiesce to Resolve all Matters ) Most Recently sent, Tracking XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The credit bureaus violated my rights under 15 U.S.C. 1681. According to : 15 U.S.C. 1681 section 602 A. States I have a right to privacy. These actions also violate my rights under the Privacy Act of 1974. According to : Office of Privacy and Civil Liberties, U.S. Department of Justice, under The " No Disclosure without Consent '' Rule : I have a right to privacy if I never gave them consent. If I did give them my consent, they must provide me with a certified copy, sworn and signed and notarized before a public notary of a county clerk officer. According to : 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. According to : 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S.C. section 603 section ( 3 ) ( E ) States ; The term " investigative consumer report '' means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumer 's character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with who he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. However, such information shall not include specific factual information on a consumer 's credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency when such information was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from the consumer. These companies are the prime reason why consumers have their identities stolen each year by way of careless misuse of consumer 's private information. These companies should not have this type of control over consumers and should be shut down for good. You've already received from me the evidence regarding these facts. These Credit Reporting agencies willfully continue to cause me severe damages, XXXX XXXX, XXXX to where I just want to give up on life, invasion of privacy, selling my private information to third parties, ruined my reputation, causing me tons of money in unnecessary fees in interest, causing me to be discriminated against due to unfair practices and continue to get denied my own credit, and unable to establish a sustainable living to support my family. I've been unable to use my credit to purchase another automobile due to the unlawful deceptive actions and the fraud perpetrated against me by XXXX representatives. Also by copying and pasting my signature on other documents to make millions. 1. Evidence from bankruptcy court that they don't give this information to these companies. THIS HAS ALREADY BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADDRESSED AND UPLOADED TO YOU. 2. LexisNexis response to opting out permanently. THIS HAS ALREADY BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADDRESSED AND UPLOADED TO YOU. 3. XXXX XXXX, Police report. THIS HAS ALREADY BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADDRESSED AND UPLOADED TO YOU. 4. Issue: Incorrect information on your report

Subissue: Personal information incorrect

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted a Notice of Dispute to LexisNexis ( XXXX ) and requested the removal of inaccurate Identification Records from my LexisNexis Consumer Disclosure Report. On XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted a Notice of LexisNexis Failure to Respond to my Notice of Dispute ( XXXX ) and demanded the removal of inaccurate Identification Records from my LexisNexis Consumer Disclosure Report. On XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted a SECOND Notice of LexisNexis Failure to Respond to my Notice of Dispute ( XXXX- XXXX ) and demanded the removal of inaccurate Identification Records from my LexisNexis Consumer Disclosure Report. On XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke with LexisNexis ' representative named XXXX who initiated another dispute regarding the inaccurate Identification Records that LexisNexis is reporting on my LexisNexis Consumer Disclosure Report. This is my THIRD Notice of LexisNexis failure to respond to my Notice of Dispute dated XX/XX/XXXX, within the 30-day statutory deadline as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). Pursuant to FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), the 30-day statutory deadline for LexisNexis to respond to my Notice of Dispute was XX/XX/XXXX. In fact, LexisNexis has refused to respond to any of my Notices of Dispute within the 30-day statutory deadline as required by the FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). Therefore, per FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ), the disputed information must be deemed UNVERIFIABLE and, therefore, I demand that the unverified Identification Records be promptly deleted from my LexisNexis Consumer Disclosure Report. Upon review of my LexisNexis Consumer Disclosure Report dated XX/XX/XXXX ( See attached Supporting Document # 1 ), LexisNexis is STILL reporting inaccurate information regarding my Identification Records. This inaccurate information must be immediately deleted from my LexisNexis Consumer Disclosure Report.

Issue: Problem with a company's investigation into an existing problem

Subissue: Their investigation did not fix an error on your report

Consumer Complaint: I had a credit check through XXXX XXXX, via XXXX XXXX. In that check, I received notice ( See " XXXX Notice '' - dated XX/XX/XXXX ) that a portion of the requested amount was denied due to information provided by LexisNexis. I requested information from Lexis Nexis through their website on XX/XX/XXXX. I spent the next month going back and forth with the company regarding document submission, which I did ( in duplicate ) tie to the XXXX different case numbers they'd randomly assigned to me. I finally received a physical notice that documents were available to me and logged on to obtain those ( DataPrivacyAct and XXXX Both docs attached with the password to open following the word " PASS '' - XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX - XXXX XXXX ). On XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted a list of issues with the information in the XXXX reports, noting that per their site, these needed to be addressed within 30 days ( see " Discrepancy submissions '' ). On XX/XX/XXXX, I followed up, noting the 30 day time frame had lapsed with no communication ( see " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' ). I again followed up on XX/XX/XXXX noting I was taking action with CFPB and my attorney ( see " Follow Up XXXX '' ). I then received by mail a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX ( see " XXXX XXXX '' and " XXXX XXXX '' ) with a vague indication that something had been updated, though nothing specifically noted. I logged on using the link provided and pulled the updated reports ( DataPrivacyAct and XXXX Both docs attached with the password to open following the word " PASS '' - XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX - XXXX XXXX ) finding that nearly all of the same items I had reported earlier were still present. I replied ( see " New Discrepancy Submissions '' ). What is most concerning, outside of the obvious lack of proper communication and ability to address the specific concerns, is the fact that the data on their report is self contradictory in spots. My age and my birth are different throughout, which is an obvious inconsistency that should raise an alert on their end that something is obviously incorrect. Unfortunately, it takes numerous followups and references to oversight agencies and attornies for this company to take their data seriously. Their data resulted in a denial that impacted my credit score significantly. In addition, they have mixed my data with my father 's data, which I believe is why I've received several communications from various companies that are clearly meant for my father, who lives XXXX miles from me and I have not lived with since I was XXXX. It seems to me it ties to this company 's data.

Issue: Problem with a company's investigation into an existing issue

Subissue: Their investigation did not fix an error on your report

Consumer Complaint: Consumer Number : XXXX Case Numbers : XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX I received erroneous mail/paper communication from LexisNexis claiming that my disputes are being put on hold because they were unable to verify my identity. After filing a complaint and listing the disputes, a representative from LexisNexis already called me to discuss the disputes, hence LexisNexis was already able to verify my identity in connection with the disputes. I continue to have problems with LexisNexis 's investigation of this problem, and they have been unwilling to fix incorrect information on my report. As a courtesy, I've attached two forms of identification for LexisNexis 's team 's reference ( one with prior address and one with current address ).

Issue: Improper use of your report

Subissue: Reporting company used your report improperly

Consumer Complaint: After running a free credit report on myself and seeing a one line " lexisnexis '' under a supplemental heading, I requested a full report from LexisNexis to include all information they have on file for me. After receiving a 58 page report that included shockingly personal information ( my collision insurance deductible amount and full amounts of my insurance coverage ; addresses I've never lived at or been associated with ; my mom 's social security number. These are just a few of the things I was shocked to find in this report ). Most concerning was them reporting a XXXX XXXX XXXX for which I had my XXXX XXXX, and was told that after the XXXX XXXX XXXX it wouldn't be available even to law enforcement agencies, yet here it was on this lexisnexis report which had been given to a number of companies ( many of which I don't recognize nor authorized to obtain any information about me ). In spite of my having to provide Lexisnexis proof of my identity to receive this report, when I tried to dispute and complain about this matter, they would not accept it without providing a litany of private documents to supposedly prove my identity ( e.g. rental agreement with landlord ). I am considering contacting an attorney to file a lawsuit against these people for a clear violation of my civil rights and right to privacy.
