Every time i call chase im sent to some XXXX XXXX XXXX and get zero help. I am not sure why i do not have access to my money or why these customer service reps are so incompetent. I have called in many times trying to resolve this directly, but with no success. CHASE DO BETTER I AM XXXX AND THIS REALLY IS NOT OK TO DO. DO I NEED TO CONTACT ADA? Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/ I received two text messages from what appeared to be Chase Bank asking if I had initiated a wire transfer in the amount of {$10000.00} via XXXX. It asked that I respond 1if yes and 2 for no. I responded 2 immediately. A short time later I received a second text asking if I had initiated another wire transaction for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Again I responded No. A short time later, I received a phone call from an individual who represented himself as a security/fraud specialist from Chase Bank XXXX He advised that Chase Bank would be initiating a fraud investigation due to the suspicious activity. I was asked if I was familiar with a subject named XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX because he was the person the money was to be wired to. After explaining that I did not know anyone in XXXX, I was advised that my debit card ( associated with my checking account ) had also had an attempted purchase for {$35.00} at an undisclosed XXXX. The male subject on the phone continued to ensure me that Chase Bank will be looking into the matter and that I need not worry that the money would NEVER leave my account. The subject told me to cease from using my debit card and that a new one would be issued to prevent any further intrusion. I was also advised that do to the investigation being initiated that I was not to open my on line Chase portal until the following Tuesday when my new debit card would arrive. The individual stated that I was to go into the wire/transfer portal and complete the form with information he was providing me. The information was supposedly his direct supervisor by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I stated that it made no sense for me to complete this form and wire any money from my account to someone iI have never heard of There were two telephone numbers associated with me being contacted, XXXX XXXX XXXX On Wednesday XX/XX/, I opened my Chase account on line and saw that {$13000.00} had been wired to

That's {$1100.00} despite the fact I'm opted out of overdraft. They're supposed to decline all transactions if I don't have sufficient funds in the account, but they pick and choose which ones to decline. A lot of these charges are for transactions {$50.00} or less! I thought we had a law that curbs these exorbitant fees by these banks?

I reported to Chase credit card for review on XX/XX/XXXX and I was told not to make a payment. Since then I have called Chase for update 6 times and nothing has been done. My online account has been blocked and receiving emails for past due payment which is hurting my almost perfect credit score ( XXXX ). I have been living overseas since XXXX and very costly to make international calls. They continuously tell me to wait 48 hours for review but its been 3 months of waiting. Check this box if your information is correct. I didn't check the box because I will not like my credit to be pull now or ever unless I am looking for lending products. I called the office in XXXXXXXX XXXX and I was told even if I come to an office, they can't bypass the option. not quite sure why and why is it necessary to just open a checking and savings ( not even debit card since I do not want one either ). I will like someone to look into this and see why is it necessary if i am not getting a lending product and even if I decide on a lending product why would they do subsequence pulls of my credit? Consumer Complaint: I bank at chase, I regularly transfer from chase to XXXX XXXX using their ACH platform. This has been going on for about a year if not longer. Today I transferred XXXX via XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX to Chase and then transferred the same amount to XXXX XXXX using their ACH platform. After a few hours I received a call from Chase 's fraud department, after verifying my identity using public records they informed that the transfer will not go thru. This is unacceptable as the external account have already been verified by chase. Chase is unlawfully holding onto my money for no reason and this needs to be addressed and stopped as they probably do it to other clients.
