Consumer Complaint: I ordered equipment. The equipment was delivered. The equipment was defective. I called the company, and they issued a RMA I returned-mailed the equipment. I am due the refund. I have provided the company, XXXX, and Chase all the documentation including the RMA and the USPS XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX proving return. Company denies receipt, and chase takes their word for it and re-charges my card. Also notable - the Company issued me an RMA #, which I used to return it.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, I received notification from Chase Cardmember Service on XX/XX/2023 requiring me to respond within 30 days of their letter in regardsto alleged debt in the amount of {$46000.00} for account ending # XXXX. Providing me with two options : Make one payment of {$4600.00} by XX/XX/2023 or Make a first payment of {$2300.00} by XX/XX/2023 and a second payment of {$2300.00} by XX/XX/2023. Then the amount of canceled debt will be reported to the IRS. Providing a 1099 Form-C Cancellation of Debt. Now on XX/XX/2023 I received notification from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in reference to JP Morgan Chase Bank , N.A . referencing account ending # XXXX. In the amount of {$46000.00}. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX offering three options:1. Resolve your account in one payment of {$4600.00}. You save {$41000.00}. Resolve your account in 12 consecutive monthly payments of {$760.00} You save {$36000.00}. Resolve your account in 24 consecutive monthly payments of {$570.00} You save {$32000.00}. I request to have a full investigation in regards to this account and want verification that this allegeddebt is related to me. I am XXXX and with limited income from the government and I hope I am not being targeted because of my XXXX by any financial institution. I have XXXX XXXX and have been dealing with medical issues and do not want emotional stress because JP Morgan Chase Bank is attempting to collect an alleged debt and using a collection agency which I never heard of requesting the same amount in regards to the same account number. I hope this situation has no indication that deceptive practice is being applied to me or any consumer federal law violations. I required all original documents and invoices and receipts that related to account numbers ending in XXXX. I also request this alleged account not to be reported to the credit bureaus until the investigation is complete by your agency. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, I called Chase Bank to report an unauthorized transaction on my checking account which was listed as a {$400.00} withdrawal dated XX/XX/2023. I did not make that withdrawal and did not loose my debit card. Chase provided a temporary credit for {$400.00} and opened a claim. On XX/XX/2023, Chase reversed that claim which left me {$400.00} out of pocket. I did not receive written notice of the reversal nor did not receive any explanation from Chase. On XX/XX/2023, I called Chase to follow up and was informed that they could not be of further help. Chase did not provide any evidence that the transaction was authorized. I have filed a police report with XXXX and am now writing to seek the CFPBs assistance to obtain reimbursement for this fraudulent transaction which was committed while I was in continued possession of my debit card.

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I filed a claim with Chase to dispute XXXX charges from Amazon. Amazon suddenly charged a total of XXXX dollars. On that day, I did not buy anything from Amazon. I also did not approve or authorize to allow them to charge me that much money. On that week, I also lost my wallet and thought somebody would use my debit card to buy things from Amazon. I called Amazon to see why they charged me, and nobody would be willing to help me resolve the problem. I was stressed out, so I called the bank and told them I did not authorize these transactions from Amazon, please stop the transaction because I did not buy anything from Amazon. Chase listened and filed a claim for me on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, my case on disputing the money from Amazon recharging me got denied by my bank. The bank investigated and told me that they found out there was no new device that used my card for Amazon, therefore the bank told me the whole recharge was authorized. I tried to explain that I did not authorize the transactions and put a lot of pressure on the bank, but they told me that the case is done and could not reopen again. However, if I could send them some documents to support my case, I could get the bank to reconsider the decision for my case. My case number with Chase is XXXX, account is XXXX. They emailed me back and told me I was charged because I did not return the order that I was refunded last month. I was confused about that because I packed them and gave them to the ups driver to return the order to Amazon. Amazon only gave me the option of returning was to have ups driver to come to my house and pick up all the packages to send back to Amazon. I did what exactly amazon wanted me to do, I gave it to the ups driver and finished the return. In the Amazon app after a week, It actually confirmed to me that all the packages had been sent back and received and scanned by Amazon. I was refunded because I did all the right steps that Amazon provided to me. However, amazon believed that the packages were not picked up, therefore they think I did not return them and charged me total of XXXX dollars. If I did not return the order, how can I get the confirmation pages from that Amazon app that said my returns were received by Amazon on XX/XX/XXXX? It was very wrong to charge me that much money because I did everything right as a consumer. Amazon did not care about consumers money thats why they did not discuss it with me before charging me a total of XXXX dollars, I had been Amazons consumer for the last 10 years and they did not want to help me. I have all the confirmation pages that stated everything was received by Amazon with the date and year. All the confirmation I took screenshots from the Amazon app in my phone, these will be the evidence to show that I actually returned everything and that what Amazon did to me was wrong and giving a hard time to me as a regular consumer. Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX, I have been banking with Chase for years never had an issue before. On XXXX XX/XX/2023 around XXXX XXXX I received a call from Chase. Alerting me about a fraud attempt on my card. I went ahead and XXXX the phone number that I was receiving this call from XXXX and it came back to a Chase brand in XXXX XXXX XXXX I was told my card was going to get canceled and a new one will be delivered to me soon. Moments later my card was enrolled into someones XXXX XXXX and more than XXXX dollars were taken out of my account at this same Chase branch that I received the call from. The next morning I went ahead and called customer service and made a fraud claim. The bank never contacted me about this claim, so I went ahead and gave them another call. I was told my claim was denied because my pin was used at this atm. I went ahead and sent all the proof that I had of me being at work my clock in and clock out times. The same times these transactions were made. As well as a financial crime police report. And other documents baking up everything I had already sent to them. I was never giving a specific reason on why I could not get the money refunded.it is very disappointing to see the lack of effort this bank that I so much trusted for years, has put into solving an issue that not only coursed me financial XXXX but also safe concerns due to the fact that who ever stole my card information may also have more of my personal information. I am a XXXX mom that works 2 jobs and is raising a XXXX XXXX XXXX. I dont have money to spare and it saddens me very much that my bank does not have my back or has bothered to help me get my money back that i much need.

Consumer Complaint: Chase bankXXXX XXXX XXXX, there were ( XXXX ) {$20.00} transactions taken out of my account. I did not authorize. I found them on XX/XX/ and called the bank to report. They opened a case and temporarily put back the {$800.00}. Once they completed the investigation, they indicated I approved the ( XXXX ) transactions thru XXXX XXXX. I do not have, nor ever used XXXX XXXX. I am a XXXX XXXX and need to pay my bills. Eventually they reversed the credit and again took out the {$800.00} from my account. Chase bank will not protect my hard-earned money. I have been with them for about 40 years. I have reported this to the local police, I have contacted XXXX XXXX. No one can seem to help me.
