Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX : I mailed by Federal tax return check to " IRS XXXX for {$25000.00} XXXX XXXX : " XXXX '' withdrew the check of {$25000.00} from my account. JP Morgan Chase Bank let her withdraw the money although it being clear wash check. did NOT inform me and send incorrect communication XX/XX/XXXX : i got aware of the check fraud which JP Morgan Chase Bank enabled and did not prevent/support. I opened a check fraud case- and submitted a case at JP Morgan XXXX Local Police and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX : I put stop on all my checks- as JP Morgan is prevelant with fraud. Multiple times : Every time I called for an update or to fill a form, I am being told to XXXX JP Morgan Chase bank office. This requires to take time off from my work and put my work at risk ( at current time of high layoffs ). XX/XX/XXXX : I was told i will not get my money back till XXXX or XX/XX/2023 ( or later ) XX/XX/XXXX : I still have > {$9000.00} in my checking account. Tried to withdraw {$2000.00} from my account. JP Morgan Chase did NOT let me withdraw the money XXXX of above issue. I had to escalate and call my banker. Even for future withdrawals, I was told i will reviewed and it will not be an simple transaction. For someone who has defrauded of {$25000.00} and is a victim ( as confirmed by Local police and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ), JP Morgan Chase bank is treating me like I frauded them.

Consumer Complaint: XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Subject : Dispute and Removal of Inaccurate Information from Credit Report - Violation of FCRA and Consumer Rights Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to bring to your attention a serious matter regarding inaccurate information that is currently being reported on my credit report. It has come to my attention that J.P. Morgan Chase Bank has provided inaccurate information about my credit card account, which is in direct violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681 ( i ) ( 2 ) ( B ), and various other laws and regulations, including the XXXX, XXXX, and my Fourth Amendment rights. Under the FCRA, I have the right to privacy, as stated in 15 U.S.C. 1681 ( a ). Furthermore, Section 604 ( a ) ( 2 ) of the FCRA clearly states that a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. However, it has come to my attention that J.P. Morgan Chase Bank has provided information to your credit reporting agency without my consent or authorization. Additionally, 15 U.S.C. 1681c ( a ) ( 5 ) prohibits any consumer reporting agency from including any adverse item of information in a consumer report, unless it is a record of conviction of a crime which antedates the report by more than XXXX years. The inaccurate information being reported by J.P. Morgan Chase Bank clearly falls under the category of an adverse item, as it negatively impacts my creditworthiness and financial standing. Furthermore, 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) explicitly states that a person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. In accordance with this provision, J.P. Morgan Chase Bank is in violation of the FCRA by knowingly providing inaccurate information about my credit card account. I demand that you promptly investigate this matter and take immediate action to delete the inaccurate information from my credit report. Failure to do so will leave me no choice but to pursue all legal remedies available to me under the FCRA, including but not limited to initiating a lawsuit against both J.P. Morgan Chase Bank and your credit reporting agency. Please provide me with a written confirmation once the investigation is complete and the inaccurate information has been removed from my credit report. I expect this matter to be resolved within the legally required timeframe of XXXX days as stipulated by the FCRA. I have enclosed copies of supporting documentation, including proof of the inaccurate information being reported, for your reference and further investigation. Consumer Complaint: Chase offered cash advance with XXXX XXXX initial fee and XXXX XXXX interest for XXXX months. I took cash advance for {$15000.00}. I continued to use my credit card for purchases. Each month I pay over the purchases and towards the promotion balance. i.e. {$1000.00} in purchases, {$3000.00} payment. Chase has been crediting my payments towards the promotion balance which is at 0 % interest, instead of new purchases. My understanding from Credit Card Act of 2009 which Chase also has on their website, my payments should be applied to my new purchases with the higher APR. When I asked Chase the first representative said that when you have a promotional balance, purchases have XXXX day grace period ( normally XXXX days ) and you start to be charged interest on the day of purchase until payment date. I then asked for a supervisor, supervisor gave a different explanation, he said that when you continue to make purchases on a card with a promotional balance, that it cancels the promotion. I told him that didn't make sense, he agreed, but said he couldn't do anything about it and can't comment on the " political act of 2009 ''. I told him his answer doesn't make sense as my statement still indicates I have a promotional balance, he said yes the statement says that, but in reality purchases cancelled out my promotion and there's nothing he can do. ( No late payments on account ). I told him I would be reporting.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX, on my phone 's Chase business app, clicked on a promotional offer for a XXXX Credit Card. After filling out the information requested, there was a message on my phone letting me know that I might have to unfreeze my credit for them to check. Following Monday called back an XXXX number to let them know I unfroze my credit for a few days per they request. My Business ( Chk : XXXX ) relationship with Chase is more than XXXX XXXX XXXX, with checking and savings, never even a minor problem, always excessively funded and they advertised the fact to issue a credit card especially for someone like me who has history and good relationship as super easy and fast! After about XXXX weeks of the original application, called back to check, I asked why is taking so long? Was told that is Not approved, When I asked Why? They had No clue, was told will receive a letter in mail. NOTHING HAVE RECEIVED IN MAIL. Called back many times, they say different stuff, By the way my credit score is close to XXXX, and I made a trip in which I could use a XXXX card and of course with other purchases! Have requested at least XXXX times a letter for the denial No letter ever came! It seems, they Do Not Want to send this letter!

