Consumer Complaint: I made a ATM deposited of {$3100.00} ... a total of 31 {$100.00} bills I never seen the deposited reflect in my account I filed a claim with chase a total of 4 times and two of the times a tech had went to the ATM and audited it chase stated the had no proof showing that this deposited was made so thankfully I had the ATM receipt emailed to myself anytime I make a transaction at a ATM. I faxed in a copy then they said all they could recover was a total of {$1200.00} and which I did get returned to my account I unt but the remaining I won't get back so I filed another claim for the remaining and got denied.the first claim representative submitted a claim for {$3000.00} I was very clear in the amount being {$3100.00} then she did an second claim for {$100.00} that was when chase gave me a temporary credit for {$1700.00} which did not get approved so then they reversed the XXXX then I resubmitted XXXX a in the claim for {$3100.00} again. Ok in the month of XXXX on the XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I made a total of 3 deposits 2 of the were in the amount of {$3100.00} and the other was {$1000.00} only 1 of the {$3100.00} and the {$1000.00} reflected the other deposited was never put in my account

Consumer Complaint: JPMorgan Chase XXXX is currently reporting on a Early warning service comprehensive report that I previously received. I had a checking account with chase many years ago. I have no accounts with chase and I have sent chase a letter to opt out of any and all sharing of my information. I revoked any permissions that I may have given written and verbally. Yet they are still reporting to third parties. Even on a current account that I hold with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have not received any confirmation like I requested previously. They did not provide me with an opt out notice according to 15 USC 6801 - 6805. Early warning services is the company that has my transactions and experiences. I have not given them written permission to furnish my data. Ive been denied access to a new bank account due to you willful ignorance, lack of care and communication. I was humiliated learning that I could not open a new account. You are in violation of my privacy, and federal law. You ignored my request to opt out. So unless you will rather settle this matter in court Id suggest you remove information immediately and pay to my account {$1000.00} for every violation. This complaint is my official invoice. Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX XXXX, I withdrew {$5000.00} in cash from my XXXX XXXX XXXX. I walked over to Chase bank and deposited {$4900.00} in cash. The deposit was all {$100.00} to Chases ATM located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I initially deposited {$5000.00} but one of the {$100.00} bills was returned because it was cut. I went into the branch to change the {$100.00} bill but the line was too long so I went back to XXXXXXXX XXXX and changed the bill. I went on vacation to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. While on vacation, I checked my account and the deposit was not reflected in my account. I texted Chase through their banking app and finally got a number to speak with a claims rep. I spoke with 2 reps. On XXXX XXXX XXXX, the final rep I spoke with told me I would get a {$4900.00} credit in 24hours. On XXXX XXXX XXXX the deposit is still not reflected in my account. The only written correspondence is a letter denying my claim. I just spoke with Chase, asked about the denial letter. The response was the claim has been escalated internally with notes. I asked for a letter amending the denial letter. To that I was told we dont do that. The final decision will be made on XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I booked a trip to get married with XXXX XXXX. They offered me a feature to pay 1/2 now with a credit card and the rest would be paid in installments through XXXX. The day after we booked the war started in XXXX. We were advised not to go. I cancelled the trip and was issued the full refund. XXXX refunded me with 48 hrs. CHASE is refusing to refund me the deposit taken in the amount of {$3700.00}. We have gone back and forth for three months. Today they were supposed to have issued a refund. CHASE states they were unable to refund me because XXXX has not sent them the appropriate documents. I have spoken to XXXX that tells me the complete opposite. I have XXXX accounts with Chase and have never been so angry. I plan on cancelling them all. No one is helping me with this {$3700.00} charge. I dont know what to do or who to turn to.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX i placed a stop payment on a charge that was named XXXX XXXX after noticing they took {$7.00} from my account.Then after that I noticed on XX/XX/XXXX that the same merchant was able to take out {$5000.00} three different times from my account. When I filed the claim they told me that when I put the stop payment it would still be possible for the merchant to take money from my account. I was unaware of that, when I put the stop payment I was under the impression that they wouldnt be able to take any money from my account anymore. If I wouldve known that a stop payment doesnt guarantee the merchant wont find another way to charge my account I wouldve got a new card and account and routing number. Not even a week later, my claim was denied stating that I authorized those three transactions for {$5000.00}. When asked for a good explanation why the claim was denied they couldnt give me one. As you can see on the documents they credited the {$7.00} but didnt credit the {$15000.00} and theyre all from the same merchant that i put a stop payment on. After researching online i found that JP Morgan Chase Bank is known for denying claims and not taking responsibility for losses.

The bank said if I set up direct deposit within XXXX days of coupon enrollment, I would receive {$900.00} bonus. ( See photo XXXX ) .When I opened my checking account, the bank staff XXXX XXXX XXXX said he can help me to set up the deposit ( see photo2 ). He did not say I need to follow up or I need to check anything. I waited and waited till early of XXXX, I still didnt find the bonus deposited in my account. I went to the bank, XXXX then told me the set up process failed and I need to set up myself. I said XXXX months almost passed, will I still get my bonus, he said the bank will still give me the Bonus. ( Another bank staff, his supervisor named like XXXX was onsite and she also said that ). I hurried up and set up direct deposit. On XX/XX/XXXX, the first direct deposit amount showed in my checking account. I went to the bank and talked with XXXX, very unexpected for me, he said my direct deposit wasnt set up within XXXX days of coupon enrollment. I went to the bank several times, tried to explain the situation with Another bank staff XXXX XXXX XXXX and last talk with the bank manager, all of them said because my direct deposit set up was over XXXX days of coupon enrollment, I couldnt get the {$700.00} Bonus.
