While looking into what happened found out these unknown charges. This Debit Card was never been used in last 4 years. Always stored at a secured locked place. Reported it online and called the Chase fraud number. They refunded only {$5.00} for item # XXXX but refused to return other transactions. I called the merchant at the XXXX number listed above. It appeared to be an XXXX support center. Provided the transaction number and last XXXX digits of the debit card but they could not find any of the transactions on their records. They also mentioned that the transaction number format for item # XXXX does not match their format. Later while doing online search learnt that this XXXX number is not XXXX. It is a scammer pretending to be XXXX. Checked with XXXX through online chat support and their XXXX customer support number and aslo called XXXX fraud number. Both XXXX and XXXX have no records of this merchant at XXXX number or these transactions. I reported this to Chase. Visited local branch, talked to Chase escalation department and also customer support through secure email. Subissue: You told them to stop contacting you, but they keep trying
Consumer Complaint: We opened a joint Chase card about a year ago. Immediately upon receiving the card we attempted to register for online access. On day one the mobile phone number ( verification required for access ) was wrong. We called they assured us this was corrected. After numerous calls this never was resolved. As a result I made pay by phone payments which worked. We received the bills, I could call and make payments we never missed a payment and payed more than the amount due. In late XXXX, we moved to XXXX. During this time our regular mail was returned to sender. So when I called Chase to make my payment that month, I was unable to do so until the address was updated. I spoke to a representative who said the address was updated. No bill came. Called the next month and the address was not updated because both XXXX and XXXX were not on the phone to update the address. At the time we were in flux moving from XXXX to XXXX so XXXX was living and working in XXXX, XXXX in XXXX. This continued until XX/XX/XXXX. Each month, the same thing XXXX would call to make a payment, they refused to update the address, so payment could not be made. We took to sending in written requests, thinking that would help. NOPE! In fact they have been sent 3 different DO NOT CALL ONLY MAIL demands. NONE of these demands have been met. They call after XXXX almost daily. They have even taken to calling our adult daughter the XXXX number. Again, they have been asked by her and her husband to stop calling and to stop calling after XXXX waiting their infant up. This madness has got to stop! We are more than happy to make the monthly payments, we are just tired to begging monthly for a statement.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX I deposited a check for {$390.00}. Initially Chase said the my funds wouldnt be deposited on the XXXX and then changed it to XXXX. After speaking with customer service, they were able to contact the issuing bank and verify the check. However the two representatives I spoke with both claimed that they could not verify the check makers number in their private system and still refuse to give me access to my funds or cancel the deposit so that I can cash my check elsewhere. They also refuse to call the company that issued the check in the first place because none of the numbers can be verified in their system. One rep told me that the verified number is the one that the company uses to register their business with the state. However, even after I looked up that number, they continue to tell me its not verified.

The company XXXX XXXX said the bank I did the charge back with is still holding my money and it can take two years to get it back, but I think they are lying. Chase representative told me that Visa company closed my case out this XXXX and theres nothing they can do now it is handled by Visa even though Chase bank should have honored my dispute correctly Im the first place. This has caused me an enormous amount of stress and heartache and I have my daughter in the XXXX and kids to take care of. I have been going through this since last year XXXX in XXXX. I really want to leave Chase after this.

Account number XXXX ( opened on XX/XX/XXXX ) and account number XXXX ( opened on XX/XX/XXXX ). I have recently discovered that my accounts have been closed due to several reversals through AutoPay. I would like to provide additional information and dispute the closure of my accounts based on the provisions outlined in the Penal Law 15 U.S.C. 1681, Section 6048, Section 2, and Penal Law 15 U.S.C. 1681 ( C ) ( A ) ( 5 ). Firstly, I would like to emphasize that I, XXXX XXXX, have always been diligent in making timely payments towards my accounts. However, there were instances where three payments made through AutoPay were reversed. Consumer Complaint: I live in XXXX, across the river from XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I used my new Southwest Rapid Rewards Plus Visa through JP Morgan Chase bank at XXXX XXXX before re-entering the XXXX on a day trip across the river. I was slapped with a {$4.00} foreign transaction fee. I called JP Morgan Chase to explain that I live across the river and cross frequently, they told me they can't remove the fee unless I sign up for the level above the account I already have. I already pay {$69.00} per year to have the Southwest Rapid Rewards credit card, but they said that doesn't include free foreign transactions and if I wanted that I'd need to upgrade to the {$140.00} a year account. I just think this is more junk fees runaround from the big banks and I really think they need reigned in. Hope you all can help force them to stop extracting money from those of us who make the least.
