Months later they charged off the account for {$75.00} which was the result of 3 maintenance fees on the account for aXX/XX/XXXX balance. I am not unable get this resolved as no one in the organization will take responsibility. I am left with no recourse as a consumer as I have been transferred to other departments several times and hung up on as well. This is a clear case of an organization gauging a customer for fees because they're unwilling to do what they're legally required to.

Consumer Complaint: Key Bank is reporting that I have {$21000.00} in unpaid student loans on my credit report, and this information is not accurate. I have asked Key Bank to correct this for months, and gone through multiple disputes with the credit bureaus, still to no avail. Key Bank simply remains negligent by continuing to allow these accounts to report balances, which is a complete falsehood. The problem started back in 2018. My loans were in good standing, and I was making regular on-time payments every month. Then, out of the blue, Key Bank contacted me and said that I no longer had any balances due, and they would no longer would accept payments from me. Shortly thereafter, these loans started reporting as collection accounts with unpaid balances. Since this time, I've been trying to get Key Bank to correct their reporting error, but they continue to neglect their obligation. To help with your investigation, I am including correspondence from Key Bank, where they openly admit that I no longer have any balances owed to them for these student loans. However, they still haven't properly updated the accounts.

I called my bank I was on hold for more than an hour to no avail. During my hold I refreshed my logon and the transactions were gone. The card number for the transactions as never been held by me I still have my original card from years ago. Also I have yet to see my funds deposited today as the are normally available every Thursday.

Consumer Complaint: I currently have a primary 30 year fixed mortgage and a second lien HELOC. I originally opened the HELOC in XXXX and in XXXX decided to raise the limit. Apparently the original HELOC was not closed out properly and is still showing as a lien on my property ( for 3 total instead of 2 ). I found this out because I am attempting to refinance my primary loan and have been stuck trying to clear the title of the 3rd lien. The current 30 year loan is with XXXX and the HELOCs ( both ) are with KeyBank. I am trying to refinance with KeyBank to have everything under one roof. My initial application was on XX/XX/XXXX and my appraisal was done in XXXX. The original closing date was XX/XX/XXXX and has now been pushed back AGAIN for a 5th time into XX/XX/XXXX. What should have been a 2 to 3 month process is now pushing into 8 months! On top of this, my HELOC has been frozen for 3 months now which has prevented me from accessing my funds while charging my monthly fees and surcharges. KeyBank is telling me the county ( XXXX County NY ) is not responding to their requests so I contacted the county clerk directly myself. I was told they are roughly a week behind on paperwork and did NOT have anything from KeyBank pending for my property. The only answers I am getting from KeyBank is they are working on it. The worst part is I couldn't even attempt to refinance with another bank at this point because the issue is the existing HELOC, Regardless, this process needs to go through KeyBank to close out the original HELOC.

The sales rep XXXX had humus sitting around until 5 minutes before close of business. Was there for over 6 hours waiting. She made me go fill the car with gas. The next day I notice the car windshield was full of scratches. I left many message no respond. In the never got the plates in or the information about the loan. I called the Financial women many times no response. Decided to drive down there they give some number to call XXXX. That only for personal banking. Finally get the XXXX the Financial manager. She called the Vice President of the bank. He said we stopping auto loans in XX/XX/2020 we did away with the department. When I call I get some odd answers or no help at all. They way the bank is treating me is odd. It seems that that they treating me like I have had credit and got and an very high interest rate. They told I have to XXXX to pay for my car in person. I live in NJ and Im driving three hours one way to go make an car payment monthly. They also, told my checks are invalid. I had an nice women call from the bank she said to me something not right so, calling to get information from you. I did more research and learned not taking my check they think Im high risk and that why want to pay in person. I found it wasnt removed. There an problem at XXXX. I tired calling but just telling to put in an dispute against the bank. The problem is that XXXX did not remove it.