Issue: Problem with a purchase shown on your statement

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022, I hired a business called XXXX XXXX and paid them {$1100.00} for a one-time HVAC duct cleaning service at my house, which a sub-contracted serviceman conducted on XX/XX/2022. That was the end of my relationship and communication with this business. However, on XX/XX/2022, while I was traveling out of the country, a business that I do not recognize, under the name XXXX XXXX XXXX, charged my credit card {$1100.00}. This same business then charged my credit card again on XX/XX/2022, for {$850.00} and again on the same day for {$1100.00}. I have been in communication with Chase Bank about this since XX/XX/2022, when I first noticed the unauthorized charges on my account. Chase Bank initially gave me provisional credits for all three charges, but then removed the credit for the fraudulent charge of {$1100.00} ( made on XX/XX/2022 ) and re-billed me, calling the charge valid. The only valid and accurate charge is the XXXX from XX/XX/2022. After I contacted Chase Bank in XXXX to ask why they removed the credit, they said they needed more information and asked me to submit a letter disputing the charge and any relevant documentation, which I provided. After not receiving an update from Chase Bank, I called them in XXXX to check in. Chase Bank then advised me to submit another letter calling the charge a " duplicate charge '', which I submitted. After 66 days without a response from Chase Bank, I called them on XX/XX/XXXX to check in. Chase Bank then told me that based on available information they believe the charge is valid and that too much time has passed since the charge was made for them to be able to help me. This is extremely frustrating as, again, I have been in communication with Chase Bank since XX/XX/2022, and have repeatedly explained the situation while Chase Bank has provided me with conflicting information depending on the representative and department that I speak to, and has requested me to submit different documents, which I have submitted. Upon conducting research online, I easily found that this duct cleaning business appears to be fraudulent and a scam ; they use different names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses, and create fake XXXX reviews to hook unsuspecting customers. They also seem to constantly list the phone number XXXX under different business names. The XXXX XXXX website that I used to hire them initially is no longer active and the phone number they texted me from does not accept incoming phone calls. Therefore, I have also submitted a police report with the XXXX Police Department and a fraud report with the Federal Trade Commission regarding this fraudulent business. I am requesting that Chase Bank promptly correct this error, that the disputed amount of {$1100.00} be credited to my account, and that I get an accurate statement. I refuse to pay for this {$1100.00} charge because it is an unauthorized and fraudulent charge by a fraudulent business that is deceiving people.

Consumer Complaint: Your corporation has been requiring and demanding the unlawful use of Federal Reserve Notes also known as Floating Rate Notes ( debt notes ) as payment, when in fact, the submitted application used to open the account, with access and use of my personal and private financial information ( SSN, social security card, which is an open-ended credit card pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 1602 ( l ) along with my signature ) served as a financial asset, promissory note and security which in fact satisfies each monthly obligation pursuant to 12 CFR 360.6 ( 2 ) as well the application being self-liquidating paper pursuant to 17 CFR 260.11b-6. This is considered an unauthorized use since I have received NO BENEFIT. Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 8, all coupons, bills, certificates of indebtness, both public and private used for personal, family and household use are the obligation of the United States. This will also serve as Notice of breach of fiduciary duty ( U.C.C. 3-307 ). Following this notice if said financial assets are not either returned to the referenced creditor/bailor/beneficiary via mail within Fifteen ( 15 ) business days or accepted for its intended purpose within Fifteen ( 15 ) business days of the receipt of this notice, an SEC complaint will be filed pursuant to 17 CFR 240.15c1-2 and 17 CFR 240.10b-5. As well as an IRS complaint for abusive tax schemes involving the SEC filed trust arrangement for breach of securities and securities fraud. Pursuant to U.C.C. 9-210, I am requesting a full audit of the account. Additionally, pursuant to Article 1 Section 10 Clause 1 of the United States Constitution, only gold and silver, being the only lawful money of the United States of America, can lawfully discharge a debt. The use of Federal Reserve Note is unlawful and can not. Furthermore, I have noticed that you have been redeeming the remittance coupons/instrument as a non-cash item ( 12 CFR 210.2 ( k ) / ( 12 CFR 229.2 ( u ) ( 4 ). Pursuant to 15 U.S Code 1691 ( C ) and you assume civil liability pursuant to 15 U.S Code 1691 ( K ). By use of coercion and fraud, your corporation knowingly and willingly violated my federally protected rights. Pursuant to the aforementioned codes, I demand all credits be returned on all remittances/coupons at the inception of the accounts. Balance will be zeroed out on a monthly basis via special deposit of the interest-bearing coupons associated on the itemization statement. Consumer Complaint: Chase bank closed my credit card in this XXXX, XXXX, siting " association with a chase credit card, deposit or investment account that was previously closed ''. I have been paying the card on time and in full every month since I opened it in XX/XX/XXXX, I never once had an issue and I have been using it regularly for normal daily spending such as grocery, dining, clothing shopping. I called to ask for a specific reason, I was not given XXXX. I needed a credit card so I applied for another one issued by Chase in XXXX, XXXX and was granted one right away with a high credit line. A few days ago I received the statement from Chase saying they are closing this credit card in XXXX, siting the same reason. I called twice, emailed a few times asking for a specific reason but still was not given one. Again, I have not had any issues. I even checked my credit score, it is excellent. During the time I had the credit card, I had no issues, Chase never contacted me regarding any issues they might have.
